                      背景技术
本发明涉及一种用于纸巾的盒子，这种容器通常包括(例如)盒体，构造成能依次通过位于盒体的一侧的开口将纸巾拣出；和覆盖盒子开口的分散插入物。插入物还包括支持弹出纸巾的分散狭缝或切开部分。这种弹出纸巾通常是内折式的以形成纸巾堆，插入物必须有助于用如下方式将纸巾依次分散，即当一张纸巾从盒子中移出时，随后的纸巾部分地拉出，并被分散插入物在基本上直立的位置支持，从而用户在下一次使用中可以舒适地抓取和拉出纸巾。这要求用作插入物的形状和材料之间有适当的平衡。
在从盒子中移出弹出纸巾时通常发生一些问题，诸如链接和回落。这通常是由于纸巾在插入物上的摩擦或两者之间摩擦，和/或由于插入物开口的不适当的形状。链接定义为当试图从盒子中拉出一张纸巾时数张纸巾一同拉出的情况。纸巾链接导致一次不止分散一张纸巾，这显然不是弹出系统的目的，且显然不是顾客所要求的。纸巾的回落定义为当从盒子中移出第一张弹出纸巾时，下一张纸巾完整的留在盒子中的情况，这显然不是弹出系统的目的。
以下参考文献涉及包括分散插入物的盒纸巾：1994年5月31日授予Kimberley-Clark Co.(KC)的美国专利No.531617公布了包括纸分散窗口的弹出面巾纸分散纸盒。分散窗口具有延长的开口，开口具有从其两端发散的两个或更多的狭缝而形成支持分散的纸巾的方式。1991年8月22日授予VPS的德国实用新型G9108036公布了具有位于其一侧的开口的纸巾纸盒，纸插入物至少部分覆盖盒子开口并也包括一个开口。这种分散插入物中的开口至少在两点到达盒子开口的边界线。
用于纸巾的分散盒子如以下文件所描述的具有大量缺点。第一，尽管使用的纸能被涂以低摩擦性材料，它仍然有噪声。此外，这种插入物由涂层纸制造，导致纸巾回落的比例相当大，尤其是在数张纸巾已经从盒子中移出后。这通常是由于插入物变形，弯曲，或者甚至撕裂而发生。第二，用于结合纸材料的形状也导致纸巾以相当大的比例的回落和链接。

发明的详细说明
如图1所示，盒子1可以具有任何形状，但优选长方形的平行六面体形状。它包括盒体10，具有彼此面对的顶壁和底壁，彼此面对的前壁和后壁，和彼此面对的左壁和右壁。盒子由任何适合的材料制造，诸如塑料或者扁平的硬纸板。包装材料单独使用或者结合使用。优选，盒子全部由硬纸板材料制造。盒子优选容纳纸巾，更优选的是容纳多层纸巾。纸巾可以是湿的或干的，但优选干纸巾。
至少盒体10的一侧，优选至少顶侧，包括盒子开口11。可选但优选的是，盒子开口通过纸片的移出而形成，所述的纸片通过盒壁中的预割线13形成。第一次使用时，该纸片移出并且盒子开口11在盒体10中形成。一旦可移动的纸片在第一次使用后移出，该盒子开口11包括与预割线13相一致的边界12，所述的盒子开口11可具有任何适合的形状，但是优选为椭圆形。本发明的一个优选实施例中，可移出的纸片包括一种结构，例如槽口，其使用户在第一次使用之前插入她/他的手指而从盒子的剩余部分沿着预割的线13撕开而轻易地移出纸片。
此外，如图1所示的，本发明的优选实施例中，其中盒子1具有长方形的平行六面体形状，盒子开口11具有椭圆形状，所述的盒子开口11的纵轴优选平行于盒子的纵轴。然而，也可用另一种方式设置，例如以对角线的甚至是垂直于所述的盒子的纵轴的方式。
分散插入物14附着在所述的盒子开口11的下部，盒子开口11至少部分覆盖分散插入物。分散插入物14优选设于平面中，但也可以设置成诸如在至少一个方向上弯曲，例如在如果它附着的壁不是平面，但是弯曲的情况下。分散插入物14由具有高弹力的材料制造，从而在长时期弯曲以后，不会仍是弯的，而能自己返回到自身的初始形状，不损失其自身弹性。材料还必须选择成在数次使用后不会撕裂。这确保插入物14在经过长时期之后保持相同的分散性，并且阻止纸巾的回落和链接。优选，所用的材料是热塑性的材料膜，诸如聚乙烯或聚丙烯，且更优选聚乙烯。这种材料已经被验证为具有极好弹性的无噪声材料而可以舒适地使用，且具有极好的记忆性，因此确保经过长时期甚至频繁使用后分散材料的稳定性。
分散插入物14还包括至少一个切割部分，从而当插入物14固定在盒子开口11上时，纸巾能通过所述的切割部分移动。切割部分或者是一个分散狭缝15，或者是较大的切开部分15，如图1和2所示。狭缝或切开部分15能通过例如中压或使用激光切割的方式制造。狭缝或切开部分优选在插入物14上是对称的和同轴的，并平行于盒子开口11的纵轴。
本发明的一个优选实施例中，分散狭缝或切开部分的至少两点与盒子开口11的边界12接触。优选，插入物14包括具有与盒子开口11的边界12接触的四点的切开部分15，如图1所示，从而形成了四个舌片。如图1所示的本发明的实施例中，舌片具有不均匀的长度，但以对称的方式设置从而两个长舌片彼此面对，并且两个短舌片彼此面对。该特殊形状已证明在分散过程中避免纸巾的回落和链接方面具有高效性。
然而，其它形状也可以使用，诸如图2所示的实施例。插入物14的切开部分15包括多个点，优选超过六个点，从一个点到另一个点接触盒子开口11的边界12。这种配置形成从一个接触点到另一个点的降低长度的分散舌片，并因此具有高弹性。
插入物14的狭缝或切开部分15设计成诸如从盒内所容纳的纸巾堆中依次移出纸巾。本发明的更优选的实施例中，纸巾是锯齿性折叠的以具有所谓的分散弹出方式。这种系统对于本领域的技术人员是熟知的，并使物品(通常为纸巾)依次从容器中以此方式移出，从而当第一张纸巾从盒子中移出时，随后的纸巾部分地拉出盒子。这种系统的目的是移出纸巾以后，随后的纸巾位于直立位置，易于用户分散。此外，本发明的一个优选实施例中，要移出的第一张纸巾的引导边，相对于插入物14的分散狭缝或切割部分15的纵轴沿着对角线弯曲，引导边限定为当从盒子中移出纸巾时用户所取的纸巾边。这使消费者用更便利的方式从盒子中拣出第一张纸巾。
插入物14开口的形状与具有高弹性和记忆的材料结合证明在避免纸巾回落和链接方面具有极高的有效性，以及保持纸巾的引导边在直立位置，甚至经过长时间且频繁使用后也保持同样的效果。

Claims (7)

1．一种用于容纳纸巾的盒子(1)，包括盒体(10)，还包括位于盒体(10)的至少一侧的至少一个盒子开口(11)，开口下面安置一个分散插入物(14)以使它覆盖了所述的盒子开口(11)的至少一部分，所述的分散插入物(14)还包括还包括切开部分(15)或者分散狭缝(15)，具有与盒子开口的边界接触的至少两个部分，所述的盒子(1)特征在于分散插入口(14)由高回弹材料制成，从而弯曲后，它能由自己返回到自身的初始位置，不损失其自身弹性。
2．根据权利要求1所述的盒子(1)，其特征在于，插入物(14)由热塑性材料制造。
3．根据权利要求2所述的盒子(1)，其特征在于，插入物(14)由聚乙烯薄膜制造。
4．根据权利要求1至3所述的盒子(1)，其特征在于，盒体(10)全部由纸材料制造。
5．根据权利要求4所述的盒子(1)，其特征在于，盒体(10)全部由扁平硬纸板制造。
6．根据前述任何一项权利要求所述的盒子(1)，其特征在于，分散插入物(14)的分散切开部分或狭缝(15)，从盒子开口(11)的边界(12)的一点(16)延伸到另一点，因此限定了弹性舌片(18)。
7．根据任何前述一项权利要求所述的盒子(1)，其特征在于，第一张纸巾的引导边沿着对角线折叠，以便有利于所述的第一张纸巾从盒子中移出。
