Abstract
本发明涉及一种流量计插入的球阀,所述球阀设有校准钻孔,其构成流体流经球体的通道的变狭部分。该球阀还有两个分别设于球体前后的压力计口,用于测量流体流经球阀的流速。
Description
(1)技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,其装有一个能够在球阀外边读取装置的流速的流速检测器和流量计,以及配套的仪表,以控制球阀本身操作和/或安全要求。
(2)背景技术
众所周知,要在一开关阀尤其是球阀里面读取流体的流速是一难题。业已成为现有技术的一部分的技术方案是,借助置于阀门外边的仪表读取流速,因此要求复杂的连接,这往往意味着某些使用条件不可以用该阀门。此外,这样一些技术方案比较麻烦,需要以专用的测量仪表读取每一阀的流速,这取决于流经的流体,既要考虑流体类型又要考虑每一具体应用中所要求的流量。
也有人提出另一种读取阀门里面流速的方法,例如,欧洲专利EP0671578所揭示的解决方法。然而,在这样一种情形下,由于读数仪表的形态结构而使实际流速发生改变,导致读数本身不准确。
(3)发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种能始终读取准确读数的流量计插入球体的球阀。
本发明的流量计插入球体的球阀,其特点是:所述球体设有校准钻孔,所述钻孔是流体流经球体的通道的变狭部分;所述球阀有两个分别设于球体前后的压力计口和,用于测量流体流经球阀的流速。
采用上述方案,球阀结构的零件不会影响流速,并且可适合于由流体类型及流体作用于球阀上的负荷而引出的每种单一需要。
以下,将结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例但并不限于该较佳实施例的设计,对本发明作更清楚的说明。

图2所示为球阀球体的放大图。
图3所示为以图1中的A-A线截取的横截面图,其表示设于球阀上压力计口的细节。
(5)具体实施方式
在这样一种设计中,整个球阀以1表示,其分别带有2个外法兰2和3,需要时可拆下这两个法兰,更换通过复合环形密封件5安装在适当位置的球体4。这种球阀已为人们所知,它设有拉杆6,使拆卸和重新安装简单安全。
根据本发明,球阀1具有一球体4,其通过杆7操纵;一节流件8,其通过在球体上钻孔并在球体内作适当机加工,以便形成一限定节流件8的隔板11,上述钻孔与球阀的轴线平行。以这样一种方式即以相对流体流经球阀的通道变狭来准确地校准钻孔,从而能够针对流体流向预先确定出一开始变狭与变狭后之间的给定的压力差值。
另外,球体前后分别设有两个压力计口9和10,它们设置在两个外凸缘联接件上。这两个压力计口可以用于测量以流体流动校准后的节流件8的起点和终点处的压力,因此,通过转换可以测量流速。所述压力计口9和10以球阀拉杆6作对称结合,根据流体的流动参数及需要测量流速的流体类型,可作轴向转动。同样,由于设有凸缘联接件,根据流体的特性、热力学和流体力学的特性,球体4可以用校准钻孔的大小不同的球体更换。
此外,根据本发明,球阀最好配置转换连接器、有关测量流速数据的读数和传送装置。同样,也可将执行机构与球阀的杆7直接连接,以便根据所测得的流速数据而作出遥控,由此而按需要关闭或打开球阀。
Claims (4)
1.一种流量计插入球体的球阀(1),其特征在于:所述球体(4)设有校准钻孔,所述钻孔是流体流经球体(4)的通道的变狭部分;所述球阀有两个分别设于球体(4)前后的压力计口(9)和(10),用于测量流体流经球阀(1)的流速。
2.如权利要求1所述的球阀,其特征在于:所述球阀(1)带有法兰(2,3)和拉杆(6),用于拆卸球阀以及球体(4)可用一具有不同校准钻孔的另一个球体更换。
3.如权利要求1所述的球阀,其特征在于:所述两个压力计口(9,10)在拆下阀门后可作转动,以测量不同流体的流速。
4.如权利要求3所述的球阀,其特征在于:所述的不同流体是气体和/或液体和/或具有不同流体力学和热力学特性的流体。
