4.5 to 5.5 percent of heat-insulating and water-suppressing powder.
Film-forming agent: 0.55 to 0.65 percent of ethylene glycol and 0.55 to 0.65 percent of propylene glycol.
Adhesive: 45 to 55 percent of modified polyvinyl alcohol adhesive, 3.5 to 4.5 percent of white latex, 2.5 to 3.5 percent of styrene-acrylic emulsion and 0.75 to 0.85 percent of penetrating agent (such as the penetrating agent of JFC, model manufactured by Zhenjiang and Hangzhou auxiliary agent factories).
The modifier comprises the following components: 0.45 to 0.55 percent of urea, 0.05 percent of fluorescent whitening agent, 0.05 percent of mildew preventive, 0.15 to 0.2 percent of sodium hexametaphosphate, 4 to 7 percent of quartz powder (common barite powder can be used), 2.5 to 3.5 percent of precipitated barium sulfate powder, 1.5 to 2.5 percent of modified bentonite and 1.1 to 1.3 percent of tributyl phosphate.

The coating film formed by the coating of the invention can be thinner than 1 cm and thicker than 0.8 mm. A thickness of less than 0.8 mm makes it difficult to ensure high thermal insulation performance, and in the case ofmultiple layers (one fixed layer and one applied layer), the thickness does not have to exceed 1 cm, otherwise the effect is not greatly improved and the material is wasted.
The thickness of the coating film of the coating material of the present invention is suitably 0.8 to 1.2 mm.
The invention adopts the composition that the sierozem powder, the enamel titanium pigment and the calcite powder are added into the coating to be matched with each other and the sierozem powder is taken as the core, so that the coating with high-efficiency heat insulation, long-term effect and water resistance is prepared; the addition of the heat-insulating waterproof powder effectively enhances the heat-insulating waterproof effect; after other components are added, the paint which has obvious heat insulation and waterproof functions, good weather resistance, thinness and good wear resistance is formed. Such coatings are not only versatile, but can be used, for example, for: the outer wall of the pipeline is coated with films, the outer walls of various utensils are coated with films, and the like. However, the coating of the invention has particular utility in the construction field. The production method of the coating comprises the following steps:

(3) grinding the materials in a grinder;
(4) filtering the ground material in a filter;
(5) subpackaging and packaging the product.
