Description
本发明涉及一种具有金属泡沫芯的半成品和制造这种具有金属泡沫芯的半成品的方法。
US3087807A和DE4018360C1公开了制造一种金属泡沫体的方法。在US3087807A中指出,可以用金属泡沫对中空体进行充填,其中在中空体内部形成金属泡沫。
DE4443840C2公开了一种用于机动车车身衬部分的防撞保护。其中一种由轻金属泡沫构成的枕件完全被封闭在在车壳内。但在文献中看不出来,轻金属泡沫是否及如何固定在车壳内部。
DE-OS2119490公开了以夹层结构方式制造板体的方式。采用在盖板之间设置的金属泡沫板。盖板固定在金属泡沫板上。
例如在轮转印刷机中,已知有例如导纸辊形式的旋转辊或例如作为印版滚筒或胶皮滚筒的中空的滚筒。例如在导纸辊中,其驱动是通过由其导向的承印物带本身实现的。鉴于如上所述用于加速或制动的能量必须通过承印物加到辊本身上,故这将导致对承印物带,即例如对纸带或薄膜带造成所不希望的影响。另外,还增加了额外的困难,一方面纸带越来越宽(例如3.80米)并且另一方面承印物的速度同样越来越大,其间已达到18米/秒。
本发明的目的在于提出一种用于旋转运行的带有金属泡沫芯的辊或滚筒的半成品和制造此半成品的方法。
按照本发明,该目的的解决方案如下,
一制造具有一中空壳体的用于旋转运行的辊、滚筒的半成品的方法,其特征在于,将一在壳体外发泡的金属泡沫芯插装入壳体的内部并以可以进行力传递的方式固定在壳体的内表面上;
一具有一中空壳体的辊或滚筒的半成品,其特征在于,在壳体外制成的金属泡沫芯以可以进行力传递的方式固定在中空壳体的内表面上。
采用本发明实现的优点尤其在于,可以制造出具有金属泡沫芯的适用于高速旋转的辊、滚筒等,所述辊、滚筒等具有一壳体,该壳体不会受到形成金属泡沫必要的高温(例如500℃)的加载。可实现金属的结合,例如对钢辊用铝泡沫进行充填,而不会在辊/滚筒旋转运行加速或制动时产生辊内表面与金属泡沫外表面间的相对移动。可以利用金属泡沫给辊/滚筒带来的所有优点,又不致使辊/滚筒过度热疲劳。因而可以省去对例如导纸辊的单独的电机驱动。
下面将对本发明的半成品和制造这种半成品的方法的实施例加以说明:
本发明的所有方法就下述都是相同的,即在例如辊或滚筒的具有任意截面的一侧或两侧端面开口的管状体内插装入一个金属泡沫芯。
管状体(以下称作壳体)可以由任意的材料构成,例如由金属(钢、铝、黄铜等)、塑料(例如聚酰胺)、陶瓷或纸构成。其内腔截面可以具有任意的几何形状:圆形、正方形、作为楔形轴(单销、多销)、花键轴、K形轴(K-Profilwelle)等的配合件开有单纵向沟槽或多纵向沟槽。
即壳体的内腔截面可以是任意的。但它的设计应使一个或多个金属泡沫芯由辊/滚筒端面上的多个孔口中的一个插装进去或采用多体的金属泡沫芯时由辊或滚筒的两个端面插装进去。
对金属泡沫芯采用与壳体空间分隔开的方式进行制造并在此后插装入壳体的内部。
可以采用各种已知的方式,例如根据在DE4018360C1中描述的方法制造金属泡沫芯。但按照本发明的方法发泡是在有待充填的壳体的外部进行的。
按照本发明,金属泡沫芯插装入处于准制成状态的壳体的内部并且固定在壳体内壁的整个内表面或部分内表面上。金属泡沫芯的外表面与壳体的内表面间的连接的设计应使其可以通过金属泡沫芯的外表面至少部分实现壳体内侧与金属泡沫芯间的力传递。该连接可以是可拆卸的连接或不可拆卸的连接。
可拆卸的连接可以是诸如成形连接、雌雄榫接等型面连接,但螺旋连接对此也适用。在上述情况下,半成品壳体的内表面和金属泡沫芯的外表面必须相互适配,例如壳体上的内螺纹、金属泡沫芯上的外螺纹,金属泡沫芯表面设有一纵向销或作为“多销轴”和壳体的内表面设有相应的单个槽或多个槽。而且也可以以锥形接合的方式实现过盈连接(金属泡沫芯上的外锥、壳体上的内锥)。
另外还可以以如下方式实现可拆卸的过盈连接,即附加还采用涨缩连接。为此在采用金属壳体时,对壳体进行加熱并且将金属泡沫芯插装入壳体的内部。对金属泡沫芯可以附加进行冷却。在二者间实现温度均衡后即建立了非常坚固的型面过盈连接。
但也可以作为材料连接(stoffschluessige Verbindung),例如粘接或者也可以作为过盈连接,例如涨缩连接或作为材料一过盈混合连接。在后一种情况时,将一个经加热处理的壳体套装在一个用粘接剂,例如二甲基丙烯酸酯化学基的金属粘接剂〔例如LOCTITE574(LOCTITE工厂的商品名称)〕涂敷的金属泡沫芯上。其中壳体例如是钢的,金属泡沫例如是铝泡沫。在粘接剂冷却和硬化后实现了非常坚固的涨缩/粘接连接。在此,嫌氧的粘接剂尤为适用,这种粘接剂可以以简单的方式实现不同金属的连接。
在采用所有上述连接方式时必须保证在壳体和金属泡沫芯之间尽可能不存在间隙和不产生间隙。
Claims (14)
1.制造具有一中空壳体的用于旋转运行的辊、滚筒的半成品的方法,其特征在于,将一在壳体外制成的金属泡沫芯插装入壳体的内部并以可以进行力传递的方式固定在壳体的内表面上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将金属泡沫芯通过其外表面采用过盈连接的方式固定在壳体的内表面上。
3.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将金属泡沫芯通过其外表面采用型面连接的方式固定在壳体的内表面上。
4.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将金属泡沫芯通过其外表面采用材料连接(stoffschluessige Verbindung)的方式固定在壳体的内表面上。
5.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将金属泡沫芯通过其外表面采用型面连接与材料连接(stoffschluessige Verbindung)的混合方式固定在壳体的内表面上。
6.按照权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,将金属泡沫芯与中空的壳体采用粘接的方式连接在一起。
7.按照权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在金属泡沫芯与中空壳体间存在温差的情况下将金属泡沫芯插装入中空的壳体内。
8.具有一中空壳体的辊或滚筒的半成品,其特征在于,将在壳体外制成的金属泡沫芯以可以进行力传递的方式固定在中空壳体的内表面上。
9.按照权利要求8所述的半成品,其特征在于,中空壳体的内表面与金属泡沫芯的外表面至少部分连接。
10.按照权利要求9所述的半成品,其特征在于,中空壳体的内表面与金属泡沫芯外表面完全连接。
11.按照权利要求8至10所述的半成品,其特征在于,金属泡沫芯充满中空壳体的整个截面。
12.按照权利要求8至11所述的半成品,其特征在于,该半成品用于制造旋转的辊和滚筒。
13.按照权利要求8至12所述的半成品,其特征在于,该半成品用于制造辊或滚筒。
14.按照权利要求8至12所述的半成品,其特征在于,辊或滚筒应用于印刷机。
