Abstract

用于存放咖啡和其它粒状产品的罐子有一个共同的缺点,即当罐子反复打开时产品就会逐渐失去香味。本发明的目的就是无论打开多少次都能保持罐装粒状产品的香味。
发明概述
一种根据本发明的经过改进的罐子,它用来保持咖啡或其它有香味的粒状产品的香味新鲜度和卫生,包括一个中空的罐体和一个密封所述罐体的盖子,该罐体特征在于有一个弹性盘状物水平放置在所述罐子内位于盖子下大约0.5-1.5cm处使存放在罐子内的香味产品位于盘状物下方。当罐子被打开时盘状物密封罐子内的产品,当罐子被盖上时盘状物被打开。该盘状物包括两部分:一个较大的固定部分和一个较小的可移动部分。盖子、或罐体、或盘状物的可移动部分包括一个装置,它用来在罐子被盖上时压住并使所述盘状物可移动部分向下弯。
当罐子被盖上时在打开位置,盘状物可移动部分向下弯,在罐体的侧壁和盘状物的可移动部分的边缘之间有一个空隙,允许产品分流。通过将罐子翻转倒置在返回正常位置可以将产品分流。当盖住的罐子被翻转倒置,咖啡通过空隙流出。在返回罐子的正常位置后,一部分咖啡留在位于盖子下的盘状物的固定部分,而其余的咖啡通过由向下的盘状物的可移动部分形成的空隙倒回罐子的较低部位。当使用者取走罐子盖时,在盘状物下的一个弹簧推动盘状物可移动部分。盘状物可移动部分密封了罐子,只有咖啡部分可以倒入使用者的杯中,这样罐子中的产品被密封和保存下来。
盘状物的固定部分在朝向罐子盖的一侧有一个调羹状的凹陷部位,这就可以更好的和准确的将产品分流出来。
在一个较佳的实施方式中,所述的用来压住和使可移动部分向下弯的装置是一个突起,它位于罐子的盖子的内侧并垂直向下,或者位于盘状物的可移动部分上并垂直向上。

作为一种可供选择的方案,盘状物的可移动部分通过盘状物材料自身的弹性力回退到其初始水平密封位置(当罐子被打开时),或者通过一个附加装置使这种回退更有效,例如,通过一个弹簧,弹簧一端连接到所述可移动部分,另一端连接到一个从盘状物的固定部分伸出的特定的突起。
在一个较佳的实施方式里,在改进的罐子中要安装和操作的弹性盘状物由一个较大的固定部分和一个较小的可移动部分组成,该弹性盘状物的尺寸大小与罐子相配。
当可移动的盘状物被盖子向下推,按压杆,盘状物产生一个水平位置使产品能进入调羹状曲面。

Claims (5)

1.一种保持香味的罐子,它用于咖啡或其它有香味的粒状产品,包括:一个中空的罐体和一个密封所述罐体的盖子,其中所述保持香味的罐子的特征在于:其有一个弹性盘状物,当罐子被打开时该盘状物用来密封罐子内的产品,所述盘状物水平放置在所述罐子内位于盖子下大约0.5-1.5cm处,所述盘状物有一个较大的固定部分和一个较小的可移动部分,所述较大的固定部分在其朝向罐子盖的一侧有一个调羹状的凹陷,该凹陷用于使一部分罐子内的产品保留在其内;并且所述盖子、罐体或可移动部分包括这样的装置,该装置在罐子被盖上时压住并使所述盘状物的可移动部分向下弯,该盘状物还具有这样的装置,该装置在罐子被打开时使所述盘状物的可移动部分回退到它初始的水平密封位置。
