Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用来连接皮带、手表带等的带扣。
美国专利第4,888,859号公开了这种类型的带扣。该带扣包括一对可互相扣接的凸件和凹件。凸件包括一舌形压板和一安装在压板下侧的锁定脚。凹件包括一具有空腔的外壳和设置在该空腔里的锁定件。通过压板上的锁定脚与空腔里的锁定件啮合,使凸件与凹件扣接。为了使凸件与凹件扣接,首先,将凸件的舌形压板置于凹件的锁定件的上方。然后,将舌形压板压向凹件,直至锁定脚末端上的锁定装置与凹件上的锁定件进入锁定啮合,由此使凸件与凹件扣接。为了使凸件脱离与凹件的扣接啮合,对设在凹件相对两侧上的致动杆加压,使它们克服本身弹性而相对移动,由此使设在致动杆上的锁定件脱离与凸件上的锁定装置的锁定啮合,使凸件向上弹起而脱离与凹件的扣接啮合。
上述传统的带扣有一个缺点。凸件上的舌形压板的末端向外突出于凹件上的对应边缘,这样,有可能钩住其它的东西。此外,致动杆也向外突出于凹件的相对两侧边缘,从而可能被其它东西钩住。还有,突出的致动杆还可能受到其它东西意外的挤压,使凸件与凹件突然分离。
鉴于上述存在的问题,因此,本发明的目的是提供一种带扣,其中,一凸件和一凹件互相牢固扣接,且它们可方便地扣接和脱扣,并不会被无关东西钩住而意外地分离。
按照本发明,提供一包括一凸件和一凹件、并可互相扣接的带扣。凸件包括一底座,一自底座延伸的舌形压板,一对在压板下侧面上的锁定脚,和一对分别在一锁定脚的末端上的锁定装置。凹件包括一前壁,一对分别位于前壁相对两侧的侧壁,一形成于前壁上的、放置舌形压板的凹槽,一对位于凹件上的、靠近各侧壁的、可互相相对或相反弹性移动的致动杆,以及一对在舌形压板压入凹槽时可与锁定装置锁定啮合的锁定件。当相对挤压致动杆时,致动杆可使锁定件与锁定装置脱扣。当凸件和凹件互相扣接时,舌形压板和致动杆分别与前壁和对应的侧壁共面。
凸件还可包括一设于底座上的配合突出,它位于压板的下面,并平行于压板延伸,而凹件还可包括形成于其一端上的配合腔,它可与凸件上的配合突出配合啮合。
锁定件可整体形成于各致动杆上,并各具有一在其上端的、可与锁定装置锁定啮合的锁定头。
各锁定脚的末端具有一圆顶端和在锁定脚外侧的、靠近圆顶端的一倾斜表面。

图1是按照本发明的带扣的立体图,显示了在扣接状态下的带扣,带扣的两侧固定在带子的各端上。

现在通过附图来描述本发明。图1至7显示了本发明的一个较佳实施例。按照该实施例的一带扣可用于手表带。该带扣包括一凸件10和一凹件20,凸件10是用塑料制成的,并固定在带子2的一端,而凹件20也是用塑料制成的,并固定在带子4的一端,凹件20可与凸件10扣接。
如图3A至3C所示,凸件10包括一槽形底座12和一其上边缘自底座12的一侧延伸的舌形压板14。在压板14下表面靠近末端处状态形成有一对锁定脚16。两锁定脚16在舌形压板上横向互相分离。各锁定脚16的自由端上形成有钩子形锁定装置18。如图3B所示,凸件10还包括一设置在底座12上的配合突出17,它在压板14的下面,并相对压板14平行延伸。槽形底座12具有形成于其另一侧上的固定横杆19,以便与带子2的一端连接。此外,凸件10的各锁定脚16具有形成于其末端的圆顶端16b和形成于锁定脚16外侧、靠近圆顶端16b的倾斜表面16a。
参看图4A和4B,凹件20包括一前壁41,一对位于前壁41相对两侧的侧壁43。凹槽22形成于前壁41上,并在形状和大小上与舌形压板14互补,以便接纳压板14。凹槽22的底表面23上形成有一插入矩形孔27,它与凹件20的内腔25连通。如图6和7所示,沿矩形孔27的边缘形成有导向边缘27a,它们向内向下倾斜。凹件20的各侧壁43里分别形成有一侧孔45(图7)。一对弹性致动杆26分别与凹件20的各侧壁43整体形成并纵向延伸,从而从对应的侧孔45中突出。弹性致动杆26终止于一自由端,这样,弹性致动杆26可克服它们自身的弹性、环绕着它们的近端、有角度地移动,由此,它们本身或具体地说是它们的自由端可相对靠近和分开。弹性致动杆26的自由端附近有一整体形成的锁定件24,它向内延伸。该锁定件24的上端具有钩子形的锁定头28,它们可与对应的锁定脚16上的锁定装置18锁定啮合。重要的是,各弹性致动杆26相对于凹件20上的对应侧壁43是共面的。此外,凹件20还包括设置在其一端上的固定横杆29,它可与另一带子4的一端连接。固定横杆29具有一系列沿内侧纵向边缘的上表面形成的横向凹槽30,以便增加与带子4之间的摩擦,在凹件20上的、与固定横杆29相反的一端上有一配合腔32(图6),它向外敞开,可接纳凸件10上的配合突出17。
为了扣接带扣的凸件10和凹件20,首先,使凸件10的配合突出17与凹件20的配合腔32配合啮合。然后,将凸件10的舌形压板14压入凹件20的凹槽22里,使压板14上的锁定脚16在力的作用下通过插入孔27进人内腔25。锁定脚16受力而深入内腔,迫使锁定头28向内腔内弯曲,直至锁定脚16上的锁定装置18与锁定件24上的锁定头28锁定啮合。结果,凸件10与凹件20扣接,而舌形压板14嵌入凹槽22里,从而使舌形压板14的外表面与凹件20的前壁41共面。
为了使凸件10与凹件20脱扣,相对按压一对致动杆26,以克服它们本身的弹性,并使锁定头28向内腔内移动,由此使锁定头28脱离与锁定装置18的锁定啮合。然后,抬高舌形压板14,使其脱离与凹槽20的配合啮合,并使配合突出27脱离与配合腔32的配合啮合,由此使凸件10脱离与凹件20的扣接。当抬高舌形压板14时,靠近圆顶端16b的、在外侧上的倾斜表面16a防止锁定脚16与插入孔27的外周边缘过度接触,从而减少摩擦阻力,使凸件10和凹件20可顺利分离。
由于舌形压板14与凹槽20嵌接,且压板14与前壁41共面,以及致动杆26与各侧壁43共面,因此,几乎没有东西从带扣的前面和相对两侧突出。因此,如果带扣在周围有许多无关东西的环境下使用,并作手表带使用时,带扣可完全免除被无关东西钩住的情况,从而使凸件10永远不会与凹件20无故脱扣。凸件10上的配合突出17与凹件20上的配合腔32的配合啮合有助于凸件10与凹件20互相保持配合啮合。这种配合啮合也有助于凸件10与凹件20精确地扣接。这种配合啮合还有助于增强凸件10和凹件20之间的扣接强度。只要轻轻地相对压缩致动杆16就可使锁定脚16与锁定头28脱离,因此,使用者只要用一只手就可方便地将凸件10与凹件20分开。
很显然,本技术领域的技术人员在上述说明范围内可作出许多改进和变化。因此,应该明白,在附后的权利要求书的范围内,本发明还可在上述具体描述之外的情况下实施,本发明并不限于上面详细描述的实施例。
Claims (4)
1.一种带扣,包括可互相扣接的一凸件和一凹件,其特征在于,凸件包括一底座,一自底座延伸的舌形压板,一对在压板下侧面上的锁定脚,和一对分别在一锁定脚的末端上的锁定装置;凹件包括一前壁,一对分别位于前壁相对两侧的侧壁,一形成于前壁上的、放置舌形压板的凹槽,一对位于凹件上的、靠近各侧壁的、可互相相对或相反弹性移动的致动杆,以及一对在舌形压板压入凹槽时可与锁定装置锁定啮合的锁定件;当相对压缩致动杆时,致动杆可使锁定件与锁定装置脱扣;当凸件和凹件互相扣接时,舌形压板和致动杆分别与前壁和对应的侧壁共面。
2.如权利要求1所述的带扣,其特征在于,凸件还包括一设于底座上的配合突出,它位于压板的下面,并平行于压板延伸;而凹件包括形成于其一端上的、可与凸件上的配合突出配合啮合的配合腔。
3.如权利要求1所述的带扣,其特征在于,锁定件整体形成于各致动杆上,并各具有一在其上端的、可与锁定装置锁定啮合的锁定头。
4.如权利要求1所述的带扣,其特征在于,各锁定脚的末端具有一圆顶端和在锁定脚外侧的、靠近圆顶端的一倾斜表面。
