Abstract

本发明公开了一种能够测定多项生理指标的家庭多功能健康检测仪,其包括有一箱式壳体,该壳体包括有一可开启的箱盖,在该箱盖内部设有多个用于放置各种试剂条的容置槽,并在相应的容置槽内放置有可检测单个生理指标的试剂条。在壳体内部设置有一样品比色槽、光电系统、电子分析系统、测定结果显示系统及操作控制装置,在所述光电系统、电子分析系统、测定结果显示系统与操作控制装置之间由电及电信号连接。本发明中的检测仪由于采用每次单项生理指标测定和彩色发光显示系统,使得整个检测仪的成本降低,达到普通家庭都能承受的水平,同时结构简单、操作方便,并且该检测仪还集测定多种生理指标于一体,达到在家里进行全面自我健康检查的目的。

能够测定多项生理指标的家庭多功能健康检测仪
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健设备,更具体地说,涉及一种可在家庭内自行使用,并可测定多种人体生理指标的体格健康检测仪。
背景技术
对于人体生理健康而言,大体上人类可以分为三种类型,一种是自我无任何疾病症状感觉,在临床上检测的各种生理指标也未发现有任何异常现象的人群,此属于健康人群,约占25%,第二种是自我感觉至少有一种或一种以上的疾病症状,在临床上也至少发现有一种或一种以上生理指标持续异常并需经常得到医学治疗的人群,此属于非健康人群即病人,约占25%;第三种是自我无任何疾病症状感觉,经临床检查发现有至少一种或一种以上生理指标持续异常的人群,此属于亚健康人群,约占50%。
对于病人,在医学上往往需要费时费力的治疗,同时,病人也往往需承受很大的痛苦和沉重的经济负担,且许多疾病又难以完全治愈。但对亚健康人群往往只需通过生活的适当调节和医学的简单治疗,大多数都可以完全康复为健康人群。为此,在医学上鼓励人们进行定期体格检查,以便尽早发现处于亚健康状态的生理异常以及进行必要的治疗,从而得到康复,提高人类的健康水平。
由于个人与社会各种条件的限制,人们难以做到定期到医疗机构做体格检查,造成无法发现亚健康状态并失去了疾病最佳治疗时期的严重后果,为此,目前有一些可以用于家庭自行进行检测单项生理指标的仪器和试剂盒出现,但是这些产品都只能检测某种单一的生理功能,例如,甲状腺功能和爱滋病抗元的检测等,并且这些产品的检测方法及设备仍引用类似专业医疗机构中检验设备那样复杂的定量或半定量测定方法及设备,有的还要使用者将样品寄到指定的检测机构进行测定,从而造成不方便、费用高及难以起到对全身多项生理指标进行全面自行体检的作用。
发明内容
为此,本发明中能够测定多项生理指标的家庭多功能健康检测仪主要是为了解决现有单项家庭诊断器使用不方便、费用高及无法对全身多项生理指标进行检测的问题。
本发明中能够测定多项生理指标的家庭多功能健康检测仪包括有一便于携带的箱式壳体,该壳体包括有一可开启的箱盖,在该箱盖内部设有多个用于放置各种试剂条的容置槽,并在相应的容置槽内放置有可检测单个生理指标的试剂条,在所述壳体内部设置有一可平推式活动的样品比色槽、能够将光信号转变成电信号的光电系统、被测定值与生理正常值进行比较的电子分析系统、在壳体内部控制面板上易于辩别的彩色发光装置测定结果显示系统及壳体内部控制面板上的操作键盘的操作控制装置,在所述光电系统、电子分析系统、测定结果显示系统与操作控制装置之间由电及电信号连接。
另外,在所述箱盖与壳体之间以铰接的方式相互连接。
另外,所述光电系统设置在所述箱式壳体的内部,其包括有光源、球面积分仪,并在该球面积分仪内设置有滤光片和能够将光信号转变成电信号的光电管;所述电子分析系统为一设在所述箱式壳体内部的微电脑,其包括有AD转化器、CPU和软件或硬件数值比较器,并在该电子分析系统在其内部预先设置有被测定生理指标的正常值,并通过设在所述电子分析系统内的微电脑中软件或硬件比较器对被测定值与生理正常值进行比较,从而得出测定结果;所述测定结果显示系统包括有设有在所述壳体内部控制面板上易于辨别的彩色发光装置,例如红色和绿色发光装置;所述操作控制装置为一设在所述壳体内部控制面板上的操作键盘。
本发明中的家庭多功能健康检测仪所采用的样品可以是被检测者的尿液、血液、粪便、唾液及呼出气体,使样品与相对应的试剂条进行反应,并对反应后的试剂条进行光照比色,以根据测定反射光强度的原理来计算出各种样品是否符合正常的生理指标。
本发明中所运用的试剂条是由塑料底层、尼龙膜及包埋在其中的化学试剂组成的一种条状结构,在每个试剂条中只含有供一种生理指标测定的化学试剂,即一个试剂条只能用于测定某个单项生理指标,从而避免了目前每个试剂带可测定多项生理指标的复杂性,达到整个检测仪操作方便、结构简单和降低成本的目的。
另外,本发明中的家庭多功能健康检测仪由于采用彩色指示灯的显示系统,避免了目前定量和半定量的复杂显示系统,使得整个检测仪的成本降低,再加上前述单项生理指标试剂条的使用,从而达到普通家庭都能承受的水平,同时结构简单、操作方便,并且该检测仪还集多种生理指标测定于一体,达到在家里进行全面自我健康检查的目的。

下面将结合附图对本发明中的具体实施例作进一步详细说明。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,本发明中能够测定多项生理指标的家庭多功能健康检测仪包括有一能够便于携带的箱式壳体1、与该箱式壳体1相互铰接的箱盖6、设在壳体1内部的平推式活动测定样品比色槽2、光电系统3、电子分析系统4、测定结果显示系统5、操作键盘7、设在箱盖6内用于存放试剂条的容置槽8及用于存放生化试剂的容置槽9等结构,在容置槽8和9内分别放置有与各种不同生理检测样品对应的试剂条及试剂。其中,在光电系统3、电子分析系统4和测定结果显示系统5之间通过电和电子信号相互连接。
如图2所示,光电系统3设在箱式壳体1的内部,其包括有一光源30、一球面积分仪31,并在该球面积分仪31内设置有滤光片33和能够将光信号转变成电信号的光电管32。由该光电管32转换成的电信号输入到电子分析系统4内,经该电子分析系统4处理后输出到测定结果显示系统5中。
如图3和图4所示,电子分析系统4为一设在箱式壳体1内部(预先设置有被测定生理指标正常值)的微电脑,其包括有AD转化器40、CPU41和数值比较器42。其中AD转化器40采用美国Analog Device公司的AD574型转化器,CPU41则采用Intel公司的Intel8096型,数值比较器采用Intel767型,均为现有技术,为此不再详细描述其内部结构及电路。
如图5所示,用于测定的试剂条80只含有供一种生理指标测定的化学试剂,即一个试剂条80只能用于测定一种生理指标,以便人们操作方便,该试剂条80包括有一塑料底层81、尼龙膜82及包埋在其中的吸水层83、试剂层84和碘酸盐层85。
测定结果显示系统5包括有设在壳体1内部控制面板上易于辨别的彩色发光装置,例如红色发光装置50和绿色发光装置51。当电子分析系统4发出一定的电信号时可分别控制红色发光装置50或绿色发光装置51出光,以便人们简单、明确地辨认出所测生理指标是否正常。
由于上述电子分析系统4、光电管32、电源31、显示系统5及之间的连接关系如图4所示,各自内部电路及连接关系为已知技术,同时,所采用的试剂均为目前医疗机构中用于检测生理指标的试剂,并且与样品之间的生化反应也为现有技术,因此,在此不再加以详细描述。
在使用本发明中的家庭多功能健康检测仪时,首先取部分需检测的样品,如尿液,再取出欲测生理指标相应的试剂条并放在尿液中,尿液中欲测成份与试剂条80中的试剂层84发生反应,再将反应后的试剂条放入到样品比色槽2中,此时通过操作键盘7,使光源30发光,并对比色槽2中的试剂条80进行照射,如图2所示,由试剂条80反射出来的光被球面积分仪31接收,此时,设在球面积分仪31上的光电管32可接收到双波长反射光,其中,双波长光中的一束为测定光,另一束为参照光,各波长的选择由所测定的项目决定。被双波长反射光照射的光电管32发生光电转换,并将转换后的电信号输送到电子分析系统4中,进行光反射率分析。
电子分析系统4将依据以下公式对反射率进行计算:
反射率等于试剂条对测定波长的反射光强度乘以校准条对参考波长的反射光强度再除以试剂条对参考波长的反射光强度与校准条对测定波长的反射光强度的积
由上述公式得知,样品尿液中某种被测成分含量越高,其相应试剂条的反射光就越暗,反射率也就越低,反则越高。从而将计算出的反射率与某种被测成分生理正常标准反射率(预先设在检测仪的电子分析系统4CPU内)进行比较,如果测出的反射率低于该正常生理指标标准反射率,说明被测定成分的含量高出正常生理范围,反则说明低于正常生理范围。该比较后的反射率信号将由电子分析系统4送到检测仪的测定结果显示系统5,当测定出的反射率低于被测成分正常生理反射率时,显示系统5中的红色发光装置50发亮,说明该生理指标处于异常状态,反则绿色发光装置51发亮,说明该生理指标处于正常状态,利用该测定结果显示方法可以使使用者非常容易地对检测结果做出判断。这样就完成了对某一种生理指标的检测,其它生理指标的检测方法相同。
综上所述,本发明中的家庭多功能健康检测仪具有下述优点:
1.其集多项生理指标测定功能于一体,并且测定结果通过简单、便于识别的显示系统进行显示,使使用者容易撑握,同时与现有采用定量与半定量显示装置相比,可以大大降低其制造成本。
2.采用单一项目试剂条,即每次只测定某一种生理指标,使使用者容易操作,同时与专业一次测定多种项目的检测设备相比可以大大降低其制造成本。
3.结构简单、操作简便,整个检测仪的制造成本降低,能够被大多数普通家庭所接收,从而达到多功能健康检测仪民用化的目的。
4.能够对多种疾病进行检测,如尿蛋白测定、尿葡萄糖测定、尿酸碱性即PH值测定、尿隐血测定、尿维生素C测定、尿白细胞和亚硝酸盐测定、尿密度测定、尿妊娠激素测定、血葡萄糖测定、血脂及胆固醇测定、血液C-反应蛋白(C-Reactive Protein)测定、血甲状腺素测定、粪便潜隐血测定、粪便胆红素测定、粪胆原测定、唾液中化学成份测定、呼出气体中酸碱度测定。
5.采用简单的显示系统,便于人们判断检测结果。
6.取样方便。
另外,上述仅对本发明中的一个具体实施例加以说明,并不能作为本发明的保护范围,凡是依据本发明中的设计精神所做出的等效变化或修饰,均应认为落入本发明中的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种能够测定多项生理指标的家庭多功能健康检测仪,包括有一便于携带的箱式壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体包括有一可开启的箱盖,在该箱盖内部设有多个用于放置各种试剂条的容置槽,并在相应的容置槽内放置有可检测单个生理指标的试剂条,在所述壳体内部设置有一可平推式活动的样品比色槽、能够将光信号转变成电信号的光电系统、被测定值与生理正常值进行比较的电子分析系统、在壳体内部控制面板上易于辩别的彩色发光装置测定结果显示系统及壳体内部控制面板上的操作键盘的操作控制装置,在所述光电系统、电子分析系统、测定结果显示系统与操作控制装置之间由电及电信号连接。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的家庭多功能健康检测仪,其特征在于:所述箱盖与壳体之间以铰接的方式相互连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2中所述的家庭多功能健康检测仪,其特征在于:所述试剂条包括有塑料底层、尼龙膜及包埋在塑料底和尼龙膜之间用于被测生理指标测定的化学试剂,该试剂条呈条状。
4.根据权利要求1或2中所述的家庭多功能健康检测仪,其特征在于:所述电子分析系统在其内部预先设置有被测定生理指标的正常值,并通过设在所述电子分析系统内的微电脑中软件或硬件比较器对被测定值与生理正常值进行比较,从而得出测定结果。
5.根据权利要求1或2中所述的家庭多功能健康检测仪,其特征在于:所述测定结果显示系统包括有设在所述壳体内部控制面板上易于辨别的彩色发光装置和/或声音识别装置。
