Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于饲料防霉的化学制剂,它由山梨酸钾或苯酸钠与甲酸或乙酸或丙酸经反应制得,具有安全可靠、品质稳定、适口性好等优点,对危害饲料的微生物具有较强的抑制和杀灭作用。合理使用本发明,可使饲料保质期达两个月以上。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于各种饲料在运输和贮存过程中防腐防霉的化学制剂。
当前,饲料工业蓬勃发展,其在整个国民经济中占有的比例越来越大。但是,由于微生物的污染,饲料工业一直为腐败霉变所困扰。为防止腐败霉变的发生,必须在饲料中加入防腐防霉剂进行保质保鲜。目前,普遍采用的防腐防霉剂大致可分为单一型和复配型两类。单一型产品主要以有机酸盐(如甲酸盐、乙酸盐、丙酸盐、山梨酸盐及苯甲酸盐等)和有机酸(如甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、山梨酸及苯甲酸等)为代表,其用量占全部防腐防霉剂用量的90%以上,其主要缺陷是抗菌谱窄,抑菌效果不太理想。复配型产品近年有较大的发展,但由于基本上都采用机械物理方法进行复配,各组分间的协同作用不十分理想,其抑菌活性不能得到充分的发挥,因而有待进一步改进。
本发明的目的在于采用化学方法制得一种高度复合的新型饲料防霉剂,利用该防霉剂中各组分分子间的相互作用,增强协同效果,使其杀菌抑菌活性得到充分的发挥,并取长补短,拓宽抗菌谱,从而减少投入,降低成本。
本发明所述的复合型饲料防霉剂系采用有机酸盐与有机酸经复分解反应制得,所用有机酸盐为山梨酸钾(CH3CH=CHCH=CHCOOK)或苯甲酸钠或它们之间的任意组合,所用的有机酸为甲酸(HCOOH)或乙酸(CH3COOH)或丙酸(CH3CH2COOH)或它们之间的任意组合。该防霉剂按有机酸盐∶有机酸=1.0∶0.3-1.0(质量比)进行反应。先将定量的有机酸盐粉碎至60-150目的细度,加入定量的有机酸,在常温条件下反应至完全,经粉碎至适当目数后即得所需的复合型饲料防霉剂。
本发明防霉剂对危害饲料的主要细菌和霉菌均有较强的抑制和杀灭作用,并具有一定的抗氧化功效,试验表明,合理使用本发明可使饲料的保质期达两个月以上。此外,由于本发明所采用的原料均为国家许可采用的食品添加剂,因此安全可靠,品质稳定,且适口性好。
实施例1:
将100g山梨酸钾粉碎至100目后,置于容器中,加入30g甲酸,在常温常压下反应至完全,粉碎,得成品。
实施例2:
将100g山梨酸钾粉碎至100目后,置于容器中,加入80g乙酸,在常温常压下反应至完全,粉碎,得成品。
实施例3:
将100g山梨酸钾粉碎至100目后,置于容器中,加入50g丙酸,在常温常压下反应至完全,粉碎,得成品。
实施例4:
将50g山梨酸钾与50g苯甲酸钠混合并粉碎至100目后,置于容器中,加入20g甲酸与20g丙酸的混合物,在常温常压下反应至完全,粉碎,得成品。
Claims (3)
1.根据权利要求1所述的复合型饲料防霉剂,其特征在于该防霉剂按有机酸盐∶有机酸=1.0∶0.3-1.0(质量比)进行复分解反应制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合型饲料防霉剂,其特征在于生产该防霉剂所用的有机酸盐为山梨酸钾或苯甲酸钠或它们之间的任意组合。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的复合型饲料防霉剂,其特征在于生产该防霉剂所用的有机酸为甲酸或乙酸或丙酸或它们之间的任意组合。
