Abstract

The present invention relates to the use of a specific amylase enzyme in a laundry detergent composition for boosting fabric laundry performance, especially on dingy stains and soils.

Description

Be used for comprising of dingy fabric clean-up of improved diastatic detergent composition
Technical field
The present invention relates in laundry detergent composition to use specific amylase to be used to promote the fabric washing performance, particularly to the scourability of filthy spot and dirt.
Background technology
For these years, amylase is used to various purpose, wherein the most important thing is starch liquefacation, fabric desizing, the starch conversion in papermaking and pulping industry and is used to brewage and smoke.Diastatic other purposes is to be used to remove amyloid dirt and spot in laundering of textile fabrics, crust and tableware process, and this has the importance that continues rising.
In fact, amylase is realized in wash up, hard surface cleaning and laundry composition already, they are used to provide from dish, dish, glassware and crust removes starch food residue or starch film, to provide the starch soil that generally runs in washing is used and the cleaning performance of other dirt.
The WO/94/02597 of the Novo Nordisk A/S that on February 3rd, 1994 announced has described and has mixed the diastatic cleaning combination of mutant. Also referring to the WO/94/18314 of the Genencor that announced on August 18th, 1994; The WO/95/10603 of the Novo Nordisk A/S that the WO96/05295 of the Genencor that on February 22nd, 1996 announced and April 20 nineteen ninety-five announce.
Other the known amylase that is used for cleaning combination comprises a-and beta-amylase.A-amylase is that prior art is known, is included in US5003257; EP252666; WO/91/00353; FR2676456; EP285123; EP525610; Those disclosed amylase in EP368341 and the british patent specification 1296839 (Novo).
The example of commercial a-amylase product is Termamyl _, Ban _, Duramyl _And Fungamyl _, the Maxamyl that they all can buy and be buied by GistBrocades from Novo Nordisk A/S Denmark _With the Purafact Ox Am that buys from Genencor _
Recently, found new amylase, they are described among the WO95/26397 of the Novo Nordisk A/S that announces October 5 nineteen ninety-five, and it discloses in 25 ℃ of-55 ℃ of temperature and pH value under the 8-10 scope, has specific activity greater than Termamyl RThe a-amylase of specific activity at least 25%.Confirmed that these new diastatic mutant have at least a following character with respect to the parent enzyme: the 1) thermostability of Gai Shaning, 2) oxidative stability and 3) reduced the dependency of calcium ion.Obtainable other required improvement of mutant according to the present invention or the example (with respect to parent-a-amylase) that improves character are: under neutrallty condition and relative high pH value, and enhanced stability and/or a-amylolytic activity; Enhanced a-amylolytic activity and increase or reduced iso-electric point (pI) under relatively-high temperature, with the pI value that causes the a-amylase mutant better with the pH coupling of medium, they are described in the autre action pendante application of Novo NordiskPCT/DK96/00056, hereinafter referred to as " specific amylase ".
Though known amylase works to the starch spot, have aspect the excellent cleaning performance a kind of mode of demand for the starch soil of in washing is used, generally running into and other dirt and prepare and comprise that still there is sizable technological challenge in specific diastatic laundry component can satisfy the human consumer. In addition, this detergent composition must make and leave that the product that is washed fabric (especially those are not having under filthy and the unspoiled condition, tend to the fabric of filth especially) has fabulous value and be safe, environmentally acceptable. Therefore, comprise design for exploitation and exist demand cleaning the effective especially specific diastatic detergent composition of filth.
Find that amazedly specific amylase provides cleaning filth, maintenance whiteness and total cleaning performance of beyond thought excellence. This performance is illustrated, but for example is not limited to the fabulous removal performance to the filthy dirt that exists on bolster, T blood shirt and the stocking sole.
Therefore, the objective of the invention is to provide the dirty spot of effective decontamination and total cleanup action by containing specific diastatic laundry composition.
Summary of the invention
The present invention relates in laundry detergent composition, use specific amylase, to provide to the effective especially surface cleaning of fabric.
The present invention relates to laundering of textile fabrics to keep or to increase whiteness and cleaning to filth is provided, by needs being brightened and/or clean filthy fabric and contact and pass through the sufficiently long time by comprising the certain density aqueous solution that specific diastatic detergent composition forms, consequently said composition is to the cleaning performance increase of filth.
Detailed Description Of The Invention
Without being limited by theory, people be sure of that filthy dirt and spot are because the result of various types of dirt combination. For example, fatty dirt comprises lipid, protein and the pigment that is deposited on the fabric that contacts with human body or animal skin. Most of lipid is by smegma, and they are as sebum.Protein and pigment from skin chips decompose discharging by skin cells. It is believed that sebum is the main dirt that is present on the clothes, their removal is important, because the fat of not removing works the matrix effect that keeps particulate fouling.Be sure of that in addition the compound oxidation that is present in the sebum impels the fabric yellowing.Particulate fouling mainly comprises the dust that floats over aerial dirt and ground, comprises the product that produces in veneer of soil and the petroleum products partial combustion process." clean filthy " looking like is the ability of detergent composition through this filthy dirt that amasss of one or many washing removal, and the result obtains the improvement that appearance of fabrics can be surveyed.
It is monitoring to through the whiteness of the washing of cycles of washing repeatedly and thread bare fabric that whiteness keeps.Use good washing composition to have good retention of whiteness, i.e. the whiteness of the fabric that its assurance is washed remains on high level in the whole loop cycle process of washing and wearing and tearing. Specific amylase
The necessary component of detergent composition of the present invention is specific amylase. This specific amylase is included in those that describe among the autre action pendante application PCT/DK96/00056 of WO95/26397 and Novo Nordisk. The incorporation of these enzymes in detergent composition is the pure enzyme of 0.0001%-0.1% by general composition weight meter, the preferred pure enzyme of 0.00018%-0.060%, the more preferably pure enzyme of 0.00024%-0.048%.
