本发明公开了一种填装在汽车消声器中的袋装玻璃纤维,其包括:由带有孔洞的聚丙烯或聚乙烯塑料薄膜制成的袋,和装入该袋中且盘绕的中间无断头的玻璃纤维,装入该袋中的玻璃纤维的各组份重量比为:SiO2:57—62%;Al2O3:12—16%;TiO2:≤0.3%;B2O3:≤0.6%;MgO:0.1—4%;CaO:20—26%;K2O:≤0.3%;Na2O:≤0.3%;临熔温度>800℃;纤维直径为0.015—0.035mm。本发明所采用的玻璃纤维属非金属无机材料,化学性能稳定,与普通玻璃纤维相比,具有耐高温、寿命长、韧性好不易断,纤维间无任何化学粘接剂,受排气冲击不会吹断、吹碎,更不会吹走,不会对自然环境造成二次污染,消声性能稳定等优点,同时由于采用了塑料薄膜包装,避免了在装配过程中对人体的影响,也使得使用更为方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车消声领域,具体来说涉及一种汽车消声用材料。
背景技术
目前,汽车消声器消声通常采用以下方式:一消声器自身的机械构造消声,但这种方式加工工艺较为复杂,成本较高;二消声器壳体内包设岩棉型材,采用这种方式消声,由于长期受排气冲击,部分材料会变成粉末被吹出,排放在大气中,造成二次污染,同时,也使消声效果受到影响。中国专利公告号:CN2408240Y,公开了一种“车辆用消音器”,虽设有玻璃纤维层,但其工艺复杂,带来加工制造上的烦琐,从而也会使成本增加,给推广使用带来难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供的一种使用方便的环保型填装在汽车消声器中的袋装玻璃纤维。
本发明的填装在汽车消声器中的袋装玻璃纤维是将带有直径为0.3mm-3mm孔洞的聚丙烯或聚乙烯塑料薄膜制袋,用中间无断头的玻璃纤维盘绕后装入袋内,该玻璃纤维成品中:
各组份含量应达到(重量比)为,SiO2:57-62%;Al2O3:12-16%;TiO2:≤0.3%;B2O3:≤0.6%;MgO:0.1-4%;CaO:20-26%;K2O:≤0.3%;Na2O:≤0.3%;
临熔温度>800℃;纤维直径为0.015-0.035mm。

临熔温度>850℃;纤维直径为0.02mm。
本发明的填装在汽车消声器中的袋装玻璃纤维,其中玻璃纤维所采用的原料及配比如下(重量份):
粉石英:3-5kg;叶腊石:65-75kg;硼钙石:12-17kg;硼镁石:6-8kg;石灰石:28-33kg;芒硝:0.4-0.6kg;萤石:0.8-1.2kg。
其制造方法为玻璃纤维常用制造方法。
本发明的填装在汽车消声器中的袋装玻璃纤维既可填充在消声器壳体内任何地方也可包在多孔消声钢管外,发动机排气温度使得在消声器壳体内的塑料薄膜自然熔化,玻璃纤维受排气冲击,自动膨松充满腔体,起到消声过滤作用。
本发明所采用的玻璃纤维属非金属无机材料,化学性能稳定,与普通玻璃纤维相比,具有耐高温、寿命长、韧性好不易断,纤维间无任何化学粘接剂,受排气冲击不会吹断、吹碎,更不会吹走,不会对自然环境造成二次污染,消声性能稳定等优点;同时由于采用了塑料薄膜包装,避免了在装配过程中对人体的影响,也使得使用更为方便。
具体实施方式
取粉石英:4kg;叶腊石:70kg;硼钙石:15kg;硼镁石:7kg;石灰石:30kg;芒硝:0.5kg;萤石:1.09kg,按玻璃纤维常用制造方法制造,得约100kg玻璃纤维,将带有直径为0.8mm孔洞的聚丙烯塑料薄膜制袋,然后将中间无断头盘绕的玻璃纤维装入其中。
经中国科学院地球化学研究所资源环境测试分析中心检测该玻璃纤维成品中,各组份含量(重量比)为,SiO2:57.37%;Al2O3:14.96%;TiO2:0.22%;B2O3:0.32%;MgO:0.21%;CaO:25.83%;K2O:0.25%;Na2O:0.25%;临熔温度>850℃;纤维直径为0.02mm。

1、一种填装在汽车消声器中的袋装玻璃纤维,其包括:由带有孔洞的聚丙烯或聚乙烯塑料薄膜制成的袋,和装入该袋中且盘绕的中间无断头的玻璃纤维,装入该袋中的玻璃纤维的各组份重量比为:SiO2:57-62%;Al2O3:12-16%;TiO2:≤0.3%;B2O3:≤0.6%;MgO:0.1-4%;CaO:20-26%;K2O:≤0.3%;Na2O:≤0.3%;临熔温度>800℃;纤维直径为0.015-0.035mm。
