Description

手表带和表壳的辅助固紧装置
本发明涉及表带和表壳领域，这些表带和表壳是戴在腕上的并可以与以可拆卸方式固定在表壳如手表壳上的附件组合在一起。
在该行业中，通过将手表壳在其周边固定而安装在手表壳上的可更换的手表附件已是公知的。这些附件通常使手表表面可以看到并且可以包含那些平面的或三维的、装饰性的、彩色的等设计和装饰物。然而，已经发现附件固定在手表周边的方式不足以支承可能较大的附件并且不牢靠，因而这些附件的安装无法令人满意。
本发明的目的在于通过一种获得在表壳上的可靠的安装而解决上述问题。
本发明的目标是一种戴在腕上的表带和表壳组件和一种至少部分覆盖表壳的装饰物。
根据本发明，表带和表壳组件是戴在腕上的，表带通过其相应端与表壳的连接部相连而以可拆卸的方式固定。至少一个连接部包含至少一个容纳装饰物卡子(catch)的孔，表带的对应端伸入孔中锁定所述装饰物，从而使装饰物牢靠地固定在表壳上。
在本发明的一种构成方式中，表带包括具有固定在表壳上的两端的主体，各端包括通过中间部连接到主体的头部，为了固定表带，所述头部可以与壳体连接部内的槽相连，槽的两个凸缘与表带的中间部接触。表带的主体可以包括诸如与长度调节系统相配合的两个部件或由可延伸材料制成的单个部件。最好孔与槽相连，从而使表带的头部伸入孔中而使插入孔中的装饰物锁定，并使装饰物与孔和表带的头部对齐。
在本发明的另一构成方式中，表壳的槽在所述壳体的一侧是封闭的而在另一侧则是开口的，表带通过横向运动将头部接合入壳体槽开口侧和使中间部位于所述槽的凸缘之间而固定在表壳上。
在本发明的一个构成方式中，表带的头部是半圆形的并在孔的一个边缘上突出。可以没有孔或将孔封闭。
根据本发明，附件至少部分地覆盖戴在腕上的表壳，通过突出固定装置与表壳在一侧接触配合。固定装置在其下端的至少一侧具有至少一个凸起，通过锁定装置固定在表壳上。
在本发明的一构成方式中，附件包括两个钩件，其一横向侧面有纵向槽，固定装置可以伸入所述槽中。装饰物可以随后固定在手表壳上。
通过本发明，附件直接地、可靠地、有效地安装在表壳上，而所得物为统一的。
通过研究作为非限定性实例进行描述并由附图示出的构成方式可以更好地理解本发明，其中：

图2为图1中手表壳的侧视图；
图3为沿图1中Ⅲ-Ⅲ线的剖视图，示出表带、表壳和装饰物的组件；
图4为类似于图3的视图，示出组装后的上述组件。
如图1和2所示，表壳1包括基座2，支承圆形面3并安装有指针4。基座2包括两个安装部5，各在圆形面3的两端。而安装部5包括槽6，在其一端6a开口而在其另一端6b封闭。槽6包括部分地封闭槽6的两个凸缘7。在各安装部5的顶部有一通向槽6的孔8。作为一种变形，在各安装部5中可以包括数个孔或在安装部5的边缘上至少一个孔横向开口。
如图3所示，孔8为开口的，但作为一种变形，孔8也可以是封闭的。诸如由弹性材料制成的表带9具有一配有半圆形头部11的端部10，端部10通过中间部13与表带9的主体12相连。中间部13比头部11细。
因此，为了将表带9固定在表壳1上，表带9的端部10插入槽6的开口端6a并进入槽6中，直到顶住槽6的封闭端6b。
端部10的头部11因此装配进入槽6，而中间部13处于表壳1的安装部5的凸缘7之间。由于头部11大于凸缘7之间的容纳中间部13的间隙，表带9相对于表壳1固定。
只在图3和4中出现了一部分的装饰物14包括比装饰性的、彩色的、教育性的物品高的上部15和固定表壳1的下部16。固定部16相对于上部15向下伸出并且为适于插入孔8的形状。固定部16的截面大致为长方形的，其一侧为平的表面17，另一侧为中空的表面18，中空表面18包括类似于表壳1的槽6的圆弧形纵向槽19。
因此，在安装表带之前，装饰物14放置在表壳1上，装饰物14降低而使固定部16插入孔8中并且固定部16进入孔8中直到槽19与表壳1的安装部5的槽6对齐为止。表带9随后通过如前所述的横向运动装配入槽6。
因此，可以达到如图4所示的组件。表带9的头部11伸入孔8并形成装饰物14相对于表壳1的锁定机构。装饰物14的固定部16的下端20相对于槽9形成由表带9的头部卡持的横向凸起。
通过与装配相反的顺序将其拆解。首先，表带9通过横向滑动而拆除，随后装饰物14通过向上提起而拆除。装饰物14可以固定在各种类型的手表、娱乐表、伪装表等上。装饰物通常使表壳的表面可以看到，并且在结构的变形中，装饰物也可以长久地盖住表壳或带有铰接盖。
通过本发明，可以得到容易并可靠地固定在表壳上并易于从表壳上拆去的装饰附件。

Claims (10)

1．戴在腕上的表带和表壳组件，表带(9)通过其相应端(10)与表壳(1)的连接部相连而以可拆卸的方式固定，其特征在于，至少一个连接部包含至少一个容纳装饰物(14)的固定部(16)的孔(8)，表带的对应端(10)伸入孔中锁定所述装饰物。
2．根据权利要求1所述的组件，其特征在于，表带包括具有固定在表壳上的两端部(10)的主体(12)，各端包括通过中间部(13)连接主体的头部(11)，为了固定表带，所述头部可以插入壳体连接部内的槽(6)中，槽的两个凸缘16)与表带的中间部接触。
3．根据权利要求2所述的组件，其特征在于，孔(8)与槽(6)相通，从而使表带的头部(11)伸入槽中而锁定插入所述孔中的装饰物(14)的固定部，并且其形状与孔和表带的头部相配。
4．根据权利要求2或3所述的组件，其特征在于，表壳的槽(6)在所述壳体的一侧是封闭的而在另一侧则是开口的，表带通过横向的运动将头部(11)接合入壳体槽开口侧和中间部(13)位于所述槽的凸缘之间而固定在表壳上。
5．根据权利要求2、3或4所述的组件，其特征在于，表带的头部(11)是半圆形的并伸入孔(8)的一侧。
6．根据前述任一权利要求所述的组件，其特征在于，孔是开口的。
7．根据权利要求1至5所述的组件，其特征在于，孔是不开口的。
8．至少部分覆盖戴在腕上的表壳(1)的附件(14)，在表壳的一侧与表壳接触装配，并带有凸起固定装置，其特征在于，固定装置在其下端的至少一侧具有至少一个凸起(20)，并通过锁定装置固定在表壳上。
9．根据权利要求8所述的附件，其特征在于，附件包括两个钩件(16)，其一横向侧面带有纵向槽(19)，锁定装置可以伸入所述槽中。
10．根据权利要求8或9所述的附件，其特征在于，附件固定在表壳上。
