一种潜水推流曝气机,包括有潜水电机(1)和固定在潜水电机壳体前端的气腔(3),螺旋桨(4)位于气腔(3)之前,螺旋桨的内毂(42)与穿过气腔的潜水电机输出轴(11)相固定,气腔的侧壁连接有一与之相连通的导气管(2),并且与螺旋桨内外毂的空隙连通,其特征在于还包括有一曝气头(5),连接在所述螺旋桨的外毂(41)前端并将其罩盖住,并且该曝气头(5)的端部上开有与外界相通的通气孔(51)。本发明在潜水电机通电后带动螺旋桨高速旋转时,不仅在曝气头端部形成强力负压,经导气管抽吸外界空气,而且曝气头随着螺旋桨作高速旋转,将经过曝气头的空气切割成大量小气泡,然后高速旋转的螺旋桨推动强大的水流再次将气泡切割并将气泡与水充分搅拌混合,从而使产生的气泡更为细小、均匀、增氧效率更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水处理领域中的曝气机,特别是一种潜水推流曝气机。
背景技术
目前在污水净化、养殖业等行业中,用来给水体增氧的曝气机已被广泛使用。如专利号为ZL00219059.1(公告号为CN2402672Y)的中国实用新型专利《电动推流曝气机》就公开了这样一种潜水增氧曝气机,它包括潜水电机、叶轮以及进气管,所述叶轮由至少两个叶片、轮毂、导气管和至少两个辐板组成,叶片环绕导气管外缘固定,轮毂经辐板固定在导气管内的旋转中心位置,轮毂与潜水电机的输出轴相连,导气管与进气管连通并构成吸气通道;该设计方案利用叶轮上所设的导气管直接将吸气通道经导气管延伸到叶轮旋转推流时形成的负压区,直接与水流混合碰撞实现充氧,从而比传统技术省掉了进水通道和水气排出通道。但是,这种曝气机所产生的气泡还比较粗大,也不够均匀,从而造成增氧效果不十分理想。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种产生的气泡更为细小、均匀、增氧效率更高的潜水推流曝气机。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该潜水推流曝气机包括有潜水电机和固定在潜水电机壳体前端的气腔,螺旋桨位于气腔之前,螺旋桨的内毂与穿过气腔的潜水电机输出轴相固定,气腔的侧壁连接有一与之相连通的导气管,并且与螺旋桨内外毂的空隙连通,其特征在于还包括有一曝气头,连接在所述螺旋桨的外毂前端并将其罩盖住,并且该曝气头的端部上开有与外界相通的通气孔。
为使从曝气头送出的气泡更为顺畅、避免引起湍流,所述的曝气头端部以呈圆锥状,并且曝气头端部上的通气孔以均布为佳。
与现有技术相比,本发明由于在螺旋桨的外毂前端增设了曝气头,因此,当潜水电机通电后带动螺旋桨高速旋转时,不仅在曝气头端部形成强力负压,经导气管抽吸外界空气,而且曝气头随着螺旋桨作高速旋转,将经过曝气头的空气切割成大量小气泡,然后高速旋转的螺旋桨推动强大的水流再次将气泡切割并将气泡与水充分搅拌混合,从而使产生的气泡更为细小、均匀、增氧效率更高。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,该潜水推流曝气机包括有潜水电机1和固定在潜水电机壳体前端的气腔3,螺旋桨4位于气腔3之前,螺旋桨的内毂42与穿过气腔的潜水电机输出轴11相固定,气腔的侧壁连接有一与之相连通的导气管2,并且与螺旋桨内外毂的空隙连通,曝气头5连接在所述螺旋桨的外毂41前端并将其罩盖住,该曝气头5的端部呈圆锥状,其上均匀地开有与外界相通的通气孔51。
上述中曝气头5与螺旋桨的外毂41前端之间连接方式可以采用各种现有技术,只要保持两者之间相对固定即可,如螺纹连接、紧配合等。
工作时,潜水电机1通电后带动螺旋桨4高速旋转,不仅在曝气头5端部形成强力负压,经导气管2抽吸外界空气,而且曝气头5随着螺旋桨4作高速旋转,将经过曝气头5的空气切割成大量小气泡,然后高速旋转的螺旋桨4推动强大的水流再次将气泡切割并将气泡与水充分搅拌混合,从而使产生的气泡更为细小、均匀、增氧效率更高。

1、一种潜水推流曝气机,包括有潜水电机(1)和固定在潜水电机壳体前端的气腔(3),螺旋桨(4)位于气腔(3)之前,螺旋桨的内毂(42)与穿过气腔的潜水电机输出轴(11)相固定,气腔的侧壁连接有一与之相连通的导气管(2),并且与螺旋桨内外毂的空隙连通,其特征在于还包括有一曝气头(5),连接在所述螺旋桨的外毂(41)前端并将其罩盖住,并且该曝气头(5)的端部上开有与外界相通的通气孔(51)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的潜水推流曝气机,其特征在于所述的曝气头(5)端部呈圆锥状。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的潜水推流曝气机,其特征在于所述曝气头端部上的通气孔(51)均匀分布。
