Abstract

本发明公开了一种双燃料发动机燃油喷射量数字控制方法及执行装置,它是根据发动机工作状况及油门指令,ECU电子控制单元向步进电机发出指令,步进电机根据指令转动一定角度,并带动丝套组件产生位移,推动喷油泵齿杆,控制柴油喷射量;同时,与步进电机相连接的电位计检测到步进电机的旋转角度,反馈给ECU电子控制单元,经计算后再将指令传送给步进电机。本发明可根据需要控制柴油喷射量,而且控制精度高,并可直接实现数字控制。

双燃料发动机燃油喷射量数字控制方法及执行装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发动机燃油喷射量控制方法及装置、特别涉及的是一种用于柴油-天然气双燃料发动机中柴油喷射量的数字式控制方法及执行装置。
背景技术
目前国内外柴油-天然气双燃料发动机的柴油量控制大都采用以下三种型式:
1、通过机械机构限制柴油喷油泵油门位置对柴油喷射量进行控制;
2、通过在柴油机喷油泵上安装两位电磁铁推动油泵齿杆对柴油喷射量进行控制;
3、通过在柴油机喷油泵上安装DC线性马达控制齿杆位移。
上述第1、2种型式仅能对柴油喷射量进行某一量值的限量,而不可根据载荷变化对喷油量进行调节。
第3种方式虽能够对喷油量进行调节,但由于采用的是DC线性马达,控制精度较差,不能实现直接的数字控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种可根据需要控制柴油喷射量,而且控制精度高,并可直接实现数字控制的双燃料发动机燃油喷射量数字式控制方法及执行装置。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:它是通过ECU电子控制单元(1)控制执行装置中的步进电机(3),进而控制喷油泵齿杆(11)产生位移来控制发动机的喷油量,根据发动机工作状况及油门指令,ECU电子控制单元(1)向步进电机(3)发出指令,步进电机(3)根据指令转动一定角度,并带动丝套组件(5)产生位移,推动喷油泵齿杆(11),控制柴油喷射量;同时,与步进电机(3)相连接的电位计(4)检测到步进电机(3)的旋转角度,反馈给ECU电子控制单元(1),经计算后再将指令传送给步进电机(3)。
其执行装置由ECU电子控制单元(1),壳体(2),步进电机(3),电位计(4),丝套组件(5),柔性联轴器(6),导向键(9)组成,步进电机(3)、电位计(4)分别装在壳体(2)内,并通过导线与ECU电子控制单元(1)连接,柔性联轴器(6)连接电位计(4)的右端轴及步进电机(3)的左端轴,步进电机(3)的右端轴与丝杆(7)紧配合连接,丝套组件(5)通过丝套(8)与丝杆(7)啮合,在丝套组件(5)外有一导向键(9),丝套组件(5)的右端与喷油泵(10)的齿杆(11)接触。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本装置的核心部件采用步进电机,可实现直接的数字控制;
2、由于控制执行装置的直线位移是通过丝杆丝套装置由旋转位移来转换的,其位置控制精度较高,推力大;
3、当该装置运动到期望值,步进电机失电后,该装置具有位置记忆功能,因此,功率消耗较低;
4、采用多圈线绕电位计对步进电机的工作状态进行检测,提高了控制精度,并可对控制机构的运动动态过程进行监控;
5、该装置应用于柴油-天然气双燃料电控喷射系统后,由于可以对柴油量进行精确控制,并且可以根据发动机的工作状态对柴油喷射量进行调节,从而提高了发动机的控制精度和天然气对柴油的替换率。

具体实施方式
本发明的实施例:将步进电机(3)、电位计(4)分别装在壳体(2)内,并通过导线与ECU电子控制单元(1)连接,柔性联轴器(6)连接电位计(4)的右端轴及步进电机(3)的左端轴,步进电机(3)的右端轴与丝杆(7)紧配合连接,丝套组件(5)通过丝套(8)与丝杆(7)啮合,在丝套组件(5)外有一导向键(9),丝套组件(5)的右端与喷油泵(10)的齿杆(11)接触。工作时,当ECU电子控制单元给步进电机一定指令时,步进电机带动丝杆转动一定角度,丝杆驱动丝套组件转动,但由于导向键的限制及导向作用,使丝套组件无法转动而只能轴向移动,从而推动喷油泵的齿杆,与此同时,与步进电机相连的电位计检测到步进电机的旋转角度,对输出位置进行数据反馈,经ECU电子控制单元计算又将修正后的指令传送给步进电机,进而达到精确控制喷油泵的出油量目的。

1、一种双燃料发动机燃油喷射量数字控制方法,它是通过ECU电子控制单元控制执行装置中的步进电机,进而控制喷油泵齿杆产生位移来控制发动机的喷油量,其特征在于:根据发动机工作状况及油门指令,ECU电子控制单元向步进电机发出指令,步进电机根据指令转动一定角度,并带动丝套组件产生位移,推动喷油泵齿杆,控制柴油喷射量;同时,与步进电机相连接的电位计检测到步进电机的旋转角度,反馈给ECU电子控制单元,经计算后再将指令传送给步进电机。
2、一种双燃料发动机燃油喷射量数字控制执行装置,它由ECU电子控制单元(1),壳体(2),步进电机(3),电位计(4),丝套组件(5),柔性联轴器(6),导向键(9)组成,其特征在于:步进电机(3)、电位计(4)分别装在壳体(2)内,并通过导线与ECU电子控制单元(1)连接,柔性联轴器(6)连接电位计(4)的右端轴及步进电机(3)的左端轴,步进电机(3)的右端轴与丝杆(7)紧配合连接,丝套组件(5)通过丝套(8)与丝杆(7)啮合,在丝套组件(5)外有一导向键(9),丝套组件(5)的右端与喷油泵(10)的齿杆(11)接触。
