Abstract

本发明涉及一种电源装置,尤其是一种轨道组件。
背景技术
在国际专利申请PCT/AU95/00675中公开了一种可变形的管道系统。在随后说明中所描述的管道系统是对这种现有管道的变型。在国际专利申请PCT/AU97/00589中也公开了一种相似的管道系统。
以上说明书所描述的管道系统已经为轨道系统提供了经过改善的导体。尤其是,在上述PCT说明书中描述的细长可变形导体经证明要比先前轨道系统中的更适合于更大的电流。
在上述国际申请中的导体不能很好地应付增加的电流强度。
在上述国际申请中,在使适配器与导体接合时会遭遇到值得经常考虑的阻碍。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种针对上述轨道系统的改进。
首先在此公开的组件包括:
一种组件,包括:
一个细长可变形导体,包括纵向延伸的导电接触条,该接触条用于结合若干定位在沿导体的间隔位置上的横向肋状物,这样相邻的肋状物就与每一个具有两个通过一个弓形基部相结合的臂的肋状物间隔开,由此所述臂就布置在两排内,并且各个接触条结合所述排中的相应臂;

另外,在此公开的一种电源组件包括:
一个细长基部,设有若干基本平行地共同延伸的狭缝;
一个细长可变形导体,该导体位于每个狭缝中,并且包括纵向延伸的导电接触条,该接触条用于结合若干定位在沿导体的间隔位置上的横向肋状物,这样相邻的肋状物就与每一个具有两个通过一个弓形基部相结合的臂的肋状物间隔开,由此所述臂就布置在两排内,并且各个接触条结合所述排中的相应臂;

具体实施方式
上述视图示意性地示出一个例如可用作建筑物内墙上踢脚板的电源组件10。该组件10包括一个准备利用紧固件12固定在支承墙上的基部11。该基部11包括一个沿纵向延伸的分隔件13,该分隔件设有大致刚性的壁14,该壁与端壁26配合从而限定和分隔出三个基本平行地共同延伸的狭缝17、18和19。该狭缝17、18和19开口到一个水平进口通道20中。该组件10例如适于与PCT/AU97/00589所述的电适配器相配合。
在每个狭缝17、18和19中设有一个细长可变形导体15,每个导体15大致被一个可变形绝缘体16所包围。每个绝缘体16大致围绕位相应的导体15,并通过一个狭缝(sot)50来提供到达该导体的路径。在图1中组件左手方所示出的绝缘体16包括一个倒钩21,用于与凸缘22接合以便将绝缘体16保持到位。其它两个绝缘体利用凸缘23而固定到合适位置。
上述分隔件13在壁部分24内以相对规则的间距设有一个孔,以便允许紧固件12从中穿过并进入空腔25中。该紧固件12与一个与上述壁部分24相邻接的夹板27接合。这种设置不仅可使组件10保持在支承壁表面,而且将分隔件13固定在基部11上。
一个与壁26形成整体的可变形凸缘28从图示位置偏移出,以便提供到达定位在其上的导体15的路径。
从图2可很好地看出,其中一个绝缘体16被制出横向的槽,以便提供出若干孔29,从而裸露出相应细长可变形导体15的间隔部位。
上述凸缘28在偏移时将提供出孔,同时壁部分24设有若干孔30。
每个细长可变形导体15由若干肋状物31构成,每个肋状物31由一个大致呈“U型”的部位构成,该“U型”部位该设有两个通过一个弓形基部33相结合的臂32。该臂32的末端延伸到弓形部位34,每个弓形部位又与一个纵向延伸凸缘35相连接。该凸缘35在导体15的长度延伸以便与肋状物31结合。该肋状物31具有弹性,以便当凸缘35分隔时,这些肋状物能被相向促动,从而结合住上述类型适配器的插头。
该肋状物31被间隙36分隔。
空气通过纵向穿过导体15并经过间隙36和孔29排出导体15,从而被允许穿过导体15。为使空气穿过导体15,凸缘28被插头或适配器的插头偏转,这样空气将通过壁部分24中的孔30而从导体15上方排出。离开孔30的空气将进入空腔37中。如果需要,该空气可以在随后排到周围环境中。例如,外罩38可以设有排气孔。在这方面,应当知道所产生热量中的相当部分是在导体15被适配器或插头接合而连接到器具或使用电力的其它物体的位置处。空气被加热、穿过导体15上升以及从组件10中排出,有助于空气流动。
孔29沿导体15规则地间隔设置。
分隔件13利用具有倒钩40的纵向凸缘39而固定在端壁26上。该凸缘39可弹性变形,这样倒钩40可放置在分隔件13倒钩41的后部并与其接合。图7很好地示出这种“咬合”。通过使壁14(最靠近壁26)与壁26相接合,也可方便分隔件13的定位。
分隔件13已经利用三个夹具129、130和131而固定在外罩38上。该夹具129-131设置成可容许在外罩38结构内的公差变化。特别是,夹具130包括一个“U型”部位132,在该部位132内定位有突出物133。该突出物133的支承杆134的弹性变形和杆部135的弹性变形尤其提供了尺寸方面的公差容许量。

Claims (4)

1.一种电源组件,包括:
一个细长可变形导体,包括纵向延伸的导电接触条,该接触条用于结合若干定位在沿导体的间隔位置上的横向肋状物,这样相邻的肋状物就与每一个具有两个通过一个弓形基部相结合的臂的肋状物间隔开,由此所述臂就布置在两排内,并且各个接触条结合所述排中的相应臂;
一个可变形绝缘体,通常包围住上述导体并具有用来提供到达该导体的路径的细长狭缝,其特征在于,所述绝缘体设有若干孔,由此允许空气从相邻肋状物之间穿过导体并协助冷却导体。
2.如权利要求1所述的电源组件,其特征在于,每个肋状物是一个大致呈“U型”的部位,该“U型”部位提供了上述两个通过基部相结合的臂,每个肋状物还包括一个从每个臂伸出的折回部分,该折回部分具有一个向上述基部突出的端部,利用上述导电接触条结合上述排折回部分的端部,其中每对相邻肋状物通过一个间隙而分隔开,空气即穿过该间隙来冷却导体。
3.如权利要求2所述的电源组件,其特征在于,上述孔以规则间距沿导体定位。
4.一种电源组件,包括:
一个细长基部,设有若干基本平行地共同延伸的狭缝;
