Abstract
To obtain an insecticidal and acaricidal composition having good insecticidal and acaricidal characteristics by including a dihydrofuranone derivative and a specific macrolide, an extender and/or a surfactant. This composition is obtained by including an active compound combined formulation comprising (A) a dihydrofuranone derivative represented by formula I, (B) one or more macrolides selected from 17 kinds of compounds such as (i) a phenylhydrazine derivative represented by formula II (bifenazate), (ii) a mcrolide represented by formula III in which common name is abamectin, (iii) a naphthalenedione derivative represented by formula IV (acequinocyl) and (iv) a pyrrole derivative represented by formula V (chlorfenapyr) and (C) an extender and/or a surfactant. Although the ingredient A is a known compound and the ingredient B is a known pest controlling active compound, satisfactory effects are obtained at a low application ratio by combining the ingredients.
Description
The present invention relates to the composition of novel reactive compound, it contains a known dihydrofuran ketone derivatives on the one hand, contains other known pesticide activity on the other hand again, and has good desinsection and acaricidal properties.
Know the dihydrofuran ketone derivatives of general formula (I)
Can be used for preventing and treating the animal pest. For example insect and the evil mite (seeing EP-A 0528156).The activity of this material is good, but can stay some needed things sometimes when hanging down consumption.
And known, many heterocycles, organo-tin compound, benzoyl area kind and pyrethroid have desinsection and acaricidal properties (see WO 93-22297, WO 93-10083, DE-A 2641343, EP-A 0347488, EP-A 0210487, US-A 3264177 and EP-A 0234045), the activity of these materials is also dissatisfied when hanging down consumption.

Can change various general formulations into according to active compound combinations of the present invention, solution for example, emulsion, suspending agent pulvis, foam, paste, granule, aerosol and the microcapsule formulations in polymer, the coated composition that seed is used, and ultra-low-volume formulation.
These formulations are produced by known method, for example, mix mutually with spreading agent by reactive compound or active compound combinations, spreading agent is a liquid flux, add liquefied gas and/or the solid carrier depressed, the optional surfactant that uses comprises emulsifier and/or dispersant, and/or blowing agent. If used spreading agent is a water, for example also may use organic solvent as cosolvent.Suitable liquid flux comprises substantially: aromatic hydrocarbons, dimethylbenzene for example, toluene or Fluhyzon, chlorinated aromatic hydrocarbons, or chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbon, for example chlorobenzene, vinyl chloride or carrene, aliphatic hydrocarbon, for example cyclohexane or paraffin, petroleum cuts for example, alcohols, for example butanols or ethylene glycol and their ether and ester, ketone, acetone for example, MEK, methyl iso-butyl ketone (MIBK) or cyclohexanone, intensive polar solvent be dimethyl formamide and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) for example, or water.Liquefied gas spreading agent or carrier can be regarded as nominal liquid, and it is a gas under room temperature and atmospheric pressure, for example aerosol propellant such as butane, propane, nitrogen or carbonic acid gas.Suitable solid carrier is the natural minerals that for example grinds, as kaolin, and clay, talcum, chalk, quartz, Attagel, montmorillonite or diatomite, and the synthetic mineral that grinds, as fine silicon dioxide, aluminium oxide and silicate, the suitable solid carrier that granule is used is: the natural rock that for example pulverizes and sieved, as calcite, marble, float stone, sepiolite and dolomite, or the particle of other synthetic inorganic and organic meal, organic particle is as sawdust, cocoa shell, corncob and tobacco rods.Suitable emulsifier and/or blowing agent are: for example nonionic and anion emulsifier, and as polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene aliphatic alcohol ether, as alkylaryl polyglycol ether, alkylsulfonate, alkyl sulfate, arylsulphonate, or other protolysate.Suitable dispersant is: for example lignin-sulfite waste liquor and methylcellulose.
Tackifier are carboxymethyl cellulose and the natural and synthetic polymer that exists with powder, particle or emulsion form for example; as gum Arabic; polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinylacetate, or other natural phosphatide such as lecithin and cephalin and synthetic phosphatide all can use in prescription.Other additive can be mineral oil and rape oil.
Use for example inorganic pigment of pigment, as iron oxide, titanium oxide and Prussia orchid, and organic dyestuff, as alizarin dyes, azo dyes and metal phthalocyanine dyestuff, and the nutrient of trace for example iron, manganese, boron, copper, cobalt, molybdenum and zinc salt all are possible.
Various formulations generally contain the reactive compound of between 0.1 and 95% (weight meter), preferably between 0.5 and 90%.
In various formulations, active compound combinations according to the present invention can be used as and other reactive compound bactericide for example, insecticide, and the mixture of miticide and weed killer herbicide, and exist as the mixture with fertilizer or plant growth regulator.
Active compound combinations can they formulation form or thus the preparation type of service, as the solution that can directly use, missible oil, emulsion, suspension, wetting powder, soluble powder or granule go to use, and they are applied with usual way, for example by irrigating, spraying, dense fog, spreading, scatter, and the powder of handling as dry seeds, the water soluble powder of the solution seed treatment of seed treatment, the water soluble powder that slurries are handled, or use by dressing.
When using according to active compound combinations of the present invention, amount of application depends on the kind of using, and can change in wide relatively scope. When handling plant part, the amount of application of active compound combinations is generally 0.1 and 10, between the 000g/ha, preferred 10 and 1000g/ha between.
Good desinsection and acaricidal activity according to active compound combinations of the present invention can be confirmed from following example. And the weak activity of single reactive compound demonstration, the activity of composition has surpassed and has simply added and activity.
When the activity of active compound combinations surpasses the active summation of each reactive compound when using separately, there have been insecticide and acaricidal synergistic effect.
Prediction activity for the composition of determining of two kinds of reactive compounds can be calculated as follows (see S.R., Colby, Weeds 15 (1967), 20-22):
If
X is to be mg/ha at amount of application, the drug effect when using reactive compound A,
Y is to be ng/ha at amount of application, the drug effect when using reactive compound B,
E is to be m and ng/ha at amount of application, the drug effect when using reactive compound A and B,
So
Drug effect is in %, and the 0%th, corresponding to the drug effect of contrast, and 100% drug effect means and does not see influence.
If actual activity has surpassed calculated value, the activity of composition adds so, that is to say, has synergistic effect. In this case, the drug effect that arrives of actual observation must be greater than the prediction drug effect of calculating from following formula (E).
Following example explanation the present invention.
Example A
Tetranychid test (OP-resistance/spraying is handled)
Solvent: 3 parts of dimethyl formamides, weight meter
Emulsifier: 1 part of alkylaryl polyglycol ether, weight meter
In order to prepare the appropriate formulations of reactive compound, the reactive compound or the active compound combinations of 1 part of weight meter mixed mutually with the solvent of said amount and the emulsifier of said amount, and water with the dope dilution agent to desired concn.
Spray on the Kidney bean that the greenhouse Tetranychus urticae of each vegetative stage seriously infects with the preparation of the reactive compound of desired concn.
Through behind the required time, to measure and kill %, 100% all Tetranychus urticaes of expression are killed; 0% expression does not have Tetranychus urticae to be killed.
Reactive compound, activity compound concentration and result of the test are shown in following table.
