发明内容
下面描述的装置提供了用于鞋或靴子中的安全放气阀。该放气阀更不容易因穿着鞋从事剧烈和翻滚的动作而导致意外放气。放气阀包含一个非柔顺阀壳,其不能够相对于阀的柱塞变形。阀体还具有一个紧密配合口,柱塞穿过该口而从阀中伸出,该口可以因此而限制柱塞相对于阀体和阀座可能出现的倾斜。此外,柱塞远比现有技术中的柱塞短,而且阀面上设有一个柔软硅酮密封圈(例如O形圈),其可以在阀面和阀座的任何倾斜动作中适应于阀面与阀座之间的空间。
虽然是为了与滑雪板鞋和滑雪靴一起使用而研制的,但阀可以用于任何这样的选择性充气袋囊,即希望提供出更安全的放气阀,以使阀在带囊的使用过程中不会被意外操作。

在被使用者操作时,放气阀使得空气能够从袋囊排放到大气中。放气阀是这样操作的,即按压柱塞10并保持柱塞向下,直至袋囊中的空气通过阀排出。泵和放气阀组件安装在鞋上,如图1所示。从这些图中可以看出,由于柱塞10只需较小的力就能够操作,因此它易于被意外操作,而且阀的安置使之在意外接触物体、地面和地面瓦砾、操作者和操作者携带的器具时会被压下。

图4是一种新的放气阀的剖视图,该阀可以使阀在鞋的使用中被意外打开的可能性最小化。如图2所示,组件包括气包5、泵入口(未示出)、泵出口7、T形接头8和袋囊供应口9。放气阀4包括一个两部分式阀体,其中包含一个由硬塑料制成的下阀体23和一个由类似硬塑料或其他相对坚硬的非柔顺材料制成的上阀体24。上阀体被强制装配在下阀体中并被胶结就位。上阀体还包括一个向内凸出的凸缘25,其安置在阀体的上端处或附近。阀座26安置在这个凸缘的下表面上。柱塞27相对较短,并且不需要在其上方末端带有柱塞盘。在柱塞的上端,柱塞的外径与凸缘25的内径或内孔紧密配合,它们之间带有间隙,以允许上下运动,但又足够紧密地配合着,从而限制倾斜和侧向运动。在柱塞的底部,一个圆盘28提供出一个位于圆盘的上表面上的阀面29和一个可以承受弹簧31的推压作用的底表面30。柱塞可以包含一个下部延伸段32,它的直径比圆盘小并与推压弹簧31的内径紧密匹配,以保持弹簧和圆盘竖直排列并适当对准。推压弹簧安置在柱塞下面,并且作用在圆盘的下表面上,以迫使柱塞向上。推压弹簧支靠在下阀体中的一个由凸缘提供的表面或下部内表面上。柱塞优选由金属或硬塑料制成,并且可以大致描述为具有一个圆柱形上段,其具有第一小直径;一个圆锥形或截头圆锥形中段,它的最大直径接近于弹簧外径(但在任何情况下均不明显小于弹簧外径);以及一个下段,其直径接近于弹簧内径。一个柔软可变形密封圈33在圆盘28的上方放置在柱塞上,以加强柱塞的密封能力。可变形密封圈可以固定在柱塞中段的上侧圆锥面上,或者可以固定在凸缘25的下表面上,或者也可以仅仅被放置在柱塞与凸缘之间。该密封圈由硅酮橡胶或类似的柔软顺从性材料制成。这在柱塞出现任何倾斜的情况下特别有用。阀被一个橡胶套或外壳34覆盖着,并且可以被操作者通过橡胶套而操作。
为了操作阀,穿戴者只需将柱塞27向下按压。凸缘25环绕着柱塞紧密配合使得柱塞能够上下移动,但可以防止柱塞侧向或倾斜移动,这种侧向或倾斜移动可以导致放气。由于弹簧安置在柱塞下面,而且阀座位于阀的顶部,因此不需要使柱塞具有穿过整个弹簧的长度,从而可以限制柱塞的可能倾斜程度。另外,由于阀体由硬塑料制成,因此在雪板滑雪、滑雪或其他剧烈运动中可以预计到的力不会导致阀体顶部相对于阀体底部变形。
图5是一种放气阀的剖视图,其中对阀杆作出了改进,以确保在操作过程中密封圈与柱塞一起向下移动。阀包含根据图4描述的部件,其中包括下阀体23和上阀体24、阀体凸缘25和相匹配的阀座26、柱塞27、带有阀面29和底表面30的圆盘28、弹簧31和阀杆的下部延伸段32以及可变形密封圈33。柱塞相对于图4中的柱塞作了修改,即提供了一个邻近于柱塞上段41与圆盘28结合处外接在柱塞上段上的环形槽40。环形槽的尺寸被选择,以与密封圈33相匹配,以使密封圈凸入槽中一定程度,从而在上段与密封圈之间提供出某种程度的咬合,而且上段和柱塞的向下移动会在密封圈上施加一个向下的力。槽可以具有这样的深度,即可以使所产生的柱塞开槽段直径42略微大于密封圈的内径,或者可以使所产生的直径正好等于密封圈的内径,或者也可以使所产生的直径小于密封圈的内径,并且柱塞与密封圈之间的咬合在柱塞设定的水平面上是松弛的。槽的纵向跨度可同样可变,即从小于密封圈高度的高度变化到正好与环形匹配的高度或显著大于密封圈的高度,只要是在柱塞向内或向下行程过程中使得柱塞向内或向下的运动能够导致槽的上表面碰撞到密封圈的某些部分即可。(应当指出,在上面的描述中,术语竖直和向上是参照阀如图所示定位时使用的,而且它们可能与阀在装配到任何特定靴子上后的竖直和水平方向没有关系)
上面描述的装置是结合带有充气袋囊的运动鞋而描述的。然而,放气阀也可以与其他选择性充气装置如运动头盔、水上漂浮工具一起使用,可以用在医疗装置如解剖用气囊中,以及用在其他需要增强可靠性和能够控制选择性充气袋囊的放气的设备中。因此,虽然装置和方法的优选实施例是参照它们的研制环境而描述的,但它们只是用于解释本发明的原理。在不脱离权利要求中的发明精神和范围的前提下,可以设计出其他实施例和形态。

Claims (5)

1.一种与流体袋囊一起使用的泵和放气阀组件,上述组件包括:

一个放气阀,其具有一个与袋囊有流体连通关系的输入口和一个输出口;
上述放气阀包括:
由非柔顺材料制成的阀体,上述阀体具有一个从输入口至输出口穿通延伸的内孔;
一个上部向内延伸的凸缘,上述凸缘的特征在于一个底表面、一个顶表面和一个从底表面延伸到顶表面的内孔,上述底表面用作一个阀座;
一个延伸穿过内孔的柱塞,上述柱塞具有一个小直径上段,以使上段能够移动穿过上部向内延伸凸缘的内孔,上述柱塞具有一个大直径下段,以使下段不能穿过上部向内延伸凸缘的内孔,上述柱塞下段具有一个与上部向内延伸凸缘的底表面并排安置的上表面以及一个下表面;
一个由柔顺材料制成的密封圈,其布置在柱塞下段与上部向内延伸凸缘之间。
