Abstract

装置具有一个基架(1)和一个在其一端可以摆动地支承着的杆臂(2),在杆臂的另一端装有一个压模(7),通过手动操作杆臂使这压模在一个圆弧轨迹(9)上向着单线路(19)运动,并且借助于一个装在摆动机构(24)上的手把(23),通过施加直线压力使导线压入IDC-接点(8)。

Description

将单线路固定于IDC-接点的装置
对于不同的应用场合,例如在后壁系统中采用了IDC-(绝缘位移连接)电缆插头,例如为了能够使多个系统相互连接起来。对这种IDC-电缆插头来说必须要把多根具有许多单线路的电缆固定在IDC-接点上。为了固定单线路必须要有加工工具,在此根据件数和使用环境而定,采用各种不同的工具,例如野外钳、车间钳、半自动机具或全自动机具。
本发明的任务在于提出一种既适合于野外作业又适合于工厂使用的装置,它能够使多个单线路同时地固定在IDC接点上,而且能够手动操作。
这个任务按本发明通过以下途径来完成:
a)设置基架并带有独立的承接件,用于IDC接点和这些单根的导
  线;
b)一根杆臂以其一端支承在基架上,可以摆动,而在杆臂和另一端
  有一个压模,用于将单线路压入IDC接点里。这种结构使得杆臂
  摆动时压模可以沿着一个圆形轨迹移动到IDC接点上;
c)通过操作一个对摆动的杆臂起作用的手把就可以使压模向单线路
  运动,因此这些导线就可以压入IDC接点。
市场上现有的装置都是通过压模的直线运动指向IDC-接点而使单线路固定在IDC接点上,工厂型的装置虽然适合于将多个单线路固定在IDC接点上,但必须放置在工具台上,而且经常也是使用起来不方便;而同时野外型的装置则适用于每次操作仅固定一个IDC接点。
对于本发明的装置,其压模在一个圆形运动轨迹上被移动,因为压模设在杆臂的一端,此杆臂在另一端也支承在一个机架上,可以摆动。这种固定(导线)主要是通过压模的圆弧运动和一个对摆动杠杆臂上起作用的手把操作的共同作用来实现的。因此本发明的装置可以设计成紧凑、轻便的工具,而且可以通用,既能用于野外,又可用于工厂车间。此外,这种装置可以手动操作,同时能够使多个单线路同时固定在IDC-接点上。
按专利权利要求1的一种装置的有利的改进在从属权利要求中加以说明。
以下按照图详细描述本发明的装置。
图1表示该装置的结构原理。
图2表示按图1的装置,其压模和IDC接点的细部。
图3表示按图1的装置并有放入的单线路。
图4表示装置处于切割之前和单线路压入IDC接点的状态。
图5,6和7以三个视图表示采用手动操作的装置。
按图1的装置有一个基架,所有其它部件都布置在它上面,如一个杆臂2,杆臂2的一端3与基架的上边4铰接连接,可以摆动,而在另一个有一个可调节的高度止挡的端部6则支承着一个压模7,它用于将多个单线路压入IDC接点里;而且在可摆动杆臂2上装上此压模,使压模7在杆臂摆动时可以沿着一圆弧形的用点划线标志的轨迹9运动到IDC接点上。此外,在基架1的上边4设有一个用于IDC接点的承接件10,例如设计为支座,具有一个与杆臂2的高度止挡5共同作用并因而限制其摆动运动的凸出的止挡决11,挡块11同时用于支住IDC-接点8,它们都布置在压模7摆动轨迹9的范围内。在用压模7将单线路压入IDC接点8时,为了避免使导线连接范围内高起的,往往是在其中间包括一个切割夹紧开口的IDC壁12不发生损伤,压模7在其向着IDC-接点的下方设有相应的缺口13(图2)。
此外在基架1的上边4,位于IDC接点8的承接件10和杠臂2的支座14之间布置一个切割机构15。该切割机构有一块切割板16,它布置在一个可转动地以一端支承在基架上的摆动刀架17上,并且正如以后还要说明的按长度切割这些单线路19。最后在基架1上还有一个承接件19,用于要固定和单线路19,或者用于包含了这些单线路的电缆20,并设计为一个布置在基架1的外侧面21上的板状件26。单线路19然后就从这承接件18越过承接件10的止挡块11引导到切割机构15的切割板16上。
为了手动操作完成固定过程,在基架1的另一个外侧面22上本装置还设有一手把23,它插在一个摆动机构24里面。
以下按照图2至4详细说明固定过程本身。
首先该装置设有IDC-接点8,其方法是把这些接点置入承接件10里并在那儿例如借助于承接件10的挡块11和一个销钉25而定位。此后切割机构15连同其切割板16就摆动到承接件10和杆臂2之间。然后将这些单线路19放入承接件18,并经过已经插入的IDC-接点8带到切割板16上,必要时在此夹紧。接着手动摆下杆臂2,一直到压模7靠上这些单线路19。在摆动机构24手动摆下之后,通过手把23直线地在杆臂2和压模7上施加一个压力。这样这些单线路19就在切板16上按长度被切割下来并被压入IDC-接点8。对此,杆臂2和刀架17的结构和布置要相互协调,以便单线路顺利切割下来并紧接着固定在IDC-接点上。

Claims (10)

1.将单线路(19),固定在IDC-接点(8)上的装置,其特征在于:
(a)它设有一个基架(1),带有独立的承接件(10,18),用于IDC-接点和单线路(19),
(b)一个杆臂(2),以其一端(3)支承在基架(1)上可以摆动,而在杆臂(2)的另一端(6)装有一个压模(7),用于将单线路(19)压入IDC-接点(8),这种布置方式使得杆臂(2)摆动时压模(7)可以沿一个圆弧形轨迹(9)向IDC-接点运动。
(c)通过操作一个对摆动杆臂(2)起作用的手把(23)可以使压模(7)向单线路(19)运动,因而可以使单线路压入IDC-接点(8)。
2.按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在基架(1)上有一个位于IDC-接点的承接件(10)和杆臂(2)之间的可送达的切割机构(15),它将单线路按长度上切割。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,切割机构有一块切割板(16),它布置在一个其一端可以轮动支承在基架(1)上的刀架(17)上。
4.按权利要求1-3之一所述的装置,其特征在于,杆臂(2)在压模(7)的地方装有一个可调节的高度挡块(5)。
5.按权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,高度止挡块(5)与装在承接件(10)上用于IDC接点(8)的一个止挡块(11)共同作用。
6.按上述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,用于这单线路(19)的承接件(18)由一个布置在基座(1)的一个外侧面(21)上的板状件(26)组成。
7.如上述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,用于IDC接点(8)和承接件(10)由一个支座组成,它布置在基架(1)的指向杆臂(2)的上边,在压模(7)摆动轨迹(9)的范围内。
8.按上述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,压模(7)在其向着IDC接点(8)的侧面配有缺口(13)用于突出的,在其中间包括一个切割夹紧开口的IDC-接点(8)的IDC壁(12)。
9.按上述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,在一个侧向的,位于单线路(19)承接件(18)的对面的基架(1)的外平面上布置了一个配备手把(23)的摆动机构(24)。
10.用一个按权利要求9所述的装置使单线路固定在IDC-接点(8)上的方法,其特征为以下步骤:
a)把IDC接点(8)插入基架(1)的承接件(10),
b)将切割机构(15)装入在IDC-接点(8)的承接件(10)和杆臂(2)之间,
c)将单线路(19)放入基架(1)的承接件(18),
d)手动摆动杠臂(2),一直到压模(7)靠上单线路(19),
e)用手把(23)手动使摆动机构(24)转动,
f)手把(23)施加的直线压力作用在杆臂(2)和压模(7)上,
g)按长度切下单线路(19)并将切割过的单线路(19)通过压模(7)压入IDC-接点。
