本发明涉及花盆,是一种制作花盆的材料。本发明制作花盆的材料组份及含量是:氯化液30—60%,氧化镁15—45%,滑石粉5—15%,玻璃纤维5—15%,木渣5—15%,颜料0.1—2%。采用本发明的材料制作花盆,可使花盆具有透气性好、表面光洁度高、美观大方及造价低的优点,并可以将花盆做成各种颜色,使花盆的色泽及感观均达到较好水平。

一种制作花盆的材料
本发明涉及花盆,是一种制作花盆的材料。
随着人们生活水平的提高,花卉走进了千家万户,特别是人们喜欢用花卉装饰室内。因此,人们对花盆的选择就显得比较挑剔。现在,市场上的花盆,一般是泥土盆、塑料盆及陶瓷盆。它们均存在某些不足:泥土盆的透气性好,极易花卉生长,但其光洁度差、色泽单一,不适用放置在室内;陶瓷盆的光洁度虽好,外观较美,但其透气性差,许多花卉不适于在陶瓷盆中生长,而且陶瓷盆的价格也比较高;塑料花盆的透气性也差,并易缓慢散发有害物质。
本发明的目的是,提供一种制作花盆的材料,采用本发明的材料制作花盆,可使花盆具有透气性好、表面光洁度高、美观大方及造价低的优点,并可以将花盆做成各种颜色,使花盆的色泽及感观均达到较好水平。
本发明制作花盆的材料组份及含量(本发明所述的含量均为重量百分比)是:
氯化液30-60%,氧化镁15-45%,滑石粉5-15%,玻璃纤维5-15%,木渣5-15%,颜料0.1-2%。
本发明制作花盆的材料较好的组份及含量是:氯化液45-55%,氧化镁20-40%,滑石粉8-12%,玻璃纤维8-12%,木渣8-12%,颜料0.5-1.2%。
本发明制作花盆的材料组份及含量是:氯化液50%,氧化镁25%,滑石粉8%,玻璃纤维8%,木渣8%,颜料1%。
本发明组份中的玻璃纤维在花盆的口径小于18公分以下时,可以不使用。本发明所述的氯化液可以是氯化镁液,其氯化镁的含量达45%以上,勾兑时,按100公斤氯化镁添加40-50公斤水的比例配制。氯化钠的含量低于2%。本发明所述的氧化镁也可用轻烧镁替代,以增强本发明材料的硬胶性,滑石粉也可用轻钙粉等物替代,以提高产品的光洁度。玻璃纤维的主要作用,在于增加本发明材料的强度,特别是口径较大的花盆,当制作口径较小的花盆时,可以不采用玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维也可用布渣或丝渣替代。本发明添加的木渣主要作用在于保证花盆透气性,以适应花卉植物的生长需要。
采用本发明的材料制作花盆,其方法为:按本发明所述比例先将氯化液浓度控制在28%左右为宜,再将氧化镁、滑石粉、木渣、玻璃纤维倒入氯化液中搅拌均匀,再加入颜料,搅拌均匀后浇入模具内,在18°以上12-16小时脱模即可。
由于本发明的材料,选料及配比合理,因此用于制作花盆时,可使花盆具有透气性好、表面光洁度高、美观大方及造价低的优点。可以将花盆做成各种颜色,使花盆达到了色泽及感观均为较高水平。
本发明实施例如下:
1、氯化液45%,氧化镁30%,滑石粉8%,玻璃纤维8%,木渣8%,颜料1%。
2、氯化液50%,氧化镁25%,滑石粉8%,玻璃纤维8%,木渣8%,颜料1%。
3、氯化液55%,氧化镁22.5%,滑石粉7%,玻璃纤维6%,木渣9%,颜料0.5%。
4、氯化液30%,氧化镁30%,滑石粉12%,玻璃纤维12%,木渣15%,颜料1%。
5、氯化液35%,氧化镁40%,滑石粉14.5%,木渣10%,颜料0.5%。
6、氯化液50%,氧化镁30%,滑石粉10%,木渣9.8%,颜料0.2%。

1、一种制作花盆的材料,其特征在于:其组份及含量是:氯化液30-60%,氧化镁15-45%,滑石粉5-15%,玻璃纤维5-15%,木渣5-15%,颜料0.1-2%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种制作花盆的材料,其特征在于:其组份及含量是:氯化液45-55%,氧化镁20-40%,滑石粉8-12%,玻璃纤维8-12%,木渣8-12%,颜料0.5-1.2%。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种制作花盆的材料,其特征在于:其组份及含量是:氯化液50%,氧化镁25%,滑石粉8%,玻璃纤维8%,木渣8%,颜料1%。
