Abstract
一种骨伤中药胶囊，属于治疗骨骼疾病的药物领域。可治疗骨折脱臼、跌打损伤、骨头坏死、气滞血淤引起的疼痛、妇女月经淤血作痛和心血管病等症。它是由乳香、没药、红花、生地、当归、白芷、杜仲、牛膝、川芎、丹皮、川断、人参、地龙、土鳖虫、龙骨等中药按重量份数配比，将所述的中药烘干按重量份数配好用量，研磨成40～60目粉状，制成胶囊剂。可用于治疗骨折脱臼、跌打损伤、骨头坏死、气滞血淤引起的疼痛、妇女月经淤血作痛和心血管病等症。具有无痛苦，见效快，无任何毒副作用的优点。
Description
技术领域 本发明属于治疗骨骼疾病的药物领域，尤其涉及以中药为原料治疗骨科疾病的内服胶囊。
背景技术 骨科疾病是一种多发性常见病，如跌打损伤、骨关节脱臼、骨头坏死、软组织损伤和内伤淤血等病症威胁着人类健康。中医骨科已有数千年的历史，在治疗骨科疾病方面积累了极丰富的经验，它是占有世界领先水平的一个学科。中医骨科的特色在于骨科外用药物。药性理论是中药理论的核心，主要包括四气、五味、归经、升降浮沉、中药的毒性等。目前已研制出许多治疗骨科疾病的中药药品。
1994年11月16日公告的另一中国专利ZL 89106794.9提供了一种外敷膏药的制备方法，膏药中含有中药材膏剂、药材细料末、铅粉和食用植物油。制备工艺采用中药材与植物油混合加热，而后过滤出药油加入铅粉再行加热搅拌，随即降温使之呈膏状，用时再加入细料末加热涂敷于布上贴于患处，可用于治疗关节炎、风湿病、骨质增生和筋骨损伤等病症，其缺点在于制备工艺复杂，细料末加入量需根据病情判断，使用时需要医生提供用量，采用了大量铅粉，对人体有害。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种治疗多种骨科疾病的内服型骨伤中药胶囊，尤其涉及一种能快速治疗跌打损伤、骨折、关节脱臼、骨头坏死、内伤淤血、气滞血淤引起的疼痛等症的中成药。
本发明涉及的骨伤中药胶囊是由下列重量份数配比的中药制成的胶囊剂：
乳香 40～60份 没药 40～60份 红花 40～60份
生地 40～60份 当归 40～60份 白芷 40～60份
杜仲 40～60份 牛膝 40～60份 川芎 40～60份
川断 40～60份 人参 40～60份 丹皮 40～60份
龙骨 40～60份 土鳖虫 40～60份 地龙 40～60份
龟板 40～60份 海马 40～60份 血竭 40～60份
鹿角 40～60份 朱砂 40～60份 藏红花 0.1～0.5份
麝香 0.1～0.5份 乌梢蛇 10～15份 香瓜子 30～40份
黄瓜子30～40份 公鸡腿骨30～40份 猪下颌骨30～40份
牛下颌骨30～40份。
香瓜子是洋香瓜的成熟种粒。香瓜又名洋香瓜，网纹甜瓜，厚皮甜瓜，原产于地中海，希腊。黄瓜子是黄瓜的成熟种粒。黄瓜属葫芦科，常有卷须，单叶互生，常掌状分裂，花单性，果表面平滑或粗糙，果肉绿或白色。
该骨伤中药胶囊的制备方法简单，首先将所述的中药烘干按重量份数配好用量，研磨成40～60目粉状，制成胶囊剂，胶囊粒重为0.5克。
所采用的中药材为常见的动、植物，其药理主要为活血通经，生肌定痛，并有消炎、抗菌等功效。该骨伤中药胶囊的药理作用为：能排体内淤血，通经活络，舒筋壮骨，生肌止痛，滋补肝肾，生血补心，安神定惊，可有效的催生骨红细胞和软组织的生成，并催生骨痂，形成愈合，对于外伤创口有生肌长肉除腐的功能。可治疗骨折脱臼、跌打损伤、骨头坏死、气滞血淤引起的疼痛、妇女月经淤血作痛和心血管病等症。
对于骨折脱臼和跌打损伤患者中的稳定性骨折、骨裂者经固定后服用此胶囊。
本发明的骨伤中药胶囊经对4000余位骨科病症患者进行临床试用，其中男2400例，女1700例，年龄最小的16岁，最大的79岁。其中对骨折脱臼、跌打损伤总有效率96.7％；骨头坏死患者总有效率95.3％；滞血淤引起的疼痛和妇女月经淤血作痛症患者总有效率90％，心血管病患者的总有效率为60.9％；总显效率为96％。
本发明的有益效果在于，能有效的通过内服的形式治愈骨科疾病，无痛苦，见效快，正常患者骨折后经正骨复位后加服此药，在一个月内即可下床活动；并且服用该药无任何毒副作用。
具体实施方式 实施例1 按下列重量配比取药：
乳香、没药、红花、生地、当归、白芷、杜仲、牛膝、川芎、川断、人参、丹皮、龙骨、土鳖虫、地龙、龟板、海马、血竭、鹿角、朱砂各40克，藏红花和麝香各0.1克，乌梢蛇、香瓜子、黄瓜子、公鸡腿骨、猪下颌骨、牛下颌骨各30克。
将所用中药研磨混合后再细研成60目左右的粉状，过60目筛后，将筛份装入胶囊，每粒胶囊重0.5克。
实施例2 按下列重量配比取药：
乳香、没药、红花、生地、当归、白芷、杜仲、牛膝、川芎、川断、人参、丹皮、龙骨、土鳖虫、地龙、龟板、海马、血竭、鹿角、朱砂各60克，藏红花和麝香各0.5克，乌梢蛇、香瓜子、黄瓜子、公鸡腿骨、猪下颌骨、牛下颌骨各40克。
将所用中药研磨混合后再细研成50目左右的粉状，过40目筛后，将筛份装入胶囊，每粒胶囊重0.5克。
实施例3 按下列重量配比取药：
乳香、没药、红花、生地、当归、白芷、杜仲、牛膝、川芎、川断、人参、丹皮、龙骨、土鳖虫、地龙、龟板、海马、血竭、鹿角、朱砂各40克，藏红花和麝香各0.1克，乌梢蛇、香瓜子、黄瓜子、公鸡腿骨、猪下颌骨、牛下颌骨各30克。
将所用中药研磨混合后再细研成40目左右的粉状，过40目筛后，将筛份装入胶囊，每粒胶囊重0.5克。
实施例4 按下列重量配比取药：
乳香、没药、红花、生地、当归、白芷、杜仲各60克，牛膝、川芎、川断、人参、丹皮、龙骨、土鳖虫、地龙、龟板、海马、血竭、鹿角、朱砂各40克，藏红花0.5克，麝香0.1克，乌梢蛇、香瓜子、黄瓜子、公鸡腿骨、猪下颌骨、牛下颌骨各40克。
将所用中药研磨混合后再细研成60目左右的粉状，过60目筛后，将筛份装入胶囊，每粒胶囊重0.5克。
实施例5 按下列重量配比取药：
乳香、生地、龙骨、人参、当归、川芎、杜仲、血竭、鹿角各60克，白芷、牛膝、没药、红花、川断、丹皮、土鳖虫、地龙、龟板、海马、朱砂各40克，藏红花0.1克，麝香0.5克，乌梢蛇、香瓜子、黄瓜子各30克，公鸡腿骨、猪下颌骨、牛下颌骨各40克。
将所用中药研磨混合后再细研成60目左右的粉状，过60目筛后，将筛份装入胶囊，每粒胶囊重0.5克。
实施例6 按下列重量配比取药：
乳香、生地、龙骨、人参、当归、川芎、杜仲、血竭、鹿角各40克，白芷、牛膝、没药、红花、川断、丹皮、土鳖虫、地龙、龟板、海马、朱砂各60克，藏红花和麝香各0.5克，乌梢蛇、香瓜子、黄瓜子各40克，公鸡腿骨、猪下颌骨、牛下颌骨各30克。
将所用中药研磨混合后再细研成60目左右的粉状，过60目筛后，将筛份装入胶囊，每粒胶囊重0.5克。

2、根据权利要求1所述的骨伤中药胶囊，其特征在于所述的香瓜子是洋香瓜的成熟种粒。
3、根据权利要求1所述的骨伤中药胶囊，其特征在于所述的黄瓜子是黄瓜的成熟种粒。
4、权利要求1所述的骨伤中药胶囊的制备方法，其特征是将所述的中药烘干按重量份数配好用量，研磨成40～60目粉状，制成胶囊剂。
5、根据权利要求1所述的骨伤中药胶囊在制备治疗骨折脱臼、跌打损伤、骨头坏死、气滞血淤引起的疼痛、妇女月经淤血作痛或心血管病症的药物制剂中的应用。
