固体在炉膛底部的流化效率随炉床的形状、即构成炉床与炉膛上部之间连接部的屏壁的结构而变化。
在已知的炉膛底部的分布中,炉床的形状基本为长方形、正方形或圆形。
人们很清楚实施循环流化床式锅炉炉膛的炉床所受到的限制,尤其知道炉床的尺寸必须考虑存在的次级气流耗散长度的最大值。此外,对于吊式炉膛,炉床的周长必须足以支承它,对于落地式炉膛,必须足以重复载荷。最后,在所有情况下,炉床都应通过平面与炉膛的上部连接。
循环流化床式设备的功率的提高导致在炉床外周长上要进行的接头的增加,尤其是对于喷射额外的次级空气、返回来自旋风炉的固体的设备。这些辅助接头在目前的长方形炉床上很难实现,尤其是因为缺少位置。
因此本发明的目的在于提出一种用于流化床式锅炉的炉膛,它有一个形状改进的炉床,能增加在其周长上可进行的接头数量,同时考虑上面指出的实施限制。
为此,本发明的主题为一种循环流化床式锅炉的炉膛,它包括一个由一组管子构成的炉床,其特征在于,该炉床由一组尺寸较小、每一个都基本呈长方形的炉床元件构成,这些炉床元件并列放置,使得炉膛的炉床成为单一部件,并且具有一个周长由四条以上的边确定的表面部分。

图1中,循环流化床式锅炉的炉膛上部1在为长方形截面。为了炉膛的正常运行,炉膛的垂直面2或倾斜面3必须很长,以重新导入来自旋风炉和外炉床的固体,外炉床的数量随循环流化床的功率而增加。
该炉膛包括一个由一组管子5构成的炉床4,管子与流体输入和输出总管6连接。炉床4由一组尺寸较小、每一个都基本呈长方形的炉床元件4A、4B、4C组成。这些较小的炉床4A、4B、4C边对边地并排放置,并构成单一部件的炉床4。这里,炉床表面部分的周长由十二条边限定,与面积相当、但为四条边的长方形的炉床比较,可增加在炉床周长上实现的接头数。
这种形状的炉床用管子实现是没有问题的。
图2示出图1炉膛的一部分。垂直屏壁2和倾斜屏壁3用一组彼此由翼片焊接在一起的管子5实现,以形成密封壁。屏壁由总管6供给。在炉膛的下部,管子5与总管6连接,并弯曲形成密封的风箱,可给炉膛供应初级气体,并形成炉膛的H形炉床4。
炉床4和长方形炉膛的上部之间的接头仍用管子5实现,管子之间的组装间隙稍大。炉膛内的管面用一层耐火混凝土7保护。
图3,根据另一种实施方式,炉膛的炉床4由一组基本长方形的炉床元件4’A、4’B、4’C、4’D、4’E组成。炉床元件4’A至4’E边对边地并列排列,以构成炉床4。在此,炉床4的表面部分为十字形,其周长仍由十二条边确定。
