本发明属建材外加剂领域,特别涉及一种用于混合砂浆的岩砂晶,其特征在于,含有如下组分(重量百分含量):脂肪醇聚乙烯磺酸钠5~20%;松香酸钠5~10%;三异丙醇胺2~10%;聚丙烯酸盐5~15%;硫酸钠2~10%;其余为粉煤灰。本发明功能全、高效、节能、环保。用于混合砂浆中,可完全代替白灰,用于水泥砂浆中,可以节约水泥。

本发明属建材外加剂领域,特别涉及一种用于混合砂浆的岩砂晶。
背景技术
在中国建筑史上,使用白灰有千年历史,随着全球对环保意识的增强,都认识到使用白灰破坏生态环境,烧结白灰又造成环境污染。中国在90年代就开始研究替代白灰的外加剂叫“微膜剂”问世,经过应用在建筑混合砂浆中替代白灰,提高了和易性,使用效果比较理想,但随着时间的推移“微膜剂”可降低砂浆塑性强度。实践证明,“微膜剂”不是最佳白灰替代产品。在2000年为此一部分地区已停止使用“微膜剂”。而且在此期间有的城市率先提出,为了减少城市污染,禁止建筑工地使用白灰。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种多功能、高效、节能、环保的岩砂晶。
本发明的技术解决方案可依如下方式实现:
岩砂晶,其特点是,含有如下组分(重量百分含量):
        脂肪醇聚乙烯磺酸钠     5~20%;
        松香酸钠               5~10%;
        三异丙醇胺             2~10%;
        聚丙烯酸盐             5~15%;
        硫酸钠                 2~10%;
其余为粉煤灰。
本发明功能全、高效、节能、环保。用于混合砂浆中,可完全代替白灰,用于水泥砂浆中,可以节约水泥。其具体特点主要体现在:
1、可以节约用水20%以上;
2、砂浆柔和不沉淀,减少落地灰,便于操作,省工、省力。
3、各项技术指标优良,与原砂浆相比还能起到抗渗、抗冻、消音、保温作用。
4、一吨岩砂晶可代替一千吨白灰,可为用户节约几倍或几十倍资金。
5、绿色、环保、无毒、无公害、无辐射产品。

        脂肪醇聚乙烯磺酸钠     10%;
        松香酸钠               8%;
        三异丙醇胺             5%;
        聚丙烯酸盐             12%;
        硫酸钠                 8%;
        粉煤灰                 57%;

        脂肪醇聚乙烯磺酸钠     12%;
        松香酸钠               7%;
        三异丙醇胺             8%;
        聚丙烯酸盐             10%;
        硫酸钠                 5%;
        粉煤灰                 58%;

岩砂晶,其特点是,含有如下组分(重量百分含量):
        脂肪醇聚乙烯磺酸钠      11%;
        松香酸钠                7%;
        三异丙醇胺              5%;
        聚丙烯酸盐              8%;
        硫酸钠                  4%;
        粉煤灰                  65%

1、岩砂晶,其特征在于,含有如下组分(重量百分含量):
脂肪醇聚乙烯磺酸钠             5~20%;
松香酸钠                       5~10%;
三异丙醇胺                     2~10%;
聚丙烯酸盐                     5~15%;
硫酸钠                         2~10%;
其余为粉煤灰。
