Abstract

Description
本发明涉及连接管子段的装置,这些管子段的端部具有向外的卷边或者多个位于周圈的凸起。更具体的说,本发明涉及由权利要求1前序部分所限定的那种类型的装置。能够使用本发明的各种管子段可以例如在丹麦设计注册MR0508/89中查到。
本发明特别面向具有下述型式的夹紧管箍的装置,这种型式的夹紧管箍优选用于连接前端具有法兰或向外卷边的薄钢板管子(例如通风蛇管及谷物输送管子),或例如用于夹紧电机端置及类似物。
在先有技术中这种型式的夹紧管箍通常和一种夹紧装置相配合,该夹紧装置包括,例如,一个带钢丝弹簧或板弹簧的手柄(弹簧锁),且手柄与弹簧是通过弯曲或类似操作与夹紧管箍直接制成一体,或者借助铆或焊在管箍上的框架进行固定。
先有技术中也有这样的夹紧管箍,它的两端向外弯成垂直,且制有两个通孔,管箍用下述方法夹紧:螺杆穿过向外弯曲的端部的通孔,最好用方形螺母套在螺杆上,随后旋紧螺杆和螺母,就能使夹紧管箍的两个端部移动到一起。
但是,这些先有技术中的装置都装有颇为复杂的夹紧机构。通常,与拉紧螺杆相配的接合件是专门设计的,且位于由夹紧管箍的凸缘限定的、特定构成的空间或环套内。例如,环套可以通过将夹紧管箍的两个端部向后弯曲并铆接或焊接到夹紧管箍的外周缘而形成。这就使得夹紧装置的结构变得价格昂贵。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种简单而廉价的管子连接装置,它能消除先有技术中夹紧管箍的固有缺陷。不仅如此,本发明的目标还在于提供一种具有良好密封效果的管子连接装置。
按照本发明,这些目的以及在下面的描述中出现的一些其他目的是借助于这样一种装置达到的,该装置属于导言中所提到的类型,且另外还有权利要求1特征部分所述的特征。
由于在夹紧管箍端部设计成柱形的环套以及安排在其中的柱形元件,当夹紧管箍两端被拉到一起时,管箍主要受切向力作用,因为当管箍拉紧成较小直径时,柱形元件有转动的可能性。而在先有技术的那类夹紧管箍中(即凸缘由管箍垂直向外弯曲),当这些凸缘拉到一起时,它们都受到大的应力,因为它们与拉向一起的方向并不垂直。
本发明的夹紧管箍还有另外的优点,即它容易制造,因为夹紧部件既不需要铆接、钎焊、焊接,也不需要其它方式固定;此外,所用的柱形元件以及螺杆可以是标准件型并在市场上有售。
环套最好通过简单的弯曲操作形成,并可以具有,例如,圆形或方形截面;相应的柱形元件也可以分别具有方形或圆形截面。
按照本发明的装置在制造技术方面的优点是:两个柱形元件能够毫不困难地从侧面插入夹紧管箍端部的对应环套。夹紧管箍最好是装上了已经位于环套内的柱形元件和已经插进柱形元件上的孔并与其接合的拉紧螺杆。
按照一个优选实施例,环套以及柱形元件都具有圆形截面。其结果是柱形元件和环套间有较大的接合面,因而夹紧力分布在环套内部的较大表面上。
为了防止两个管子段连接处的泄漏,按照一个优选实施例,夹紧管箍的内周圈设有密封件,它最好用橡胶制成,并在横截面上有两个凹形部,用来与管子段的两个卷边相接合。
本发明的另一些特征将在所附从属权利要求中限定。
下面,将参照附图对本发明以更详细的说明,这些附图表示了各种不同的实施例,其中:
图1表示了使用依据本发明的夹紧管箍连接管子的情况,是图3沿箭头I-I方向的视图;
图2是图1中夹紧管箍一个端部的侧视图;
图3是夹紧管箍的部分侧视图,管箍的两个端部正准备被拉紧;但为了图示清楚,被连接的管子未画出;
图3a及3b表示了环套及柱形元件的两个不同实施例;
图4是小比例尺表示的全部连接装置的侧视图;
图5是一个实施例的与图1相对应的视图,该实施例在夹紧管箍上具有内部密封圈。
图1表示了依据本发明的连接装置,该连接装置包括一个具有两个凸缘1a及1b的U形横截面夹紧管箍1,凸缘1a及1b在此处包围了分别带有弯曲成形的端部周圈卷边11及21的两个示意示出的管子段10及20。凸缘1a及1b轻度向外分开,目的是使夹紧管箍1容易在卷边11及21上装配。
图1-3中所示的夹紧管箍1具有两个端部2,该端部2弯成局部呈圆弧形状,形成环套,且每一个端部都制有无螺纹的孔3,它的轴线大体上平行于夹紧管箍1在所述位置的切线。
由图3能最清楚地看出,在一个端部2置有一个短柱形元件4形式的螺母状连接件,短柱形元件4制有横向螺纹孔4a。在另一个端部则置有另一个元件,它也具有短柱形元件5的形状,但它的横向穿孔5a是无螺纹的,以便通过拉紧螺杆6。
这样,各部件及元件2-6就组成了简单的,但却是有效的夹紧机构,用来使夹紧管箍1的两个端部2彼此相对移动;由此,就可以夹紧管箍1,且环绕卷边11,21能达到预期的夹紧。
图3a及3b表示了不同的方案,方形横截面的柱形元件可以置入圆柱形环套中,或者圆柱形的柱形元件也可以置入方形横截面的环套中。为了容纳拉紧螺杆6,夹紧管箍1的端部在此情况下具有叉形的自由端。
按照一个优选实施例,夹紧管箍1具有由聚合物(最好是橡胶)构成的内周圈密封件25,如图5所示。密封件25的面向卷边11及21(图1)的表面有两个凹形部26,用来形成与卷边11及21的可靠接合。应当明白,只要能达到满意的密封功能,密封件的横截面也可为其他形式。
Claims (5)
1.一种连接端部有向外卷边(11,21)的管子段(10,20)的装置,所述装置包括一个两端相对且分开的环形夹紧管箍(1)以及一个装于夹紧管箍(1)两端部的、适合于将管箍(1)围绕管子段(10,20)的端部卷边(11,21)束紧的夹紧装置,大体上是U形横截面的夹紧管箍(1)具有凸缘(1a,1b),以便可靠地包围端部卷边(11,21),而且,夹紧管箍(1)的每一个端部都形成一个大致为柱形的环套(2);所述装置的特征在于:所述夹紧机构包括两个分别置于各环套(2)中的柱形元件(4,5)和一个拉紧螺杆(6),所述两个柱形元件(4,5)的最大横截面尺寸稍小于所述环套(2)的最小内截面尺寸,因而这两个柱形元件可以在所述环套中绕它们自己的轴线自由转动,一个柱形元件(4)具有横向螺纹孔(4a),而另一柱形元件(5)的横向孔(5a)则没有螺纹,拉紧螺杆(6)自由地穿过无螺纹孔(5a)、穿过夹紧管箍(1)两相对端上的无螺纹孔(3)、并最终与螺纹孔(4a)进行螺纹连接。
2。按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于所述环套(2)及所述柱形元件(4,5)都有圆形横截面。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于:夹紧管箍(1)在面向管子段(10,20)端部卷边(11,21)的内侧具有周圈密封件(25),用来贴靠在卷边(11,21)上。
4.按照权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于密封件(25)由弹性聚合物、特别是橡胶构成。
5.按照权利要求3或4所述装置,其特征在于:所述密封件(25)面向卷边(11,21)的表面具有两个凹形部(26),用来贴靠在相应的卷边(11,21)上。
