整体超强化球墨铸铁曲轴的生产方法涉及一种球墨铸铁曲轴的生产方法。主要是为解决目前用井式电阻炉升温,用硝盐浴槽等温淬火,曲轴易变形,氧化皮厚,污染环境,耗能多,安全性差等问题而研究的。本发明是在经过投料、熔炼、成型之后,将曲轴投入流态床粒子炉中升温,然后再用流态床粒子炉等温淬火。优点是曲轴不变形,不易氧化脱碳,表面光洁,热处理后性能均匀,综合机械性能好,无毒害,不污染环境,节能,生产安全。

技术领域:本发明涉及一种球墨铸铁曲轴的生产方法。
背景技术:目前国内外生产球墨铸铁曲轴在成型之后一般都是用井式电阻炉升温,缺点是曲轴变形大,氧化皮厚,形成一个保护层,使在下一步淬火时曲轴内外温差大;升温后用硝盐浴槽等温淬火,对人体有害,污染环境,耗能多,安全性差。
发明内容:本发明的目的是研究一种曲轴不易变形,不易氧化,不污染环境,而且安全的整体超强化球墨铸铁曲轴的生产方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:在经过投料、熔炼、成型之后,将成型后的曲轴投入流态床粒子炉中升温,然后再用流态床粒子炉等温淬火。
本发明的优点是由于流态床粒子炉具有快速接触传热传质、节能、炉温均匀等优点,所以曲轴不变形,不易氧化脱碳,表面光洁,热处理后性能均匀,综合机械性能好,无毒害,不污染环境,并且生产安全。
具体实施方式:在曲轴生产经过投料、熔炼、成型之后,将成型后的曲轴投入流态床粒子炉中升温到900℃,然后在流态床粒子炉中250-360℃等温淬火。

1、整体超强化球墨铸铁曲轴的生产方法,首先进行投料、熔炼、成型,其特征是将成型后的曲轴投入流态床粒子炉中升温到900℃,然后在流态床粒子炉中250-360℃等温淬火。
