Abstract

本发明涉及电气元件的安装和组装。
背景技术
各种形式的电传感器用于检测通过一个导体的电流。这样的传感器包括一个简单的霍尔效应传感器和较常规的电流传感器例如一个旁路电阻器,其中所述霍尔效应传感器产生一个表示电流幅值的输出电压。使用一对磁场检测器的非常规的电流传感器具有特定的要求。这些要求之一是所述磁场检测器彼此平行。另一要求可以是所述电子电路板尽可能紧密地放置到所述磁场检测器上,以便于包装和抑制噪声。此外,提供一个可以安装到具有各种尺寸和形状的导体上的电流传感器组件可能是有利的。本发明提供一个电流传感器组件,所述电流传感器组件使一对磁场检测器彼此保持平行,并且紧密地放置到一个电子电路板上。此外所述磁场检测器是可选择地调节的,目的是为了连接到各种导电体上。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于连接到一个导电体上的传感器组件,包括:一个具有一个腔体的基座;以及一对从所述基座上延伸出来的检测器外壳,所述检测器外壳横向地隔开并且基本上平行,每个所述检测器外壳(具有一个用于容纳一个磁场检测器的空腔;和一个从所述基座延伸出来的可选择地延伸的元件,所述可延伸元件和所述基座相配合以调节所述一对检测器外壳之间的距离。
优选地,所述磁场检测器放置在所述的每个检测器外壳内部。一个电子电路板放置在所述基座腔体内部,并且有效地连接到所述磁场检测器。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一个用于连接到一个导电体5上的传感器组件10。更具体地,所述传感器组件10连接到围绕所述导电体5的绝缘体7上。再参考图2,传感器组件10包括一个基座20和一对从所述基座20上延伸出来的检测器外壳30。每个所述检测器外壳30具有一个用于容纳磁场检测器(未示出)的空腔32。所述磁场检测器的一个实施例是霍尔传感器。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,这是显然地,即一个或两个检测器外壳30可以直接连接到所述基座20上或通过一个中间元件(未示出)连接到所述基座20上,所述中间元件放置在所述基座20和其中一个所述检测器外壳30之间。正如在图2中所看到的,所述检测器外壳30直接从所述基座20上延伸出来。相反,图1示出了所述一对检测器外壳30中的一个,其中所述检测器外壳30连接到一个可选择地延伸的元件50上,所述元件50从所述基座20上延伸出来。所述可延伸元件50和所述基座20相配合以调节所述一对检测器外壳30之间的距离。

现在参考图6,其示出了组件10的另一实施例的分解图,所述组件10包括一个和所述电子电路板70连通的辅助电路板90。辅助电路板90可以包括辅助逻辑电路。在所述优选实施例中,辅助电路板90包括用于检测电弧故障的逻辑电路。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于连接到一个导电体(5)上的传感器组件(10),包括:
一个具有一个腔体(22)的基座(20);以及
一对从所述基座(20)上延伸出来的检测器外壳(30),所述检测器外壳(30)横向地隔开并且基本上平行,每个所述检测器外壳(30)具有一个用于容纳一个磁场检测器的空腔(32);和
一个从所述基座(20)延伸出来的可选择地延伸的元件(50),所述可延伸元件(50)和所述基座(20)相配合以调节所述一对检测器外壳(30)之间的距离。
2.如权利要求1的所述传感器组件(10),其特征在于所述一对检测器外壳(30)中至少一个连接到所述基座(20)上。
3.如权利要求1的所述传感器组件(10),其特征在于所述一对检测器外壳(30)中的一个直接连接到所述基座(20)上,而所述一对检测器外壳(30)中的另一个通过一个中间元件(25)连接到所述基座(20)上。
4.如权利要求1,2或3的所述传感器组件(10),其特征在于所述可选择地延伸的元件(50)包括一个电线通道(55)。
5.如权利要求1,2或3的所述传感器组件(10),其特征在于所述可选择地延伸的元件(50)包括至少一个可弹性挠曲的齿杆元件(57),所述可弹性挠曲的齿杆元件(57)具有一组放置在其上的,用于和所述基座(20)相配合的齿(58)。
6.如权利要求1,2或3的所述传感器组件(10),进一步包括至少一对用于把所述传感器组件(10)连接到一个导电体(5)上的夹具(60)。
7.如权利要求1,2或3的所述传感器组件(10),进一步包括一个放置在每个所述检测器外壳(30)中的磁场检测器;一个放置在所述基座腔体(22)内并且有效地连接到所述磁场检测器上的电子电路板(70);以及一个有效地连接到所述电子电路板(70)上的插头连接器(80)。
8.如权利要求7的所述传感器组件(10),进一步包括一个用于和所述电子电路板(70)连通的辅助电路板(90)。
9.如权利要求8的所述传感器组件(10),其特征在于所述辅助电路板(90)包括用于检测电弧故障的逻辑电路。
