Abstract

本发明公开了一种植入囊袋内的具有调节功能的人工晶体,其袢的根部弹性小于体部、尾部弹性。人工晶体植入晶体囊袋后,当晶体悬韧带紧张时,晶体囊袋紧张,人工晶体袢尾部与晶体赤道部接触处囊袋向心收缩,人工晶体根部和体部弯曲,人工晶体光学部后移,从而减少人工晶体在眼内的调节力,视网膜成像清晰,使人工晶体视近、视远效果更佳。

一种可调节性人工晶体
本发明涉及植入囊袋内的人工晶体技术。
目前,临床使用的人工晶体可分为单焦、双焦和多焦人工晶体。其缺点是:1、单焦人工晶体无调节力,其袢的各部位弹性相等或相近,袢的作用是固定人工晶体的光学部,保持人工晶体光学部的稳定。2、双焦、多焦人工晶体虽然有一定的拟调节力,但是仍存在缺点,如视网膜成像的对比度低、分辩力差、相邻色相混等,限制了其应用。而且,这种拟调节作用是非生理性的,其调节幅度难以达到近距离视物的理想要求。
本发明目的是发明一种能在眼内有调节力的人工晶体,使白内障术后具有良好的视近、视远能力。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决方案是:与连接光学部的袢根部弹性小于体部、尾部弹性。
当人工晶体植入晶体囊袋内后,晶体悬韧带松驰时,晶体囊袋松驰,人工晶体袢处于原始状态,人工晶体袢尾部间距离大于晶体囊袋直径,使晶体囊袋适当扩张呈椭圆型。当晶体悬韧带紧张时,晶体囊袋紧张,人工晶体袢尾部与晶体赤道部接触处囊袋向心收缩,人工晶体袢根部和体部弯曲,人工晶体光学部后移,从而减少人工晶体在眼内的调节力,使视网膜成像清晰。

本发明由光学部4和两个对称连接的袢组成,并设计为具有前倾角的复合弹性袢,与光学部4连接的袢的根部3弹性小于体部2、尾部1弹性。袢材料可取自记忆性较强的材料,如PMMA,袢的根部3至体部2、尾部1逐渐变粗。
