本发明涉及一种合金,特别是用于眼镜架、装饰品和其它戴在身上或装在服装上和触及身体的金属件。
技术背景
由DE 4131426 A1已知一类这样的合金。但在此公开件中已知的合金的缺点是在焊接后,例如眼镜架焊接后,失去其硬度,并不再具有用于眼镜日常使用的最佳硬度。从DE 19624732 A1中还已知一类合金,其缺点是具有有限的可变形性。如果该合金超过一定百分率的变形,则该合金断裂,特别是对于眼镜,就限制了其可使用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种合金,其在焊接后能保持其所需硬度,并比至今已知的合金有更好的可变形性。
本发明的目的是通过有下列组成的合金来达到的,该合金的组成(重量%)为:Zn 3-7%、Mn 2-5%、Al 2-6%、Fe 0.8-3%、Si 0.3-0.8%和余量为Cu。
该合金的有利的实施例为:4.5-5.0%Zn、4.5-5.0%Mn、5.0-5.5%Al、1.7-2.0%Fe。0.3-0.5%Si以及余量为Cu。
由这类合金可制造眼镜架、装饰品和用于服装的金属件。此外,由该合金还可制造中间产品或成形材料,特别是线材、带材或棒材。

在图1和2中,本发明线材曲线以E表示,而现有技术的实施例以S1和S2表示。图1中清楚表明本发明的合金与现有技术的合金相比的优点。虽然合金S1在0-70%变形范围内,其硬度高于本发明的合金E,但这种合金在大于70%变形时发生断裂。由现有技术的已知合金S2的实施例表明在整个范围内其硬度均比本发明的合金低。特别是在70-80%的变形范围内,本发明的合金的硬度明显高于合金S2的硬度。
比上述优点更为引人注目的是本发明合金在加热时所具有的优点,例如在焊接时所显示的优点。在0-350℃的温度范围内,本发明合金E的硬度明显高于现有技术已知合金S1和S2的硬度。本发明的合金在焊接之后也保持所需的硬度。

Zn                         3-7%
Mn                         2-5%
Al                         2-6%
Fe                         0.8-3%
Si                         0.3-0.8%
Cu                         余量。
2.权利要求1的合金,其特征在于,该合金有下列组成,以重量%计:
Zn                         4.5-5.0%
Mn                         4.5-5.0%
Al                         5.0-5.5%
Fe                         1.7-2.0%
Si                         0.3-0.5%
Cu                         余量。
3.权利要求1或2的合金,它是用于眼镜架、装饰品和其它戴在身上或装在服装上和触及身体的金属件。
