Abstract
本发明涉及一种铜浮雕品,特别是一种融合锻打、蚀刻工艺制作的铜浮雕品。本发明在铜板1的锻打部位有锻打形成的凹凸层面3,其特征在于,还有锻打前形成的蚀刻层面2。本发明除了保留了锻打形成的凹凸层面外,还在铜板表层下形成了一个化学蚀刻层面,增加了细腻的深层次艺术效果,从而使铜艺术品的立体感层次感更强。
Description
本发明涉及一种铜浮雕品，特别是一种融合锻打、蚀刻工艺制作的铜浮雕品。
本发明以前的铜浮雕艺术品多为从平面铜板锻打而成。它缺少细腻的深层次的艺术效果，不能满足人们对装饰艺术的新需求。
本发明的目的是为了克眼现有技术的不足，提供一种融合锻打、蚀刻工艺制作的铜浮雕艺术品，使铜浮雕的立体层次感，进而艺术品的表现力都得到加强。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的：该多层次锻刻铜浮雕品，在铜板的锻打部位有锻打形成的凹凸层面，其特征在于，还有锻打前形成的蚀刻层面，所述的蚀刻工艺即已有的化学蚀刻法。
本发明多层次锻刻铜浮雕品，除了保留了锻打形成的凹凸层面外，还在铜板表层下形成了一个化学蚀刻层面，增加了细腻的深层次艺术效果，从而使铜艺术品的立体感层次感更强。
附图是本发明浮雕品的剖面示意图。
结合附图，本发明的实施例如下：首先根据艺术主题要求设计画稿，画稿中区分出细腻的蚀刻纹样及锻打部位；在铜板1上粘贴防蚀膜，按稿图要求刻去纹样上的防蚀膜，暴露出铜板的本质；在三氯化铁等蚀刻液中蚀刻出凹面纹样2，形成蚀刻层面；剥离防蚀膜，然后在铜板的锻打部位锻打出凹凸形，形成凹凸层面3。即为本发明的多层次锻刻铜浮雕品。
将锻刻好的浮雕品进行表面氧化处理，蚀刻部分即成深色底纹，凹凸形部位经抛磨成淡亮色，即制成多层次锻刻铜浮雕工艺产品。

1、一种多层次锻刻铜浮雕品，在铜板(1)的锻打部位有锻打形成的凹凸面(3)，其特征在于，还有锻打前形成的蚀刻层面。
