Abstract
To provide a lubricating oil composition for a refrigerating machine, excellent in stability to hydrolysis and oxidation, scarcely causing color development of a lubricating oil nor generating sludge when used for a long period, and suitable for the refrigerating machine for which a refrigerant free from chlorine, such as a hydrofluorocarbon, carbon dioxide or a hydrocarbon, is used. This lubricating oil composition for the refrigerating machine for which the hydrofluorocarbon, the carbon dioxide or the hydrocarbon is used as the refrigerant is given by adding (A) at least one kind of compound which contains an alkyl glycidyl ether, alkyl glycidyl ester or cyclohexane oxide in its molecule in an amount of not less than 0.01 wt.% but less than 1 wt.% and (B) at least one kind of diphenylcarbodiimide and a bis(alkylated phenyl)carbodiimide compound in an amount of not less than 0.01 wt.% but less than 1 wt.% to an ester-based or ether-based synthetic lubricating base oil.
Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to use the lubricating oil composition of freezer of not chloride cooling agent such as hydrofluoric ether, carbonic acid gas, hydrocarbon.
Background technology
In refrigerators such as refrigerator, air-conditioning plant, deadlocked etc. for the friction, abrasion, the heating that prevent to compress sliding part, use lubricating oil.The desired characteristic of this lubricating oil for example has: owing to can follow and the contacting of cooling agent, therefore, need the excellent in stability to cooling agent; With solvability excellence of cooling agent etc.In the past, using chloride fluorine was cooling agent, for example, and trichlorofluoromethane (R11), Refrigerant 12 cfcs such as (R12), chlorodifluoromethane fluorine hydrochloric ethers such as (R22).For these chloride cooling agent, be that synthetic oil (PAO) etc. is as lubricating oil with naphthene series mineral oil, paraffin series mineral oil, alkyl benzene series synthetic oil, poly-alpha olefins always.
But, because these fluorine-containing fluorine are that cold cooling agent can damage the ozone layer, therefore, in the world, its use is restricted, and fluorine as an alternative is a cooling agent, is using 1 at present, 1,1, not chloride hydrofluoric ether such as 2-Tetrafluoroethane (R134a), ammonia, carbonic acid gas, hydrocarbon etc. Also the someone has studied the lubricating oil corresponding with these cooling agent, proposing with polyoxyalkylene glycol polyethers such as (PAG) is that synthetic oil or polyol ester are that synthetic oil is corresponding to fluoro hydrocarbon system cooling agent, with ethers such as PAG be synthetic hydrocarbon compounds such as synthetic oil or PAO corresponding to carbonic acid gas, be that synthetic oil, naphthene series mineral oil, paraffin series mineral oil are corresponding to hydrocarbon system cooling agent with ether.
But, because not chloride cooling agent can not produce the extreme pressure effect (oilness raising) of chlorine, therefore, cause the bearing, piston, sealing etc. of refrigerator lubricated not good easily, produce that energy loss, friction increase, heating is deadlocked etc., become the decomposition that promotes cooling agent and lubricating oil, cause reason for corrosion.Especially in the refrigeration systems such as compressor of refrigerator, have micro-moisture and oxygen, when the use polyol ester is lubricating oil, can hydrolysis and generate free acid; When using ether to be lubricating oil, can oxidative degradation, acid number is risen, these all can cause in the device material corrosion, promote cooling agent, lubricating oil deterioration, the generation of the non-solvent components of cooling agent can cause kapillary obstruction etc.
In order to improve above-mentioned situation, the method that the open communique of Japan special permission nineteen ninety has proposed to add epoxy compounds No. 276880 and 1993 No. 17792, the open communique of Japan's special permission nineteen ninety-five No. 133487, International Patent Application WO 94/21759 have proposed the method that interpolation contains the compound of carbodiimide group.Yet, the sluggish of epoxy compounds and free acid, and the compound that contains carbodiimide group will produce substantial effect separately, its addition must be big.Particularly do not reduce the refrigerator such as automative air conditioning, air-conditioning plant of the device of moisture or means in the refrigeration system, the addition that contains the compound of carbodiimide group must be more than 2 weight %.When using carbodiimide, such addition can make lubricating oil significantly painted, cause its commodity value to descend. And, the problem that all has the dregs of fat to generate behind epoxy compounds and the carbodiimide compound life-time service.
For addressing the above problem, the present inventor has carried out deep research, found that, when epoxy compounds and carbodiimide compound are share, surprisingly, compare when they are added separately respectively, can significantly reduce the addition of these compounds, and the dregs of fat that can suppress the painted of lubricating oil and produce because of life-time service.
Based on above-mentioned discovery, the objective of the invention is, provide a kind of to using the optimal lubricating oil composition of refrigerator of not chloride cooling agent such as hydrofluoric ether, carbonic acid gas or hydrocarbon, it is to the excellent in stability of hydrolysis and oxidation, can be not painted, and life-time service can not produce the dregs of fat.

Epoxy compounds and carbodiimide compound all have the corrosive compound reaction interior with refrigerators such as moisture, lipid acid, oxidative degradation things, prevent that corrosion composition from causing the material degradation in the refrigerator and preventing that corrosion composition from promoting the effect of cooling agent and lubricating oil deterioration etc.
Being swift in response of carbodiimide compound and moisture, lipid acid, oxidative degradation thing, can and refining after residue in initial stage reaction of moisture in lipid acid, oxidative degradation thing and the rerigerator in the lubricating oil.
On the other hand, the reaction of epoxy compounds is slower, corrosion composition reactions such as the lipid acid that the thermal load in the time of can working with refrigerator, slipper produce, oxidative degradation thing.
With two compounds and usefulness, then above-mentioned effect is multiplied each other, and makes their addition reduce.
In addition,, also add ditertbutylparacresol, the effect of above-mentioned effect is increased if with two compounds.
