Claims (15)

1. detergent composition, it contains amylase and the directed antibody of amylase.
2. the detergent composition of claim 1, the content of the directed antibody of wherein said amylase are that the 10E-6% of total composition is to 10E+1% weight.
3. the detergent composition of claim 1 to 2, wherein amylase is selected from α-Dian Fenmei [EC3.2.1.1].
4. the detergent composition of claim 3, wherein said amylase is from mould or bacterium.
5. the detergent composition of claim 1 to 4, wherein diastatic content is 0.0001% to 2% of total composition, and is preferred 0.00018% to 0.1%, more preferably the pure enzyme of 0.00024% to 0.048% weight.
6. the detergent composition of claim 1 to 5, directed antibody of wherein said amylase and diastatic molecular ratio were equal to or less than 100: 1, preferably were equal to or less than 50: 1.
7. the detergent composition of claim 1 to 6, the directed antibody of wherein said amylase is single clone antibody, preferably its fragment.
8. the detergent composition of claim 7, directed antibody of wherein said amylase and diastatic molecular ratio were equal to or less than 50: 1, preferably were equal to or less than 20: 1.
9. the detergent composition of any one claim of front wherein joins the directed antibody of said amylase in the releasing agent.
10. the detergent composition of any one claim of front comprises that further one or several are selected from the component of negatively charged ion, nonionic, positively charged ion, both sexes and zwitterionic tensio-active agent, auxiliary agent, bleach system, froth suppressor, soil release polymers, lime soap dispersing agent, soil-suspending agent and anti redeposition agent, green clay and/or their mixture.
