Abstract
本发明为自来水管道中的一种阀门,停水后自动关闭。目前国内市场上尚无此种阀门。该发明其特点为不易损坏,封闭性能好,防止发生住宅和公共场所自来水跑水现象。本发明最主要特点是自动关闭。当手柄①在开起的位置上,在水压力的作用下,使传压板⑤与止水板④之间的摩擦力增大,处使手柄①停留在开起的位置上,使水流通过。当管道停水时传压板⑤无压力作用,手柄①会自动下落到关闭的位置上,达到自动关闭的目的。
Description
该发明为自来水管道中的一种阀门，停水后自动关闭。
目前国内市场上尚无此种阀门，我已在九九年四月申报一种自动关闭阀门，申请号：99207070．8。该发明其特点为不易损坏封闭性能好，防止发生住宅和公共场所自来水跑水现象。
该发明由图1给出：
手柄①：阀门体②；内套③；止水板④；传压板⑤；环镙⑥；胶封⑦；环垫⑧；环胶垫⑨；紧锢镙母⑩。
具体结构：该阀门为水平位置安装，(如竖向安装，只能手动开闭)，阀体②中间沿外园方向有四分之一周长小槽，使手柄①在其内滑动，上方为开起，下方为关闭，当手柄①在上方开起位置上，在水压力作用下经传压板⑤与止水板④之间产生一定的磨擦力。处使止水板④会停留在该位置上，使阀门内的水经传压板⑤及止水板④中的两个对称三角型孔通过。当管道内停水时，阀门内无压力作用，手柄①带动止水板①自动下落至下方关闭的位置(即止水板④将传压板⑤的两个三角孔封闭)，重新给水不会自动开起。阻止水流通过。从而达到自动关闭水流之目的。
内套③；传压板⑤；环锢⑥；胶封⑦由两组对称安装止水板④两侧。环垫⑧为两个可自由转动的垫片，当旋紧紧锢螺母⑩时，不至使其它部件变形。
内套③内壁设有两个对称凹槽，使传压板⑤两个凸点只能沿凹槽前后滑动。(凸、凹图中未画出)。
Claims (6)
1、保险阀门，所设计的内套③，传压板⑤，胶封⑦，止水板④。
2、根据权利要求1所述，其特征在于内套③所设的凹槽，使传压板⑤只能前后移动，不能转动。
3、根据权利要求1所述，其特征在于内套③所设的L槽，使止水板④只能转动，不能左右移动。
4．根据权利要求1所述，其特征在于传压板⑤，不但起传力作用，而且起密封止水作用。当水柄①搬到开起的位置，传压板⑤的两个三角孔与止水板④同位，使水流通过。
5．根据权利要求1所述，其特征在于胶封⑦，同时起到传力及密封止水水作用。
6、根据权利要求1所述，其特征在于止水板④当手柄①搬到开起位置。使水流通过，当手柄①搬到或下落关闭位置阻止水流通过。
