Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于压路机的刹车系统领域,特别是涉及一种用于自行柴油驱动压路机的次刹车装置,特别是用于只偶尔在陡峭的下坡上运行的振动压路机,压路机具有一个电子发动机控制模块(electronicengine control module),该发动机控制模块被编程调好,以便当柴油发动机转速超过了预先设定调好的柴油发动机初速,那么所设定的模块就可以使得一个在压路机液压系统中的液压阀上的执行继电器接地(ground),以此来中断向一个或多个鼓式制动器所施加的液压供给,这样就可以在失去供给压力的情况下提供最大刹车力。
背景技术
在现有技术中,如US 5 983 149所公开的用于工业车辆的刹车装置被设计成要在陡峭的下坡上频繁工作,而且带有可变的机动车总重量。这些工作条件都需要有一种带有高级控制系统的成比例的刹车力,该高级控制系统除了参考发动机的速度,还要参考很多其他参数。对于只偶尔在陡峭的下坡上运行且总处于已知总重量情况下的振动压路机来说,该高级控制系统是不必要地复杂的。与推进机械内部摩擦力和质量惯性矩配合的主制动系统可以为在陡峭下坡上的现有压路机的工作提供足够的刹车力。柴油发动机的发展使得压路机制造商在压路机上配备更有效的柴油发动机,其容积更小,内部摩擦力更低。这样所产生的刹车力的降低使得推进机械产生有害的超速,使得压路机司机处于危险之中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是消除对复杂的现有技术中刹车控制装置的需要,并提供一种次刹车装置,当外部条件倾向于使得推进机械超速运行的时候,该次刹车装置能够主动啮合,该次刹车装置更有效率地利用现有压路机的部件,刹车装置包括一个适当的、简单的控制系统,只需要增加很少的新部件。
本发明的技术方案如下:
根据本发明,提供一种用在带有鼓式制动器和用于柴油发动机的运行的电子发动机控制模块的压路机上的装置,所述鼓式制动器位于紧邻压路机滚轮的侧面处,其特征在于发动机控制模块被编程设定调好,以便当由于在压路机上的外部作用使柴油发动机的转速超过设定的最大柴油发动机转速值的时候,那么发动机控制模块使得位于压路机液压系统的液压阀上并驱带该液压阀的执行继电器通过线接地,这样通过液压管路向各自的鼓式制动器提供的液压供给压力就停止了。
优选地,发动机控制模块被编程设定调好,以便当发动机的转速低于比最大转速低的设定发动机转速值的时候,发动机控制模块也可以使通过线的接地连接断开。
优选地,设定的柴油发动机最大转速等于2700rpm或更低。
优选地,设定的低转速值比柴油发动机最大转速低至少200rpm。

具体实施方式
在图1中,压路机1的电子发动机控制模块(ECM)2用来控制柴油发动机的工作。该发动机控制模块被编程设定调好,以便当柴油发动机的转速超过设定的最大值,例如2700rpm(转/分)的时候,那么使得位于压路机液压系统6的液压阀5上并驱动该液压阀5的执行继电器4通过线3接地。通过这种方法,液压阀5通过液压管路7切断给压路机的液压鼓式制动器8提供的液压供给压力,所述鼓式制动器位于紧邻压路机滚轮的侧面处,并用来在没有上述供给压力的情况下,产生最大刹车力。由触发的鼓式制动器提供的增加的刹车力降低了柴油发动机的转速,直到低于在ECM中编程设定的第二速度值,例如2500rpm。该ECM被编程设定调好,以便当低于更低的速度的时候,ECM使与地面的连接断开,这样就可以沿着相反的顺序,次刹车就放松鼓式制动器。当发动机速度再次增加超过最大值的时候,起控制作用的次刹车装置就继续地重复这个过程。本发明还可以用于其它类型的刹车装置,例如液压阀5的执行继电器4必须连接到电流上以便可以中断向鼓式制动器提供的液压供给压力。

Claims (4)

1.一种用在带有鼓式制动器(8)和用于柴油发动机的运行的电子发动机控制模块的压路机上的装置,所述鼓式制动器(8)位于紧邻压路机滚轮的侧面处,其特征在于发动机控制模块被编程设定调好,以便当由于在压路机上的外部作用使柴油发动机的转速超过设定的最大柴油发动机转速值的时候,那么发动机控制模块使得位于压路机液压系统(6)的液压阀(5)上并驱带该液压阀(5)的执行继电器(4)通过线(3)接地,这样通过液压管路(7)向各自的鼓式制动器(8)提供的液压供给压力就停止了。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于发动机控制模块被编程设定调好,以便当发动机的转速低于比最大转速低的设定发动机转速值的时候,发动机控制模块也可以使通过线(3)的接地连接断开。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于设定的柴油发动机最大转速等于2700rpm或更低。
4.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于设定的低转速值比柴油发动机最大转速低至少200rpm。
