Abstract

Description

设有储罐的泵装置
本发明涉及泵装置,尤其涉及储罐式电动泵,如蒸压器(autoclave)。
某些类型的泵装置一般使用电动泵,后者通过导管和连接器与储罐相连,这往往使装置过于复杂、笨重及昂贵。
而本发明的目的则是提供这样一种设有储罐的泵装置,通过采用一种新颖、独特的设计方案及其部件组合方式,该装置达到了简单、低造价的效果并且免去了泵与储罐之间的导管和连接器。
本发明的另一个目的是提供这样一种更为小型化的泵机-蒸压器装置,其中,电动机受进流液体冷却并直接对准储罐,而储罐中则有多级离心泵组在工作。这种布局与常规做法完全相反。这种装置从封闭端引入液体并将其输送到储罐中建立起一定的压力;液体随之从储罐中压出以供使用。
这种布局的优点是多方面的。首先,对封闭端所形成的抽吸能力有助于缩短液体历经这一阶段所需要的行程。
其次,泵组由于在储罐内一直被浸没在液体中而永久性地处在抽吸状态下,从而避免了因空载运转而出现的任何麻烦。
此外,一个同样非常有益并构成本发明另一新颖性的特征是,抽吸部分与针对使用端的输出部分处在同一直线上,这样,即使在凹陷形的工作区域内,该装置的安装方式也非常简便快捷。这种泵装置在被浸入水中时具有隔离功能,因此,其适应性对于家用场合来说也是受欢迎的。
由于用离心泵替代自起动泵,该装置的能耗明显小于常见指标。
附图中的唯一一个图表示了所述设有储罐的泵装置或蒸压器的示意草图并且被作为一个范例,以下将介绍其细节。
上述附图中的泵机和储罐分别由标识符10和11表示。泵机具有由电动机13驱动的多级泵组12。储罐采用普通的结构,其内部被薄膜14分割成第一集腔15和第二集腔16,前者容纳由泵组12输送来的流体,后者则含有一种气体,该气体在第一集腔15中流体的体积增加时会受到压缩,由此形成一定压力,使液体在需要时被输送到使用端。
泵组12和电动机13被置于机壳19内,该机壳设有吸入液体的输入通道17和通向使用端的输出通道18。作为优选方案,这两个通道17,18在同一直线上彼此相向配置,而且具有与电机13相同的标高。
泵机10和储罐11在组装后达到如下功能,泵组12将箭头E所示输入通道17输送来的液体直接排放到储罐11中由薄膜14所限定的第一集腔15中。储罐11的第一集腔15的另一侧与输出通道18相通,如图中箭头U所示。
以上介绍了本发明的效果和优点。
此外,对于有特殊要求的情况来说,本装置的组装方式可以采用气冷电动机并使泵机位于蒸压器中。最后,在本发明原有广度的范围之内,本装置还可以是一个配有外置泵机的组件,该泵机的机壳上设有固定的液压连接器。

Claims (6)

1.一种设有储罐并被称为蒸压器的泵装置,其中,泵装置包括泵组和储罐,该泵组由电动机驱动,该储罐被其内侧的薄膜分割成集水用的第一集腔和容纳压缩气体用的第二集腔,其特征在于,泵组(12)为多级离心式结构,该泵组(12)将液体由封闭端一侧的输入通道(17)引入并直接排放到储罐的第一集腔内,第一集腔与通向使用端的输出通道(18)相通。
2.如权利要求1所述的泵装置,其特征在于,泵组和储罐的装配或者采用无连接导管的形式,或者采用在泵机外壳上设置液压连接器的形式。
3.如权利要求1和2所述的泵装置,其特征在于,泵组在储罐的第一集腔内被浸入液体中,因而永久性地处在抽吸状态下。
4.如上述权利要求中的任一项所述的泵装置,其特征在于,泵组和驱动电机被置于机壳(19)内,该机壳(19)的一侧设有流体输入通道(17),其相反一侧设有流体输出通道(18),两个通道彼此共线。
5.如权利要求4所述的泵装置,其特征在于,上述的流体输入和输出通道(17,18)与电动机具有同样标高,而且电动机由循环液体冷却。
6.如权利要求1-3所述的泵装置,其特征在于,电动机由空气冷却,而且该泵装置为蒸压器。
