Abstract

Description

手巾分发容器的封口装置
本发明申请涉及手巾分发容器的一种封口装置，该容器用于容纳浸渍了清洁剂的手巾，这些手巾以能够被一片一片地取出来的方式折叠着放置在容器内。
用于例如浸湿的手巾一类层状物品的封口装置在本领域中已是公知的，这类封口装置包括两个部分或者部件，其中一个部分为一个盖子，盖子通过开槽安装在容器的开口上，并且能够与容器的开口分开以便将层状物品放入。盖子上开有一个较宽的开口，用于取出层状物品。另一部分是一个升/降盖板，它与盖子构成一体，用于封闭所述的开口，从而使容器内的物品与外界隔离，并且可以被打开，以便取出层状物品。
这些已知的装置存在一些不足之处。某些实施例中的手巾取出孔相对于折叠着放置在容器中的手巾的尺寸而言太窄了。因而在容器内只剩下很少的手巾时，使得使用者的手难以或者不可能伸到容器的底部并方便地将手巾取出。
这类封口装置的另一些公知实施例具有一个很宽的开口，其缺点是，取出一片手巾时会将下一片手巾与之一同抽出。另一个缺点是，开口越大，容器内的物品与外部环境接触并且被污染的可能性越大。
这些封口装置的已知实施例的另一个普遍问题是，盖子和升/降盖板构成一个单件式的模制主体，同时它们还通过一个由本身材料构成的柔性带状物彼此相连，而带状物则起着铰接件的作用。这种实施例需要有一个复杂的模具来制作这种装置的两件式元件。并且，构成所述两个部件之间的柔性带的铰接件的不足之处在于，当封口部件处于完全开启状态时，使得所述的封口部件不能稳定地定位。
为了克服上述缺点，设计出了根据本发明的用于手巾容器的封口装置。
该装置的实质性特征在于，盖子的开口具有足够宽的轮廓，便于手伸入到容器中，同时构成轮廓的边缘被倒圆了，从而在使用者将手通过开口伸入到容器中时，边缘不会将手刮伤。
盖子和盖板最初是两个独立的部件，它们通过一个铰接件铰接在一起，而铰接件带有一个将盖板稳定在开启位置的端挡。
盖子的开口位于一个平的下凹部分中，下凹部分的周围有一圈环边，环边构成一个围绕着下凹部分的通道，而盖板周围则有一唇边，当把盖板向下盖到盖子上时，唇边嵌入到所述的通道中。
在位于盖子的下凹部分中的通道内有一些齿状物，当处于关闭位置时，盖板部件的唇边在压力的作用下被固定在这些齿状物上。
从盖板部件的前部伸出一用于抓握的舌片，而在盖子的一个与所述舌片位置互补的位置上设置有一个凹口，目的是为了便于抓握住所述的舌片。
为了更好地理解本说明书中所描述的内容，本文采用了一些附图，仅仅以举例的方式展示了手巾分发容器的封口装置的一个实施例。附图中：

在附图中，该装置包括两个主体1和2，这两个部分最初是分开的，在组装时，它们则通过一个铰接件3连接在一起。
主体1有一外唇边4，用于将主体1作为一个盖子装配到容器5的开口上。主体1的一个较大部分是一个平的下凹部分6，在下凹部分6的中部有一个宽的开口7，整个开口7由被倒圆的边缘8围绕着，以便当使用者为了取到容器5内剩下的最后一条手巾9而将手通过开口伸到容器中时，避免刮伤使用者的手。
开口7足够宽，以允许手能经它出入，但比折叠着的手巾9要小，以便在取出一片与紧接其后的手巾之形折叠在一起的手巾时，第二片手巾不会被拖曳出来，两片手巾在这一时刻会分开。并且，如果在保证手能够伸入的条件下使开口的宽度尽可能小，则能够使容器5内的手巾9得到更多的保护，避免可能的污染。
下凹部分6(图2)具有一条伸出的环边10，其外形与开口本身的外形相似，且形成一条通道11，当盖板或部件2盖在部件1或盖子1上时，盖板或部件2的唇边12嵌入在通道11中。
盖板或部件2上有一个便于开、关用的前部舌片13。为了与该舌片相适应，盖子1上有一个凹口14，以便于在盖板或部件2处于关闭状态时抓握该舌片。此外，盖子1上有一对爪形物15，当盖板或部件2处于关闭状态时，其唇边12的前部在压力的作用下压靠在这对爪形物15上，以便保持关闭状态的稳定。
将部件1、2彼此铰接在一起的铰接件3可使部件2方便地旋转。它还具有一个抵在一个端挡16上的凸出部件，用于使部件2保持开启状态的稳定。
总之，上面描述的封口装置便于一片接一片地取出容器中的手巾。同时，它还能防止手巾受污染，并使最后一片手巾能够被很容易地取出。并且，盖板2上还带有将其稳定在直立的位置上、从而不妨碍取出手巾的部件。该装置还具有使盖板保持关闭状态稳定的部件。
用于制造所述装置的各个部件的材料、所述装置的形状和尺寸以及可能用到的所有附件，只要不影响所述装置的本质，则都与本发明的目的无关。

Claims (6)

1、手巾分发容器的封口装置，包括两个部分，其中一个部分为一个盖子(1)，所述的盖子通过开槽安装在容器(5)的开口上，并且能够与容器(5)的开口分开以便将手巾(9)放入，这个盖子(1)上具有一个较宽的开口(7)，用于取出手巾(9)，另一个部分是一个升/降盖板(2)，它与所述的盖子(1)一起，用于封闭所述的开口(7)，以便使容器内的物品与外界隔离，并且可以被打开，以便能够取出手巾(9)，其特征在于，盖子(1)的开口(7)具有足够宽的轮廓(8)，使得手能够伸入到容器(5)中，同时构成所述轮廓(8)的边缘是倒圆的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的手巾分发容器的封口装置，其特征在于，盖子(1)和盖板(2)最初是两个独立的部件，它们通过一个铰接件铰接在一起，所述的铰接件至少具有一个将所述的盖板(2)稳定在开启位置上的端挡(16)。
3、根据权利要求1和2所述的手巾分发容器的封口装置，其特征在于，盖子(1)的开口(7)具有一个扁长形的轮廓，它有两条彼此平行的比较长的直边和两条比较短的弯边。

5、根据权利要求1至4所述的手巾分发容器的封口装置，其特征在于，在位于盖子(1)的下凹部分(6)中的通道(11)内有一些爪状物(15)，当处于关闭位置时，盖板(2)的唇边(12)在压力的作用下压靠在这些爪状物(15)上。
6、根据权利要求1至5所述的手巾分发容器的封口装置，其特征在于，从盖板的前部伸出一供手抓握的舌片(1 3)，而在盖子(1)的一个与所述舌片(13)位置相互补的位置上有一个凹口(14)，以便于抓握住所述的舌片(13)。
