Abstract

本发明属于一种司机安全座椅。它包括J形推移杆、座垫底板、靠背、安全带等。其结构要点是:J形推移杆一端设置在车头挡板前端可作车前保险杆使用,或紧贴车头挡板内侧,另一端与座垫底板固定;安全带设置在座椅上。本发明克服了现有汽车座椅位置固定、安全性能差的弊端,汽车被撞时推移杆推动座椅向后推移,确保司机和副座人员的生命安全。

司机安全座椅
本发明涉及一种司机安全座椅。
在本发明作出之前，汽车上司机座椅的结构一般包括座垫、靠背、安全带。这种司机座椅的缺点是：位置固定，如遇撞车缺少安全性。
本发明的目的是提供一种司机安全座椅，该发明当撞车时能自动向后移动，确保司机不因车头撞扁而导致司机和司机副座上的人员卡在座椅上。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案完成的：
一种司机安全座椅，它包括：J形推移杆、椅架、座垫底板、座垫、靠背、安全带等。其结构要点是：J形推移杆前端设置在车头前端或车头挡板内侧，J形推移杆另一端与座垫底板固定。安全带设置在座椅上，司机系上安全带开车。当发生撞车时，J形推移杆前端被撞向后推移，从而推动固定在J形推移杆另一端上的司机座椅向后推移，确保司机生命安全。
本发明与现有技术相比，由于在驾驶室内或外设置了J形推移杆，J形推移杆一端紧贴车头挡板内侧或车头前端；另一端与司机座椅固定，在司机座椅后留有适当空间。因此在遇撞车时本发明能自动向后推移，确保司机和副座人员不被卡在座椅上。

本发明A方案参见附图1，本发明公开了一种司机安全座椅，它包括J形推移杆(1)，一端设置在车头挡板(6)前端，可作车前保险杆使用，中部经过驾驶室下部设置的吊环(8)、另一端在椅架(5)内部与座垫底板(7)紧固；座垫底板(7)与椅架(5)为非固定连接，如受J形推移杆(1)上的外力推撞下，座垫底板(7)立即向后推移。J形推移杆(1)和座垫底板(7)采用坚固材料制成。安全带(3)设置在座椅上，一端固定在座垫底板(7)侧边，另一端固定在座椅靠背(4)侧边。座椅靠背(4)与座垫底板(7)紧固连接，座垫(2)固定在座垫底板(7)上，司机座椅后边留有一定空间，当遇撞车时座椅向后推移有余地。
本发明B方案参见附图2：J形推移杆设置在驾驶室内部，J形推移杆(1)前端紧贴车头挡板(6)内侧，其它与A方案相同。
下面结合附图详细叙述一下本发明的工作原理：
结合附图1、附图2，开车时司机系好安全带(3)，当发生撞车时，J形推移杆(1)受撞后向后推移，从而推动座椅上司机及副座人员向后推移。安全带(3)确保车受撞后司机不与座椅分离，确保了司机安全。

Claims (1)

1、一种司机安全座椅，它包括J形推移杆(1)与座垫底板(7)的连接，安全带(3)设置在座椅上，座椅后留有空间，其特征是：
①J形推移杆(1)前端设置在车头挡板(6)前面，可作车前保险杆使用，中部经过驾驶室下部的吊环(8)，另一端与座垫底板(7)固定。
②J形推移杆(1)前端紧贴车头挡板(6)内侧。
③安全带(3)一端设置在座垫底板(7)上，另一端设置在座椅靠背(4)上。
④座垫底板(7)与椅架(5)为非固定连接，在受到J形推移杆(1)的推动下，能够向后平行移动。
