最好,通过选择性地向织物基底的一些区域涂覆防液材料形成不透液体的涂覆层20和22,例如聚合物形成的薄层,然后将聚合物干燥,在织物基底上形成不透液体的粘着层。最好,在将罩衣缝制或以其它方式组装到一起之前涂覆该涂覆层20和22,不过也可以在罩衣构成之后涂覆。优选的涂覆方法主要由产量要求、所需涂覆重量和成本决定。最好采用刮片、气刀,交换滚涂或旋转丝网印刷法。这些方法中的每一种都能够使沉积涂覆层处在50到200微米的范围内。最优选的方法是旋转丝网印刷法,因为其可最易于按所需的图形涂覆。下文将参照图15介绍这种方法。
有很多能够形成对体液的防透阻挡层的薄膜成形的聚合物体系。适宜的聚合物应当根据其由溶解状态脱开的能力、在涂覆层干燥之后的柔软性以及成本进行选择。优选的材料是聚氯乙烯塑料溶胶,其具有高的固体颗粒含量(大于95%),减少在干燥和固化过程中处理释放的散发物方面的费用。其它适宜的涂覆层包含:乳胶、特别是合成乳胶、聚亚胺酯、聚氨酯醚、聚乙烯和聚丙烯。无论如何涂覆的织物应是不能透过体液的。
图2表示罩衣10的背后状态以及带斜度的颈部结合件30和腰部结合件32。颈部结合件30包含涂有粘接剂和重叠有衬垫36的突舌34,例如渗硅纸。为了粘接颈部结合件30,除去可分离衬垫36,将突舌34折叠并附着到罩衣背部16。另外,罩面背部16处在颈部24的一个区域可以涂覆有粘接剂和具有一附着在其上的可分离衬垫(在图2中未表示)。于是通过除去可分离衬垫和在粘接剂处将罩衣背部16的两侧粘接在一起,可以实现围合。
图3到5更详细地表示腰部结合件34。罩衣10在背部16具有一开缝38。将第一沿40和第二沿42彼此连接从而实现围合。腰部结合件32包含在罩衣背部16内侧表面46上的第一沿40处的第一粘接剂层44。将可分离材料48附着到与第一粘接剂层44对准的反面部分50。可分离表面48可以包含利用粘接剂54粘接到外侧表面50上的可分离衬垫52。一种专用的可分离条56覆盖第一粘接剂层44,有利于以无菌消毒方式使用腰部结合件32。可分离条56由长条的可分离衬垫58构成,它的一端折叠形成突舌60。可分离衬垫58由突舌60延伸经过第一粘接剂层44并绕过第一沿40。在可分离衬垫58上的粘接剂62粘接到外表面50上的可分离表面48。可分离衬垫58终止于双折突舌64,其中可分离衬垫首先由可分离表面48外折,然后本身倒转以便覆盖粘接剂层62。
可分离条56带有标记,以便指示在腰部结合件32的无菌操作使用中的步骤。例如,突舌60带有标记66,例如为数字“1“,指示在腰部结合件32的使用中的第一步是拉动突舌60和由第一粘接剂层44分离该可分离条56。第二标记68例如数字“2“出现在可分离条上,覆盖可分离表面48,及第三标记70例如数字“3“出现在双折的突舌64上。
图6-10表示使用腰部结合件32的操作程序。首先,使用人抓住突舌60,以便由第一粘接剂层44取下可分离条56,如图7中所示。这一操作可以用非消毒的手进行,并且继续进行腰部结合件32的无菌围合,正如将要介绍的。通过握住突舌60,可以将第一粘接剂层44适当定位在罩衣背部16上的第二沿42附近。通过在第二标记68处例如用手指加压,将第一粘接剂层44粘接到罩衣背部16上。最终,抓住双折的突舌64并取下可分离条56丢掉。在这一操作过程中仅被丢掉的可分离条56与非消毒的手接触。最终围合如图11中所示。
可以对底层的织物进行其它处理,以便使罩衣或医用盖单形成区域性的性能特征。例如某些罩衣和盖单用于较少沾湿操作的应用场合,不需要完全不透液体的性能,某种程度上降低防护性能可能也是适当的。通常将整个织物浸入在以碳氟化合物为主的防护剂就可实现这一点。然后将过量的液体挤出并将织物干燥。重复处理以便实现利用20到30厘米最好约25厘米的静水压头反映其特性的可接受的防护性能指数。
利用本发明的另一种替代方法,可以将以水为主的丙烯酸酯的乳胶液或其它防护性能增强物质例如碳氟化合物或硅酮印在织物基底上。在很多无纺织物基底上,对于丙烯酸酯优选的干燥涂覆层重量约每平方码2.0克,对应的经涂覆的织物的承受的静水压头为25厘米。本技术领域的技术人员可以按照指定的织物基底和涂覆材料不经过多的实验就能确定适当的涂覆程度以实现所需的防护性能的指数。实现25厘米的防护性能指数并不主要取决于特定的印刷方法和技术,例如照相凹版转轮印刷和曲面印刷都是适宜的,它们都能形成较低的涂覆层重量。利用本发明的方法,仅需要将乳胶或其它防护性能增强材料涂覆在需要附加防护性能的地方。例如,罩衣10的背部部分15可以由相对较薄弱的具有较低防护性能的无纺织物制成,然而可按这种方式提高其防护性能。
在某些情况下特别是在使用盖单的情况下,可能希望有一区域要增强吸收。通常,通过将一种吸收材料层叠到盖单织物上来保证。这种材料能够吸收体液,例如血液,以便在外科医生可以更易于手术的区域形成相对干燥的区域。另外,根据本发明可以将一层吸收材料例如以丙烯酸为主的超强吸收剂或者作为制成的聚合物或者作为以水为主的原始成分的悬浮液印在指定的局部区域,以便增强液体吸收能力。最好,这一局域形成在从中通过才能进行手术操作的窗口附近。采用任何一种公知的以酸性物质为主的超常吸收材料,使这样一种涂覆层将能够比常规的层叠织物材料吸收更大量的液体。根据本说明书公开的内容,本技术领域的技术人员会明了其它可印涂的吸收材料。
图12和13表示一种T形(一种通用的盖单形状)盖单72,围绕其上贯通的窗口76有一印上的增强吸收的区域74。图12表示组装之前的盖单72。由无纺织物构成的矩形面料80其上具有在窗口区76印上的增强吸收区74。由面料78上剪去一矩形角落80。图13表示具有附着到面料78的侧沿82上的角落80的盖单72。
在盖单或罩衣中的某些区域可能还希望增强摩擦。例如,盖单有时在邻近切口部分的位置处带有一薄层的多孔网格泡沫。这种材料具有高的摩擦系数和外科医生能将其使用器械能以一定可靠性不管其角度置于垫座上,各元件将不会滑动。利用包含高密度非迁移性的增塑溶胶-偏苯三酸酯(-trimelitate ester)的聚氯乙烯增塑溶胶的印刷薄膜可以得到类似的效果。当溶剂已经散去和增塑溶胶固化时,所形成的薄膜具有极高程度的附着作用,其性能某种程度上与常规的泡沫仪器用垫座相似。这种高附着的在织物基底上的涂覆层可以用作仪器座的衬垫。其它的增强附着的涂覆层对于本技术领域的技术人员来说也是很明了的。
可以将增强性能的涂覆层以适当方式涂覆到织物基底上。将一种流体涂覆材料涂覆并粘接到基底上。该流体可以包含:溶解在溶剂中的,或者混合到含载液的悬浮液中的增强性能材料,在这种情况下,该溶液或载液通常将被蒸发或者以其它方式至少部分除去,以使该材料固着在基底上。另外,该流体材料可以包含颗粒状可流动的粉末材料,在这种情况下,可用静电方式或通过熔合固着在基底上。任何常规的印刷或喷射涂覆方法都可采用,只要以某种方式能够对涂覆层的涂覆进行控制,使基底上的各涂覆区能清晰形成。其它的将流体涂覆层粘接到基底上的方法对于本技术领域的技术人员也是明了的。
图14表示适用于涂覆增强性能的涂覆层的旋转丝网印刷机构86。其包含一其上按图形贯通形成有一些穿孔90的转筒88,该图形适于印刷预定的设计图形。在筒88内侧的挤压机构91迫使可流动的涂覆材料92通过各穿孔90,这些穿孔的形成是为将涂覆材料92的图形附着到织物基底94上。织物基底94沿可以被驱动的辊96通过,该辊96使基底94与转筒88相接触。
图15表示具有另一种颈部和腰部结合件100和102的罩衣。向上延伸到罩衣的背部106的开隙104使之形成左右背后衣面108和110。右后衣面110沿其长度向外折叠形成折边112。粘接剂区114安排在接近罩衣颈部116的折边112处。最好可与防护性能的涂覆层一起同时或以同生方式在其上印上粘接剂,以便加速制成罩衣98,或者可以包含一双面窄带。具有一自由端突舌120的可分离衬垫118覆盖粘接剂区114。通过利用突舌120取去可分离衬垫118操作颈部结合件100,然后在粘接剂区114的折边112折叠到左后衣面108上,在该处粘接剂区114将两个背后衣面108和110粘接在一起。另外参阅图21。突舌可以起作用的另一种方式是将粘接剂置于突舌上,将突舌由罩衣的身体部分向外张开然后经过开缝104再附着到该身体部分上。
腰部结合件102具有一通过式(pass-off)元件部分,其实现的作用与用在某些在腰部具有系带的手术罩衣上使用的通过式板片相似。使用这些罩衣,将系带附着到一板片上,由穿者将该板片递到一不必消毒仅需清洁的助手。助手然后仅接触板片将系带之一围绕穿者的躯干通过。穿者然后抓住该系带并取去非消毒的板片。
结合件102包含一最好由与罩衣98相同材料构成的条122,其由附着到折边112上的第一端124横向延伸到一附着到罩衣98的一侧128处的第二端126。条122上向外面向的一面130上带有由可分离衬垫132覆盖的粘接剂。可分离衬垫以相似方式具有第一端134和第二端136,分别对应于该条的第一和第二端124和126。可分离衬垫第一端134由粘接剂区稍微伸出形成突舌138,第二端136以可分离方式附着到条第二端126,不过其附着力明显大于粘接剂和可分离衬垫132之间的吸引力。例如,可以以物理方式粘接到其上,例如用具有更强粘性的粘接剂或通过热粘接。
图16到19表示围合件102的操作。首先穿者的助手抓住突舌138并由条122提开分离该可分离衬垫132,除去在它们的第二端126和136将两者连接在一起的部位除外。同时助手仅握住可分离衬垫132,将该条第二端126递到穿者背后到在罩衣98的侧面或前面的位置140处。穿者利用消毒的双手仅将条122压住,以便将条122粘接于罩衣98上并实现围合。助手然后取下可分离衬垫132。穿者绝不会接触可分离衬垫132,仅助手接触可分离衬垫132。图20表示围合的罩衣98,图21更详细地表示如上所述的颈部结合件100。在任何一种粘接式结合件中,丙烯酸粘接剂是优选的,不过对于本技术领域的技术人员一种替代物也是明了的。这些替代物还可包含勾式和环式围合件。
在不脱离本发明的范围和构思的前提下,对于本领域领域的技术人员来说很明显可以有各种改进和替换。应理解,本发明并不局限于这里公开的一些实施例,各权利要求应广义地理解,正如对在先技术所能达到的一样。例如,本技术领域的技术人员可以不经过多的实验就能对在这里介绍的各特定增强性能的涂覆层找出适当的替换物。
Claims (24)
1、一种医用布制品,包含:
一织物基底;以及
印刷在该基底中的一个或多个区域上的涂覆层,所述涂覆层改进了织物基底的性能特性。
2、根据权利要求1所述的医用布制品,其是由医用罩衣和医用盖单构成的组合中选择的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的医用布制品,其中的基底包含一无纺织物。
4、根据权利要求1所述的医用布制品,其中的涂覆层按照由增加基底的液体防护性能、增加基底的摩擦以及增强基底的液体吸收能力组成的要求项目中选择的一种方式改进基底的性能。
5、根据权利要求1所述的医用布制品,包含一种医用罩衣,该罩衣包含:身体覆盖部分和由身体部分延伸的袖部以袖口套箍终止,其中所述一或多个区域包含所述身体覆盖部分的中央操作区域以及还包含与所述袖口套箍相邻的所述袖部部分,以及其中所述涂覆层是不透液体的。
6、根据权利要求5所述的医用布制品,其中所述涂覆层包含聚氯乙烯增塑溶胶。
7、根据权利要求5所述的医用布制品,其中的罩衣还包含一或多个用增强防护性能材料涂覆的区域,以便将在所述一或多个区域中的防护性能提高到至少20厘米的静水压头。
8、根据权利要求1所述的医用布制品,包含一医用盖单,其上具有一贯通窗口。
9、根据权利要求8所述的医用布制品,其中涂覆层吸水和位于窗口附近。
10、根据权利要求9所述的医用布制品,其中的涂覆层包含以丙烯酸为主的吸收材料。
11、一种制造医用布制品的方法,该布制品包含的织物基底上的一个区域具有与该基底不同的性能特性,该方法包含的步骤有将一种液体物质涂覆和粘接到所述区域上,在其上形成涂覆层,所述涂覆层具有与基底不同的性能特性。
12、根据权利要求11所述的方法,还包含的步骤有:将织物基底形成具有袖部和主体部分的医用罩衣,以及其中该区域包含袖部中的至少一部分和穿者胸部处的身体区域,以及其中该涂覆层是防水的。
13、根据权利要求11所述的方法,还包含的步骤有将织物基底形成医用盖单。
14、根据权利要求13所述的方法,还包含的步骤有形成一贯通盖单的窗口,以及其中涂覆层包含一种吸收材料和涂覆在窗口附近。
15、一种医学罩衣,包含身体覆盖部分和由该身体部分延伸的袖部,该身体部分具有一用于穿上罩衣的开缝以及至少一个用于围合开缝的结合件,该结合件包含在开缝的第一侧上的粘接剂区以及在开缝的第二侧的一个区域,该粘接剂附着到其上,以便围合所述开缝。
16、根据权利要求15所述的医用罩衣,其中的身体覆盖部分是由无纺织物构成的。
17、根据权利要求16所述的医用罩衣,其中的粘接剂直接印在罩衣织物的第一侧上。
18、根据权利要求16所述的医用罩衣,其中的粘接剂包含一固定到第一侧的双侧窄带。
19、根据权利要求15所述的医用罩衣,其中的罩衣是消毒的,其中的粘接剂位于罩衣的连接部分的第一侧,以及其中的罩衣还包含一在连接部分的第二侧上的可取下元件;因此,用非消毒的手可以将该可取下的元件压住使该粘接剂粘接到第二侧上,然后由整体消毒的罩衣上取下该可取下的元件。
20、根据权利要求19所述的医用罩衣,其中可取下的元件包含一位于在粘接剂上可取下的分离元件。
21、根据权利要求20所述的医用罩衣,其中至少一个结合件还包含标记,用于指示以消毒方式使用所述结合件的顺序步骤。
22、根据权利要求15所述的医用罩衣,其中至少一个结合件还包含标记,用于指示以消毒方式使用所述结合件的顺序步骤。
23、根据权利要求15所述的医用罩衣,其中的结合件还包含一接近开缝的可取下的元件,用于操作该结合件达用于将粘接剂和罩衣粘接的位置,因此,非消毒的手可以将结合件置于这一位置,然后取下该可取下元件,穿好消毒围合的罩衣。
24、一种围合医用罩衣的方法,包含的步骤有露出在罩衣开缝的第一侧上的粘接剂;以及将粘接剂附着到在开缝第二侧的一位置上。
