Description

单体式联接器
本发明有关一种联接两部件、尤其是两家具板的联接器,它具有一可固定在第一部件上的安装元件及一旋转支承于该安装元件中的操纵元件,用该操纵元件将一固定在第二部件上的联接元件保持在安装元件中。
为固定两相互垂直的家具板,在已有的联接器中,固定在第二家具板上的一联接元件嵌接进配置在第一家具板上的一联接器中。借助于一旋转支承于安装元件中的操纵元件,该操纵元件通过旋转可被联接元件倒抓住,则可将联接元件保持在联接器中且由此优选地将其拉向安装元件内部,这样可将联接元件压紧于安装元件中。
已有技术的联接器为由诸如一安装头那样的安装元件和能被从外部所操纵的分离式操纵元件所组成的两件式器件,其中该操纵元件被保持在安装元件之中。两元件各自用不同的注塑工具所制造,然后再拼接起来。
与此相对,本发明的目的是:进一步发展一种上述类型的联接器,使得能够降低制造这种联接器所需的成本和时间。
根据本发明,这一目的是通过以下措施来实现的:安装元件和操纵元件经至少一个规定断裂点被相互联接在一起。
如本发明所述的联接器是单体式的且经由制造商或使用者来破坏至少一个规定断裂点并经将安装元件和操纵元件拼合在一起之后而能被转化为一准备安装的两件式联接器。该联接器优选地为一注塑件,这样在其制造时仅需一单一的注塑工具或一锌合金压铸件。
在本发明的一特别优选的实施例中,安装元件和操纵元件在至少一个规定断裂点被折断的条件下是可以拼接的,优选地在拼接方向上是可以一起移动的。通过对两元件敲击和加压,使至少一个规定断裂点被折断,两元件被相互压接或拼接成一准备安装的两件式联接器。如果联接器先已由制造商装配好,亦即先已被压紧在一起,则用户仅需将联接器压入一位于第一部件上的相应孔中。否则要将该仍为单体式的联接器放置于孔上并在拼接其两元件的同时通过敲击或加压将其压入孔中。
在该实施例的另一特别优选的发展形式中,安装元件和操纵元件在操纵元件旋转轴的方向上被拼接。同样也可以折断至少一个规定断裂点并通过旋转两元件来加以拼接。
为在拼接元件时将操纵元件导入安装元件之中,安装元件被制成圆形,操纵元件便可插进其开口之中。
为使安装元件和操纵元件在它们拼接之后能牢固地被联接在一起且进一步构成一单体式整体部件,在本发明的优选实施例中提供有:安装元件和操纵元件在其拼接状态时是相互止动的。
为此在操纵元件上提供有至少一个止动凸起,该止动凸起在破坏至少一个规定断裂点之后将安装元件保持住。该止动凸起同时也可限止操纵元件的旋转运动。止动凸起也可被配置在安装元件上。
为在安装元件和操纵元件之间构成一最大面积作用的规定断裂点,可采用多个规定断裂点。但也可以采用一单个的位于安装元件和操纵元件之间的环形规定断裂点。为此应优选地在安装元件的内圆周和操纵元件的外圆周之间提供至少一个规定断裂点。
为使在拼接或拼压时作用的敲击力或压力不损坏联接器,安装元件和操纵元件各自在拼接方向上具有相对且平行的接触面。这些接触面的面积被做得尽量大且伸展成环形或弓形,用于在大面积上承受打击力或压力且在被拼接状态时能形成用于操纵元件旋转运动的导向面。
联接元件要么可在至少一个规定断裂点破坏之前便被带进其倒抓住安装元件的位置中,但如果这一点由于构造上的原因在前不可能实现的话,则也可在将两元件拼接之后将其带进这一倒抓的位置中。为了特别减轻这一后续的插入联接元件的操作过程,在安装元件和操纵元件之间提供有一径向向外开口的联接元件插入室,该室在已拼接的联接器中也能允许联接元件的插入。这样,联接元件既可从前面(亦即径向地)也可从正面(亦即轴向地)被插入插入室中。
为能从操纵元件的正面轴向插入,在操纵元件的上侧配置有至少一个、优选地为两个的在插入室中可转动的壳体舌片。通过从外部作用在这一壳体舌片上的轴向压力,使这一双扇门式部件开始摆动并在将联接元件插入插入室之后重新自动摆回到它们的关闭插入室的出口位置。
在本发明的优选实施例中,在安装元件中为后部抓住安装元件一壁的联接元件提供有一侧向导向壁。为此该侧向导向壁优选地与联接元件的断面轮廓尺寸匹配,例如与一联接螺栓的头相匹配,以便能更好地引导联接元件。
当安装元件和操纵元件已经相互预先定向在一用于接收联接元件的旋转位置中时,则此时该经过拼接两元件之后现在业已成为两件式的联接器也已经位于其接收联接元件的旋转位置上。
本发明的其它优点由下面的叙述和插图给出。另外,上述的以及其后介绍的特征根据本发明可各自单独地或多个任意组合地找到其应用。所图示和叙述的实施例形式不应被理解为最终例举,而更应该认为具有对叙述本发明有用的典范性特征。

在图7中用1′来表示一熟知的联接器,用它来联接两部件2和3。联接器1′具有一安装元件4和一围绕旋转轴5可转动的并支承于安装元件4中的操纵元件6。联接器1′被埋于第一部件2中的一孔7中,其中一圆周段8能使安装元件4插入孔7的操作变容易。为联接两部件2和3,配置在第二部件3上的诸如带螺栓头的联接螺栓之类的一联接元件9嵌接进联接器1′中并经旋转操纵元件6进一步被拉进联接器内部并被固紧。为旋转操纵元件6要用到一十字槽形操纵接收装置10。
图7中所示的该两件式联接器1′是通过在图1-3中所示的单体式联接器1来构成的,用该联接器1将安装元件4和操纵元件6经规定断裂点11仍可相互联接起来。根据图2和图3可知,在环形安装元件4的内圆周面12和操纵元件6的前端部14的外圆周面13之间配置有三个规定断裂点11。通过在旋转轴5的方向上力的作用将规定断裂点11破坏并将安装元件4和操纵元件6拼接起来。为将两元件4、6持久地拼接在一起,在前端部14的外圆周上提供有一止动凸起15,它在被拼接位置上止动地倒抓住安装元件4的一支承肩部16。由于该支承肩部16并不完全伸展在前端部14的整个圆周范围上而仅仅围绕约150°的范围(图3),因而操纵元件6的旋转范围也通过同止动凸起15的相互作用被相应地限制。
在拼接两元件4、6时,操纵元件6与其前端部14一起滑进环形安装元件4的开口中,且前端部14在其中可旋转地被支承于被拼接位置上。在拼接中作用在旋转轴5方向上的力经安装元件4和操纵元件6的大面积平行的支承面17和18被最佳地承受。
在单体式联接器1中,安装元件4和操纵元件6是这样来相互预定向的:使得被拼接的联接器1′也位于其接收联接元件9的旋转位置上。联接元件9倒抓住安装元件4的一环壁19且经一半圆支承孔20和一左侧导向壁21被支承于安装元件4的内部。联接元件9可经一径向向外开口的插入室22被配置于支承孔20之中。联接元件9既可从圆周向地亦即径向地、也可以在旋转轴5的方向上亦即轴向地被插入。为此,操纵元件6的上侧具有两个由一T形槽23所构成的壳体舌片24,它们以双扇门形式在插入室22中摆动并由此能将联接元件9轴向插入插入室22中。其中T形槽23尺寸与联接元件9的螺栓头相匹配。
通过转动操纵元件6能将联接元件9保持在支承孔20和在操纵元件6中的一槽形开口25之中,该槽形开口25的斜开口壁26倒抓住该联接元件9。由于这一斜的开口壁26,联接元件9通过旋转操纵元件6被进一步向内夹紧在旋转轴5上。
当联接器1由制造商安装好之后,亦即被拼接好之后,用户只需将它压进第一部件2的孔7之中。否则,要将该仍为单体式的联接器1放在孔7之上(图5),并在联接安装元件4和操纵元件6的同时通过在拼接方向27之上对操纵元件6的上侧施加敲击或压力来将该联接器1压入孔中形成两件式联接器1′(图6)。

Claims (13)

1.联接两部件(2,3)、尤其是两家具板的联接器,它具有一可固定在第一部件(2)上的安装元件(4)和一旋转支承于该安装元件(4)中的操纵元件(6),用该操纵元件将一固定在第二部件(3)上的联接元件(9)保持在安装元件(4)中,
其特征为:安装元件(4)和操纵元件(6)经至少一个规定断裂点(11)联接在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的联接器,其特征为:安装元件(4)和操纵元件(6)在折断至少一个规定断裂点(11)的条件下可被拼接在一起,优选地在拼接方向(27)上被拼接在一起。
3.如权利要求2所述的联接器,其特征为:安装元件(4)和操纵元件(6)在操纵元件(6)的旋转轴(5)的方向上被拼接在一起。
4.如上述权利要求之一所述的联接器,其特征为:安装元件(4)做成环形结构。
5.如上述权利要求之一所述的联接器,其特征为:安装元件(4)和操纵元件(6)在被拼接状态是相互止动的。
6.如权利要求5所述的联接器,其特征为:在操纵元件(6)上提供有至少一个止动凸起(15)用于倒抓住该安装元件(4)。
7.如上述权利要求之一所述的联接器,其特征为:在安装元件(4)和操纵元件(6)之间提供有多个规定断裂点(11)。
8.如上述权利要求之一所述的联接器,其特征为:在安装元件(4)的内圆周面(12)和操纵元件(6)的外圆周面(13)之间提供有至少一个规定断裂点(11)。
9.如上述权利要求之一所述的联接器,其特征为:安装元件(4)和操纵元件(6)各自具有在拼接方向上相对而立的、尤其是环形或弓形的平行支承面(17,18)。
10.如上述权利要求之一所述的联接器,其特征为:在安装元件(4)和操纵元件(6)之间提供有一径向向外开口的用于联接元件(9)的插入室(22)。
11.如权利要求10所述的联接器,其特征为:在操纵元件(6)的上侧提供有至少一个、优选地为两个能在插入室(22)中摆动的壳体舌片(24)。
12.如上述权利要求之一所述的联接器,其特征为:在安装元件(4)中提供有一用于联接元件(9)的侧向导向壁(21)。
13.如上述权利要求之一所述的联接器,其特征为:安装元件(4)和操纵元件(6)相互间预先定位在一用于接收联接元件(9)的旋转位置上。
