Abstract

本发明涉及一种热切割焊接用的金属割焊气,以石油液化气、水为主成分,组份还包括有添加剂高锰酸钾、过氧化氢、碳酸氢钠、二甲苯、T501抗氧剂。按其所给比例组合成的该发明具有燃烧温度高,预热快,使用安全且效果好。

Description

金属割焊气
一种涉及热切割焊接用的金属割焊气。
现有技术中的热切割焊接通常以乙炔气完成,由于乙炔含有磷化氢(H2P)和硫化氢(H2S)杂质,因而对人体操作环境工况带来一定影响。
现披露使用的多品牌“焊割气”,由于其成份选用和配比上的缺陷,使用时往往难以达到理想温度,且预热慢,因而给切割焊接带来不便,由此开发一种投资少,见效快,符合环保要求的新型割焊气即成为迫切所需。
本发明目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,而提供一种燃烧温度高,预热快,且不污染和影响环境工况的金属割焊气。
本发明以石油液化气(C3H8C4H10)和水为主要成份,辅以各种添加剂相配合,具体添加剂组份包括有高锰酸钾、过氧化氢、碳酸氢钠、二甲苯、T501抗氧剂。
本发明的金属割焊气,组成中各种添加剂成份的重量百分比为:高锰酸钾1.5-8%,过氧化氢3-10%,碳酸氢钠0.5-5%,二甲苯5-25%、T501抗氧剂0.1-1%。
本发明按照上述配比,将高锰酸钾、过氧化氢、碳酸氢钠组成的混合液体(A)与二甲苯(B)、T501抗氧剂(C)相配兑,三者的组合重量比分别为5-25;0.5-2.5;0.1-1。
本发明组份和配比与披露使用的割焊气相比所具有的显著优点是:预热快,燃烧温度高,使得割焊速度更快,质量效果更好,且无三废污染,使用安全性好。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
取水1kg放入容器,取高锰酸钾3.5g入内,然后缓慢注入过氧化氢7g,经搅拌再加入碳酸氢钠2g即成混合液体(A)。
将上述混合液体(A)再与二甲苯(B)T501抗氧剂(C)相配兑,按1kg石油液化气配兑混合液体和二甲苯各10g,配兑(T501)抗氧剂0.1g的比例,配兑时先取二甲苯入量杯内,再加入T501抗氧剂,然后加入混合液体(A),通过灌装入钢瓶后,最后充装注入主原料石油液化气即成本发明金属割焊气。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于热切割焊接的金属割焊气,由石油液化气(C3H8C4H10)、水为主成份,其特征在于:组份还包括有添加剂高锰酸钾、过氧化氢、碳酸氢钠、二甲苯、T501抗氧剂。
2、按照权利要求1所述的金属割焊气,其特征在于:各添加剂组成的重量百分比为:
高锰酸钾1.5-8%      过氧化氢3-10%
碳酸氢钠0.5-5%      二甲苯5-25%
T501抗氧剂0.1-1%
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的金属割焊气,其特征在于:由高锰酸钾、过氧化氢、碳酸氢钠组成的混合液体(A)与二甲苯(B)、T501抗氧剂(C)相混配,三者的组合重量比例分别为5-25、0.5-2.5、0.1-1。
