Abstract

Description
金属外壳封装的空气绝缘式中压开关设备具有其数目相应于相数的带有汇流线端子的穿壁套管座。其中,该穿壁套管座与一个座支板可拆卸地相连接。
在首段所定义的金属外壳封装的空气绝缘式中压开关设备中,穿壁套管座用于形成汇流线与中压开关设备中的开关装置之间的电连接。该穿壁套管座同时用于支承汇流线端子,这些汇流线端子由于结构型构及其工作状态中的电流负荷需承受相应的机械负荷。
本发明的任务在于,确立一种穿壁套管座,使之能适应所有工作状态中汇流线的机械负荷,此外,该穿壁套管座的结构显著地简化,但不会限制该技术中通常的可靠性要求。
根据本发明,这一任务将通过以下特征来实现:1.1该穿壁套管座具有一矩形座外轮廓,在该外轮廓上连接了一个同样为矩形的座内轮廓,1.2在座外轮廓及座内轮廓之间设有具有同心横截面轮廓的座夹槽,1.3座内轮廓在向着座支板的设备区域中具有一个座导向轮廓,它通过座支板的缺口导入并且其背向座外轮廓的纵向面呈梯形地向自由端收缩,1.4座内轮廓与一矩形空心体相连接,后者在汇流线端子区域中与一个对它纵向垂直布置的T形端子空心体相连接,1.5该T形端子空心体在与汇流线端子反向的区域中设有从其轮廓伸出的固定板,1.6汇流线端子具有与矩形空心体的纵向垂直布置的、并具有两点或三点固定部分的直线形外轮廓。
在矩形座外轮廓和与它连接的同样为矩形的座内轮廓之间设有座夹槽,当该穿壁套管座装到中压开关设备上后,在该座夹槽中插入一个框板。利用譬如从上方可插入的框板可使通常并列毗邻安装的穿壁套管座以特殊方式彼此位置相固定。借助座夹槽中的同心横截面轮廓可使座外轮廓及座内轮廓的较宽区域被框板覆盖。由此实现了在中压开关设备内穿壁套管座特别紧凑的安装方式。此外座导向轮廓也用于此目的,通过利用向外收缩的纵向面插入到座支板中,该座导向轮廓实际上被自动对中心地位置固定。该座导向轮廓例如也用于从低压区域引出导线及用于中压开关设备中目前电流的容性显示。带有由矩形空心体与T形端子空心体相组合所得到的间距,该穿壁套管座利用其座支板上的固定板也能相对所出现的横切力保证足够的位置固定。
利用汇流线端子上与电流有关的两点及三点汇流线固定部分,同样相对所出现的横切力实现了汇流线端子的最佳结构。
在本发明的一个有利的改进方案中,具有特征:2.1座内轮廓在与座导向轮廓相对的相邻矩形空心体的区域中设有一个半圆轮廓,2.2该半圆轮廓上设有一个梯形构型的座装置,它与T形端子空心体接近等高度,2.3座内轮廓具有一个与矩形空心体的纵向垂直并布置在座支板平面上的支撑角铁。
利用在上方区域中的矩形空心体的半圆轮廓,梯形构型的座装置就以简单方式构成了用于在上方所安装汇流线的一个附加支承。利用设在座支板平面上并与矩形空心体纵向垂直布置的支撑角铁,就使该穿壁套管座在中压开关设备内能以简单方式可拆卸地固定。
Claims (2)
1.一种金属外壳封装的空气绝缘式中压开关设备,它具有其数目相应于相数的带有汇流线端子的穿壁套管座,其中该穿壁套管座与一个座支板可拆卸地相连接,其特征在于:1.1该穿壁套管座(DFS)具有一矩形座外轮廓(SAK),在该外轮廓上连接了一个同样为矩形的座内轮廓(SIK),1.2在座外轮廓(SAK)及座内轮廓(SIK)之间设有具有同心横截面轮廓的座夹槽(SKS),1.3座内轮廓(SIK)在向着座支板(STB)的设备区域中具有一个座导向轮廓(SFK),它通过座支板(STB)的缺口导入并且其背向座外轮廓(SAK)的纵向面(LFL)呈梯形地向自由端收缩,1.4座内轮廓(SIK)与一矩形空心体(QHK)相连接,后者在汇流线端子(SSA)区域中与一个对它纵向垂直布置的T形端子空心体(AHK)相连接,1.5该T形端子空心体(AHK)在与汇流线端子(SSA)反向的区域中设有从其轮廓伸出的固定板(BPL),1.6汇流线端子(SSA)具有与矩形空心体(QHK)的纵向垂直布置的、并具有两点或三点固定部分的直线形外轮廓(DAK)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属外壳封装的空气绝缘式中压开关设备,其特征在于:2.1座内轮廓(SIK)在与座导向轮廓(SFK)相对置的相邻矩形空心体(QHK)的区域中设有一个半圆轮廓(HRK),2.2该半圆轮廓(HRK)上设有一个梯形构型的座装置(TSE),它与T形端子空心体(AHK)接近等高度,2.3座内轮廓(SIK)具有一个与矩形空心体(QHK)的纵向垂直并设置在座支板(STB)平面上的支撑角铁(BFW)。
