Abstract

一种特种高强度水泥,它包括水淬矿渣和灰渣组分(A)、激发剂组分(B)和无机氧化物缓凝剂组分(C)。组分(A)包括高炉水淬矿渣和含碳量< 10%的粉煤灰和炉渣,水渣碱性参数Mo≥1.0、活性参数Ma≥0.3、质量参数Mk>1.65,TiO2< 4%和Fe2O3< 3%。组分(B)主要成分Na2SiO2,模数M调为1-1.5。组成的百分率分别为:组分(A)90%以上、组分(B)7-8%、组分(C)1-3%。本发明早强、高强、高抗渗、高抗冻、抗腐蚀和高耐久,它适用于防水工程、军事工程和修补工程。

Description

特种高强度水泥
本发明涉及一种建筑结构型材料,尤其是一种特种高强度水泥。
长期以来,建筑使用的水泥为第二族元素化合物的胶凝材料,这种普通硅酸盐水泥石中存在高碱性水化物,即游离氧化钙,安全性差,易龟裂,凝结时间长,施工周期长且标号低。而现用于防水的材料大部分为有机防水材料,它们易老化、耐久性能差,因而抗渗性能差。
本发明目的在于提供一种早强、高强、高抗渗、高抗冻、抗腐蚀、高耐久性,广泛节约能源、充分利用废料的特种高强度水泥。
本发明包括水淬矿渣和灰渣组分(A)、激发剂组分(B)和无机氧化剂缓凝剂组分(C)。组分(A)包括水淬矿渣和粉煤灰、炉渣,水渣根据化学成分含量,三个参数及值域为:

组分(A)中的粉煤灰的含C量<10%,其余水淬矿渣TiO2和Fe2O3<3%。组分(B)的主要成分为激发剂Na2SiO2,调整Na2SiO2的模数为M=1~1.5。组分(c)用无机氧化物作缓凝剂,常用量1~3%,根据含量可以调整凝结时间。各组分的百分率如下:
组分(A)为90%以上;
组分(B)为7~8%;
组分(c)为1~3%。
以下用实施例详细说明本发明。
本发明包括水淬矿渣和灰渣组分(A)、激发剂组分(B)和无机氧化物缓凝剂组分(c)。组分(A)包括高炉水淬矿渣和粉煤灰、炉渣,水渣根据化学成份含量,三个参数及值域为:碱性参数Mo≥1.0;活性参数Ma≥0.3;质量参数Mk>1.65,组分(A)中的粉煤灰的含C量<10%,其余水淬矿渣Fe2O3<3%、TiO2<4%。组分(B)主要成份为激发剂Na2SiO2。组分(A)的高炉水淬矿渣内潜有活性物质,在激发剂Na2SiO2的激发作用下,矿渣分子解体,其共价健和离子健断裂,化学分子重新组合,形成石榴石、方沸石、钠沸石之类的人造石头,结构十分致密,孔隙率低,与集料粘结牢固。本发明组分(c)为无机氧化物的缓凝剂,根据质量要求调整模数,且根据组分(c)的掺量可控制初凝时间。
本发明采用高效复合激发剂激发矿渣中活性物质,化学分子重新组合形成石溜石、方沸石、纳沸石之类的人造石头,结构致密、孔隙率低、高强度、高抗渗。试验表明:一天强度可达30-70MPa,二十八天可达90~110MPa;抗渗试验在4MPa、恒压6小时条件下,渗水深度1~5mm之间;抗冻性能800-1000次循环;水化热140焦/克;耐磨性0.37kg/m2;与钢筋粘结力3.9-6.2MPa;混凝土弹性模量(3.18~4.01)×104MPa;混凝土化学腐蚀在10% MgSO4溶液中浸泡30天强度还有所增加;混凝土抗折强度4-8MPa;混凝土吸水率4.56~2.20%。综上所述,本发明是一种早强、高强、高抗渗、高抗冻、抗腐蚀、高耐久性,且成本低的水泥,适用于防水工程,公路修补及特殊工程、地下渗水和海底隧道工程、军事工程、固化有毒物质等项目。

Claims (2)

1、一种特种高强度水泥,它包括水淬矿渣和灰渣组分(A)、激发剂组分(B)和缓凝剂组分(c),其特征在于:
(1)组分(A)包括水淬矿渣和粉煤灰、炉渣,水渣根据化学成分含量,三个参数及值域为:

(2)组分(B)的主要成分为激发剂Na2SiO2,调整组合(B)Na2SiO2的模数为M=1~1.5;
(3)组分(c)用无机氧化物作缓凝剂,无机氧化剂的常用量为1~3%,掺量可以调整凝结时间;
(4)各组分的百分率如下:
组分(A)为90%以上;
组分(B)为7~8%;
组分(c)为1~3%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的特种高强度水泥的组分(A)中,粉煤灰的含C量<10%,其余水淬矿渣TiO2<4%,Fe2O3<3%。
