Abstract

本发明公开了一种用做汽轮机转子的耐热钢材料,其特征是含如下重量百分比的元素:C 0.10-0.15;Mn 0.30-0.60;Cr 9.80-10.50;Mo 0.90-1.10;V 0.20-0.25;Nb 0.04-0.10;W 0.90-1.10;N 0.04-0.10;余量是Fe及杂质。工艺方法是真空冶炼、真空浇铸成钢坯。用该材料制做的汽轮机转子具有优良的高温持久性和蠕变性,在温度600℃/600℃,压力24-28MPa的工况下,其力学性能完全达到设计要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽轮机转子,尤其涉及该转子的材料。
背景技术
随着汽轮机制造技术的发展,单机容量越来越大,性能越来越好,主要技术手段之一是提高蒸汽的压力和温度,亚临界、超临界汽轮机的蒸汽参数分别从温度538℃/538℃、压力17MPa提高到温度600℃/600℃、压力24-28MPa,而现有的超临界、亚临界超临界汽轮机转子使用的材料是30Cr1Mo1V耐热钢或1Cr11Mo1VNbN耐热钢,其高温持久性能和蠕变性能已不能满足上述工况的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,是提供一种用做亚临界、超临界汽轮机转子的耐热钢材料,该材料的力学性能满足上述要求。其技术方案是:
一种用做汽轮机转子的耐热钢材料,其特征在于含如下重量百分比的元素:
C  0.10-0.15;Mn 0.30-0.60;Cr  9.80-10.50;
Mo 0.90-1.10;V  0.20-0.25;Nb  0.040-0.100;
W 0.90-1.10;N 0.04-0.10;余量是Fe及杂质。
所述杂质中:S≤0.012;P≤0.012;Cu≤0.15;Al≤0.010;Sn≤0.015;Sb≤0.0015;As≤0.020;Si≤0.08;Ni≤0.60;均为重量百分比。
H2≤1.0PPM;O2≤30PPM;N2≤100PPM。
上述耐热钢的冶炼方法,包括步骤:
(1)、取所需化学元素,在电炉中真空熔炼,熔炼过程中调节化学元素的含量,使其重量比符合设计要求,控制杂质含量在设计允许的范围内。
(2)、采用真空浇铸将合金溶液浇铸成钢坯。
(5)、进行力学性能试验,试验技术要求如下:
一、室温拉伸试验
拉伸强度            σb≥840N/mm2
屈服强度            σ0.2≥670N/mm2
伸长率              δ≥14%;
断面收缩率          ψ≥30%;
冲击功              AKv≥24J;
脆性面积转变温度    FATT50≤+80℃。
二、高温持久试验
试验条件:温度600℃;应力196N/mm2
光滑试样:断裂时间T>100小时;持久塑性≥10%;
缺口试样:T缺口/T光滑≥1。
采用上述材料及相应工艺方法制备的汽轮机转子材料,经下述试验表明,具有优良的高温持久性和蠕变性,在温度600℃/600℃,压力24-28MPa的工况下,其力学性能完全达到设计要求。试验结果如下表:

具体实施方式
实施本发明包括如下步骤:
取所需化学元素,在碱式电炉中真空熔炼,熔炼过程中调节化学元素的含量,使其重量百分比如下:

并控制杂质含量符合如下要求:
S≤0.012;  P≤0.012; Cu≤0.15;Al≤0.010;Sn≤0.015;
Sb≤0.0015;As≤0.020;Si≤0.08;Ni≤0.60; 均重量百分比。
H2≤1.0PPM;O2≤30PPM;N2≤100PPM。
取样分析合格后,采用真空浇铸将合金溶液浇铸成钢坯。
使用本材料制造汽轮机转子,其加工工艺如下:
一、将钢坯热锻成汽轮机转子型坯,使其形状、尺寸符合工艺设计要求,并消除内部缺陷。
二、将汽轮机转子型坯进行热处理,步骤及工艺参数如下:
(1)、淬火处理  加热温度1100℃;时间40小时;
(2)、一次回火处理  加热温度600℃;时间50小时;
(3)、二次回火处理  加热温度650℃;时间50小时。
三、型坯检验
进行汽轮机转子型坯力学性能试验,包括室温拉伸试验和高温持久试验,试验指标符合设计要求即为合格。
四、金加工
在机床上切削加工,使其形状、尺寸符合设计要求。

1.一种用做汽轮机转子的耐热钢材料,其特征在于,所述耐热钢材料的化学组成为:
C 0.10~0.15(重量百分比);     Mn 0.30~0.60(重量百分比);
Cr 9.80~10.50(重量百分比);   Mo 0.90~1.10(重量百分比);
V 0.20~0.25(重量百分比);     Nb 0.040~0.100(重量百分比);
W 0.90~1.10(重量百分比);     N 0.04~0.10(重量百分比);
余量是Fe及杂质;
所述杂质为:
S≤0.012(重量百分比);         P≤0.012(重量百分比);
Cu≤0.15(重量百分比)           Al≤0.010(重量百分比);
Sn≤0.015(重量百分比);        Sb≤0.0015(重量百分比);
As≤0.020(重量百分比);        Si ≤0.08(重量百分比);
Ni ≤0.60(重量百分比);
H2≤1.0PPM;    O2≤30PPM;    N2≤100PPM。
