另外,当需要将表带从表头上拆卸下来时,仅需施力使第一锁紧件和第二锁紧件脱离连接,便可以实现表带的拆卸。
本发明实施例中的表具结构简单、组装方便,可以比较方便地将表带安装在表头上或从表头上拆下,解决了相关技术中的手表的表带难以从表头上拆卸下来的问题。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
本实施例提供了一种表具,请参考图1至图10,该表具包括表头10和安装在表头10上的表带20,表头10上设置有插接槽11,表带20上设置有连接头30,连接头30插设在插接槽11内;表头10上设置有第一锁紧件40,连接头30上设置有第二锁紧件50,第一锁紧件40与第二锁紧件50锁紧连接,以将连接头30定位在插接槽11内。
本实施例中的表具包括表头10和表带20,由于表头10上设置有插接槽11,表带20上设置有连接头30,且表头10上设置有第一锁紧件40,连接头30上设置有第二锁紧件50,这样,当连接头30插入插接槽11内后,第一锁紧件40与第二锁紧件50锁紧连接,便可以将连接头30定位在插接槽11内,进而实现表头10与表带20之间的定位连接。
另外,当需要将表带20从表头10上拆卸下来时,仅需施力使第一锁紧件40和第二锁紧件50脱离连接,便可以实现表带20的拆卸。
本实施例中的表具结构简单、组装方便,可以比较方便地将表带20安装在表头10上或从表头10上拆下,解决了相关技术中的手表的表带难以从表头上拆卸下来的问题。
在本实施例中,插接槽11为设置在表头10的侧壁上的条形槽,连接头30沿条形槽的延伸方向插入插接槽11;其中,条形槽的延伸方向上的至少一端延伸至表头10的侧壁。
优选地,条形槽的延伸方向的两端均延伸至表头10的侧壁。这样,可以使连接头30比较方便地插入插接槽11内。
在本实施例中,插接槽11的上壁面和/或下壁面上设置有沿其插设方向延伸的定位槽12,连接头30上设置有与定位槽12相配合的定位凸起。本实施例通过设置定位槽12和定位凸起,不仅可以对连接头30的插入起到导向的作用,还可以起到对连接头30进行限位,防止连接头30从插接槽11的槽口处脱出。
在本实施例中,第一锁紧件40为第一磁块,第二锁紧件50为金属块或与第一磁块磁极方向相反的第二磁块;当连接头30插入插接槽11内后,第一磁块与金属块或第二磁块吸合在一起。本实施例采用磁块的磁性,可以比较方便地实现第一锁紧件40与第二锁紧件50的锁紧连接,进而使操作人员比较方便地拆卸表带。
在本实施例中,表头10内设置有与插接槽11连通的滑槽13,第一磁块可移动地安装在滑槽13内,金属块或第二磁块设置在连接头30的插入插接槽11内的一端。这样,当连接头30插入插接槽11内时,第一磁块会在与金属块或第二磁块之间的磁性力的作用下,其一端滑出滑槽13并与金属块或第二磁块吸合。在本实施例中,滑槽13的延伸方向垂直于插接槽11的延伸方向。
在本实施例中,第二锁紧件50为与第一磁块磁极方向相反的第二磁块,表头10内设置有金属板60,滑槽13连通至金属板60。优选地,该金属板60为铜板。
本实施例通过使第二锁紧件50为与第一磁块磁极方向相反的第二磁块,并在表头10内设置金属板60,可以在连接头30未插入插接槽11内时,使第一磁块吸合在金属板60上,在连接头30插入插接槽11内时,使第一磁块在第二磁块的加大的吸合力的作用下吸合在第二磁块上。
在本实施例中,第一磁块和第二磁块均为多个,多个第一磁块和多个第二磁块一一对应地设置。本实施例通过将第一磁块和第二磁块均设置为多个,可以提高表头10和表带20之间连接强度,进而提高表头10和表带20之间的牢固程度。
在本实施例中,多个第一磁块和多个第二磁块均沿插接槽11的插设方向布置。这样设置有利于提高表头10和表带20之间的连接强度。
在本实施例中,第一磁块和第二磁块均为两个,两个第一磁块的磁极方向相反,两个第二磁块分别与对应的一个第一磁块的磁极方向相反。这样,可以比较方便地使连接头30插设到位,避免表头10上的第一个第一磁块与表带20上的第一个第二磁块之间产生吸合力,进而有利于连接头30的插入。
在本实施例中,第一磁块与金属块或第二磁块相接触的一端为球形端,金属块或第二磁块上设置有与球形端相配合的球形凹槽。这样,可以提高第一磁块和第二磁块之间的配合效果和吸合程度。
在本实施例中,第二锁紧件50包括锁紧部和设置在锁紧部的外周的限位凸缘,限位凸缘设置在锁紧部的远离第一锁紧件40的一端。
本实施例中,以手表为例,即该表具为手表,是一种利用磁性机构连接手表的表带20与手表本体(表头10的壳体)的技术方案,以解决手表免工具拆装表带的技术问题,并实现根据不同使用场合更换表带的目的,同时保证连接可靠。
在本实施例中,手表本体为塑胶材质,手表本体模内钢片(金属板60)采用金属材质并通过模内注塑的方式置于手表本体中,与之结合成为一体。两个第一磁块设置在手表本体内,且两者磁极方向相反,通过装配方式置于手表本体中,其在外磁场作用下可在手表本体中沿滑道运动,而在没有外磁场作用的情况下,其会通过自身磁力吸附在手表本体模内钢片上。
在本实施例中,手表表带为硅胶或橡胶材质,手表表带的连接头上设置有两个第二磁极,且两个第二磁极的磁极方向相反,其通过硅胶油压或模内注塑方式分别置于手表表带的连接内,并与之结合成为一体。
按照上述方案,手表本体与手表表带装配时,手表本体上设计有“C”形插槽(插接槽11与定位槽12的结合),可使手表表带的连接头从中插入,并实现表带相对拆装方向的径向固定。由于两个第一磁块的磁性相反,且分别与手表表带上的第二磁块的磁性相反,当手表表带的连接头从手表本体上的“C”形槽中插入,并运动到两个第一磁块分别与相应的第二磁块同轴的位置时,由于两个第一磁块可沿手表本体中的滑道运动,其在磁场吸力作用下,分别吸附在与其极性相反且固定不动的两个第二磁块上,即可实现表带相对拆装方向的轴向固定。
同时,为增强表带拆装的可靠性,两个第一磁块的与相应的第二磁块相配合的一端,形状设计为球形。而第二磁块的相应端设计为球形凹槽,二者接触面为球面,更有利于拆装。
由于佩戴手表时,表带的受力方向主要是沿其相对拆装方向的径向方向,在此方向上采用“C”形插槽配合固定,连接牢固可靠。而在拆卸表带时,只需沿表带插入轴向方向施力,克服两对磁极的磁场吸引力后,表带即可拆下,以实现免工具轻松装拆。
在本实施例中,钢片通过模内注塑的方式内置在手表本体的塑胶外壳中,该钢片一面与手表本体的塑胶完全结合,另一面,与手表上的两个滑槽13连通。两个第一磁块可分别放置在手表本体相应的一个滑槽13内,且由于其自身带有磁性,在没有外力作用的情况下,会自然吸附在手表本体模内的钢片上,以防止在未连接表带的情况下,第一磁块会在手表本体中晃动异响。手表本体上的滑槽13其一端如前所述与手表本体模内钢片连通,而另一端则与手表本体上的插接槽连通。
如图4至图6所示,当将手表表带的连接头30插入手表本体的连接槽内,但插入深度未能使两个第一磁块与相应的第二磁块同时同轴的情况下,由于两个第一磁块和两个第二磁块的磁极方向均相反,即如果假设手表本体上的第一个第一磁块与手表本体内的钢片接触的平头部分为N极,而另一端球头为S极的情况下,第二个第一磁块的极性则为,其与手表本体内钢片接触的平头部分为S极,而另一端球头为N极。
与之对应,将设置在手表表带上的第一个第二磁块的极性设计为:与手表表带软胶相结合的一端极性为S极,而另一端球形槽的极性为N极。同时第二个第二磁块的极性设计为,与手表表带软胶相结合的一端极性为N极,而另一端球形槽的极性为S极。
在这样的设计下,无论手表表带从手表本体表带连接C型槽的任意一端插入,均可保证第二个第一磁块与第一个第二磁块、第一个第一磁块与第二个第二磁块的磁场力相斥,以使手表本体上的两个第一磁块在连接头30未完全插入到位前,均可保持其吸附在手表本体内的钢片上的静止状态不变,不会因此锁止连接头的插入。
另一方面,当将手表表带的连接头插入手表本体的插接槽11后,由于连接头的直径大于手表本体的插接槽11的槽口的开口大小,因此手表本体可对手表表带的连接头沿插入方向径向的位移进行限位。同时,由于手表本体的槽口的存在,手表表带可以从中穿过,其沿插入方向轴向的位移则不会受到任何影响。
如图7至图10所示,当将手表表带的连接头30插入手表本体的插接槽11内后,并且插入深度达到使两个第一磁块分别与相应的第二磁块同时同轴的情况下,由于第一个第一磁块与第一个第二磁块、第二个第一磁块与第二个第二磁块之间的磁极方向相同,因此,各第一磁块的球头部分会分别与相应的第二磁块的球形凹槽部分所产生的磁场进行叠加,叠加后两块磁铁间所产生的吸引力,将大于两个第一磁块的平头端与钢片间由单个磁铁产生的吸附力。在此作用下,两个第一磁块会分别沿相应的滑槽13朝相应的第二磁块的方向移动,在其突出于插接槽11的内表面后,两个第一磁块的球头端会分别吸附在相应的第二磁块的球形凹槽中,完成对表带沿其插入方向的轴向固定。再加上手表本体上的定位槽12对连接头30的径向定位,手表表带相对手表本体的位移被完全限制,即完成了手表表带相对手表本体的连接与固定。
如图10所示,拆卸表带时,用户只需捏住手表表带,沿表带插入方向的轴向施力F。该作用力经过两个第二磁块的球形凹槽,分别传递到相应的第一磁块的球头端。由于二者的接触点位于球面上,在这个点对两个第一磁块进行受力分解,将沿手表本体上的两个滑槽13分别产生一个分力F’。同时,两个第一磁块,相对手表本体内的钢片还存在一个磁性吸力f’。
当F’与f’的合力大小足以克服第一磁块与相应的第二磁块之间的磁性吸引力f后,两个第一磁块会分别沿滑槽13朝远离相应的第二磁块的方向移动,最终重新吸附在手表本体内的钢片上,其对手表表带沿插入方向的轴向位移不再具有限位作用。因此,手表表带可沿手表本体上的插接槽11作轴向移动,直到脱出插接槽11对连接头30的径向定位范围后,手表表带被完全拆下,整个过程无需另外使用工具即可完成拆装。
若将上述技术方案中所包含的两对磁极改为一对,仍可实现类似的技术效果,只是一对磁极对表带沿插入方向轴向的定位,不如两对磁极可靠。
另外,若将上述技术方案中所包含的手表表带改为挂绳,则可将手表改为挂表或怀表。
本实施例中的表具结构简单,可靠性高,可以实现手表表带相对手表本体的免工具快速拆装,可以使表带兼具连接可靠与拆卸方便的优点,以该表具作为连接耳不需手表本体设计连接耳,不受造型限制,使用范围广泛。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明实施例中的表具结构简单、组装方便,可以比较方便地将表带安装在表头上或从表头上拆下,解决了相关技术中的手表的表带难以从表头上拆卸下来的问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种表具,包括表头(10)和安装在所述表头(10)上的表带(20),
    所述表头(10)上设置有插接槽(11),所述表带(20)上设置有连接头(30),所述连接头(30)插设在所述插接槽(11)内;
    所述表头(10)上设置有第一锁紧件(40),所述连接头(30)上设置有第二锁紧件(50),所述第一锁紧件(40)与所述第二锁紧件(50)锁紧连接,以将所述连接头(30)定位在所述插接槽(11)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的表具,其中,所述插接槽(11)为设置在所述表头(10)的侧壁上的条形槽,所述连接头(30)沿所述条形槽的延伸方向插入所述插接槽(11);其中,所述条形槽的延伸方向上的至少一端延伸至所述表头(10)的侧壁。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的表具,其中,所述插接槽(11)的上壁面和/或下壁面上设置有沿其插设方向延伸的定位槽(12),所述连接头(30)上设置有与所述定位槽(12)相配合的定位凸起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的表具,其中,所述第一锁紧件(40)为第一磁块,所述第二锁紧件(50)为金属块或与所述第一磁块磁极方向相反的第二磁块;当所述连接头(30)插入所述插接槽(11)内后,所述第一磁块与所述金属块或所述第二磁块吸合在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的表具,其中,所述表头(10)内设置有与所述插接槽(11)连通的滑槽(13),所述第一磁块可移动地安装在所述滑槽(13)内,所述金属块或所述第二磁块设置在所述连接头(30)的插入所述插接槽(11)内的一端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的表具,其中,所述第二锁紧件(50)为与所述第一磁块磁极方向相反的第二磁块,所述表头(10)内设置有金属板(60),所述滑槽(13)连通至所述金属板(60)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的表具,其中,所述第一磁块和所述第二磁块均为多个,多个所述第一磁块和多个所述第二磁块一一对应地设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的表具,其中,多个所述第一磁块和多个所述第二磁块均沿所述插接槽(11)的插设方向布置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的表具,其中,所述第一磁块和所述第二磁块均为两个,两个所述第一磁块的磁极方向相反,两个所述第二磁块分别与对应的一个所述第一磁块的磁极方向相反。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的表具,其中,所述第一磁块与所述金属块或所述第二磁块相接触的一端为球形端,所述金属块或所述第二磁块上设置有与所述球形端相配合的球形凹槽。
