电气中断设备,特别是电路断路器和/或接触器,必须能够和监控器和/或控制设备进行通信。图1至3示出在现有电路断路器中的各种通信。
根据图1,电路断路器1包括电子类型的跳闸设备2。该跳闸设备2包括通信输出端,使数据能够经单向串联链路3传输到外部指示模块4。例如,跳闸设备2可以传输表示跳闸设备设定、测量的电流值、某些门限的过调量、或跳闸的原因的数据。对模块4来说,它可以连接到通信总线5。例如,这种跳闸设备可以是由申请者销售的,商标为STR53UE,与商标为COMPACTNS的电路断路器结合,以便与商标为DIALPACT的模块通信,该模块可以经BatiBUS型或JBUS型总线与监控器通信。

本发明的目的是实现一种设备,该设备能够直接连接到通信总线。就电路断路器来说,该连接必须不依赖于所用的跳闸设备的类型。
为了实现该目的,通信模块电连接到辅助触头,布置在该设备的内部的所述位置之一。所述的模块在辅助触头和总线之间构成通信接口。
通信模块连接到辅助触头,这可应用于标准类型的任何设备、电路断路器或接触器。就电路断路器来说,可以配有热磁跳闸设备或电子跳闸设备。另外,包含通信模块的辅助触头的位置的使用,使通过总线的通信可以不用外部模块而集成在任何中断设备中。通信模块位于电路断路器的内部,辅助触头和该模块之间的布线在工厂里执行,这使得在安装该设备时,由配电盘装配工执行的布线最大程度地减少。
根据本发明的改进,中断设备包括设备的打开和关闭控制继电器,模块电连接到所述的继电器,以便使能够用总线实现设备的遥控。
然后,通信模块使得通过通信总线能够提供指示信息,和接收遥控命令。
根据本发明的改进,通信模块包括逻辑电路,结合到用于至少存储一个可以由总线更改的参数的装置。所述的逻辑电路从辅助触头接收代表中断设备的状态的信息和从总线接收遥控命令,根据遥控命令、设备的状态和所述的参数,将控制命令提供给打开和关闭继电器。
根据特定实施例,所述参数之一可以在响应于电气故障而打开设备后防止用遥控关闭设备,或者,可以许可设备的自动复位,或者,许可从本地控制器或连接到总线的指示模块进行设备的遥控。

在图4的特定实施例中,根据本发明的中断设备是电路断路器1,连到跳闸设备2。跳闸设备可以是热磁跳闸设备或电跳闸设备。电路断路器1包括三个辅助触头9,例如图5所示的类型,还另外包括通信模块10。后者被置于通常给另外的辅助触头提供的位置。通信模块10的形状和大小使它可以毫无困难地被放在这样的位置。它最好和辅助触头9具有一样的外观,因而构成通信辅助触头。在优选实施例中,它具有和辅助触头(图5)一样的底和限制设备11,但略高(图4)。
如图4所示,通信模块10包括一处理板,一端电连接到通信总线5,另一端至少电连接到辅助触头9。图4的实施例构成基本的模块,使该装置(O/F,SD,SDE)的状态能够用总线5指示。在辅助触头9和通信模块10之间的所有导线都在该装置的内部,由配电盘装配工执行的布线被减少到最小。
图6更详细地说明了在电路断路器内的通信模块10的布置。在图6的特定实施例中,模块10能够用总线5指示和遥控。图6是配有遥控单元13的电路断路器1的前板的顶试图的截面。在遥控单元13中,只有对于理解不可缺少的连接接口14被表示,遥控单元13为已知类型。辅助触头9和模块10每个都安排在为辅助触头提供的位置15。传统上,当遥控单元13装配在电路断路器1上时,遥控单元13包括对着辅助触头的位置15的、为容易连接而安排的凹口16。这使得即使通信模块10略高于传统的辅助触头,也可以毫无困难地用通信模块10替代辅助触头之一。
如图4中所示,模块10的处理板12电连接到每个辅助触头9和总线5。另外,它电连接到遥控单元13的连接接口14。连接接口14通常有为电路断路器的打开和/或关闭继电器的电源(例如220V AC)设计的电源输入端17,连接接口14由遥控单元连接到电路断路器。
根据图6的模块10的接线图更详细地在图7中表示。模块10在处理板12上包括一逻辑电路。该逻辑电路最好由微处理器18形成。微处理器18由接口19或总线5连接。接口19可以以软件形式完成,集成在微处理器18中。该微处理器18也连接到辅助触头,其中三个(O/F,SD,SDE)在图7中表示。因而它可以传输这些触头的状态到总线5。该微处理器18也连接到电路断路器的打开继电器21和关闭继电器22的遥控电路20。在该实施例中,四条导线将微处理器18连接到遥控电路。这些导线分别设计成用于传输模块10的打开命令(O)、关闭命令(F)或复位命令(R)给遥控电路,或用于由模块10读取触头的位置(A/M),所述的触头位于遥控电路的前板上,和用于定义遥控的自动或手动模式。
模块10还包括存储器23,最好是EEPROM型的,与微处理器18连接。该存储器特别设计成存储模块10的地址和遥控的运行模式。在一个优选实施例中,当模块10通电时,遥控寻址处理是由监控器24通过总线5来自动执行的。如果没有地址存储在EEPROM23中,或者如果EEPROM23必须被更改,监控器24将地址赋予模块10。
有时,人们希望由本地控制器和指示模块25来完成上述装置。该模块设计成布置在开关柜的前表面上,电路断路器1位于其中。它在通信模块10的同样地址,被直接连接到总线5。模块10的参数可以由监控器24设定,以便以遥控模式或本地模式来运行,在遥控模式中模块10仅由监控器控制,在本地模式中,也可以由本地模块25来控制电路断路器。在优选实施例中,本地模式被缺省设置,但是它可以由监控器锁定,监控器适当地设定了模块10的参数,对应的参数存储在EEPROM23中。
在图6和图7的实施例中,模块10既执行指示功能,又执行遥控功能,该模块可以联系这两种功能。例如,如果在打开或关闭命令已经被送出后,下面的指示状态不对应给定的命令,则模块可以将说明遥控失败的报警信号送给总线5。甚至,模块的参数可以由监控器设定,以便在跳过由辅助触头SDE指示的电故障后防止或认可复位。在跳过由辅助触头SD指示的故障的情况下,该模块参数也可以设置成使或者不使遥控复位或自动复位。
在优选实施例中,模块10连续执行对连接到其上的辅助触头的状态的读取,将结果和它们以前的状态进行比较。如果该状态已经被更改,和在监控器的请求的情况下,模块经总线5传输该信息到监控器。

Claims (7)

1.一种电气中断设备,包括多个用于辅助触头的位置(15),其状态代表了所述的设备的状态,至少一个辅助触头(9)位于所述的位置之一,并且一个通信模块(10)设计成连接到通信总线(5),该设备的特征在于:
