Abstract

Description
本发明涉及打击乐器,用于例如手鼓,崩戈鼓(bongos),康茄鼓(congos)或类似的舞蹈乐器,其具有特别在顶部开口的共鸣体,在共鸣体的开口上方设有被拉伸的鼓面,其包括塑料薄膜,借助夹紧箍以均匀张力固定塑料薄膜,在共鸣体上,鼓面被直接拉伸,在共鸣体的上部开口附近具有环形槽,夹紧箍被弹性扩张,在共鸣体的上侧受力作用,进入环形槽,由此使鼓面被拉伸。
德国专利DE-29613409U公开了一种普通类型的打击乐器。这种类型的打击乐器在实践中具有超乎寻常的成功,特别是生产这种打击乐器的成本非常低,以便音乐学校或补习学校进行教学或演出。
还知道采用具有塑料薄膜的无纺织物叠层作为鼓面,由此增加鼓面的强度。在这种情况下,术语“叠层”被理解为由全部表面通过黏合剂粘结的无纺织物和塑料薄膜。
还知道,利用两层塑料薄膜作为鼓面,以这种方式增加鼓面的有效厚度。
本发明的目的是提供一种这种类型的打击乐器,尤其是其一方面成本低,另一方面具有非常特殊的新的音响效果。
按照本发明,通过平行于塑料薄膜的无纺织物,达到本发明的目的。通过夹紧箍拉伸无纺织物,而且,不使用黏合剂粘结塑料薄膜和无纺织物。
本发明的要点在于使已知的夹紧系统与鼓面相结合,所述鼓面由不采用黏合剂粘合的塑料薄膜和无纺织物的复合物构成。这有助于保留通常必须的叠层的预成型物,此外可以获得特别满意的音色和柔和的声音,通过任意结合无纺织物和塑料薄膜,特别是无纺织物和塑料薄膜的厚度,可以实现理想的音质。
值得注意的是,这种结合的鼓面与夹紧系统相联系,提供非常高的连续弹性作用力,即,在借助垂直于鼓面的高作用力进行连续拉伸的过程中,鼓面只有非常低的永久变形和弯曲变形。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,提供的无纺织物是瞬时熔纺材料(flash-melt-spun material),特别是聚乙烯纤维材料。
最好采用聚酯薄膜作为塑料薄膜。

在附图中所示的打击乐器1包括基本上呈圆柱形状的共鸣体2,在所示共鸣体2上覆盖有拉伸的鼓面3。在共鸣体2上具有开口4,在所述开口4中,采用已公知的方式装有响铃5。
采用横截面为圆形的夹紧箍6固定鼓面3,所述夹紧箍6可以是直径为4mm的弹簧钢。相应地,此夹紧箍可以沿径向弹性膨胀。具有半圆形横截面的环形槽7用于将夹紧箍6固定在共鸣体2上。在共鸣体2的上侧部分,共鸣体2的外径比夹紧箍6的内径大0.8mm。
为了将鼓面3安置到共鸣体2上,在共鸣体2的上边缘8设有向外倾斜的边缘9,在上边缘8处具有黏合剂。然后,在共鸣体2的上侧拉伸鼓面3,借助液压力从上方对夹紧箍6施加作用力,由此拉伸鼓面3,而不需要任何其他附加步骤。使夹紧箍在倾斜边缘9上滑动,进入环形槽7,并在此固定,不需要任何附加的固定装置,特别是不需要像螺钉或类似的装置。
聚酯薄膜与层压在其上的蜡纸的组合物通常用于制造鼓面3,本发明提供的鼓面3由塑料薄膜11和无纺层10组成,这两层材料具有相同的尺寸并且相互平行,但是其相互之间不采用黏合剂粘结。
Claims (4)
1.一种打击乐器,用于例如手鼓,崩戈鼓,康茄鼓或类似的舞蹈乐器,其具有特别在顶部开口的共鸣体,在共鸣体的开口上方设有被拉伸的鼓面,其包括塑料薄膜,借助夹紧箍以均匀张力固定塑料薄膜,在共鸣体上,鼓面被直接拉伸,在共鸣体的上部开口附近具有环形槽,夹紧箍被弹性扩张,在共鸣体的上侧受力作用,进入环形槽,由此使鼓面被拉伸,其特征是:设置至少一层无纺织物(10)平行于至少一层塑料薄膜(11),借助夹紧箍(6)还拉伸无纺织物(10),所述无纺织物(10)不与塑料薄膜(11)通过黏合剂粘结。
2.按照权利要求1所述的打击乐器,其特征是:无纺织物是瞬时熔纺材料。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的打击乐器,其特征是:无纺织物是聚乙烯纤维材料。
4.按照权利要求1所述的打击乐器,其特征是:塑料薄膜是聚酯薄膜。
