本发明涉及灯具的制造,尤其属于双螺旋节能灯管的夹封工艺,无弯脚双螺旋节能灯管的夹封工艺为先将两根导丝置于灯管的两端,在灯管的封口处夹封,然后在一个封口端侧面打一孔,将排气管烧结上,排气、抽真空、注入汞,然后将排气管烧断。利用本发明制造出的节能灯,螺距短,美观并可将在生产有弯脚节能灯管过程中产生的废品进行废物再利用,变废为宝。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯具的制造,尤其属于双螺旋节能灯管的夹封工艺。
背景技术
双螺旋节能灯管的两个钨丝阴极烧结在灯管两端的工艺称为封口,当前国际上节能灯管封口很多采用夹封工艺,比较国内通用的芯柱烧封而言,减少了漏气,成本降低,提高合格率,有明显的经济效益,但是由于设备制造复杂,进口价格昂贵,未能普遍采用。如图1所示韩国产的双螺旋节能灯管,由于它采用全自动化,致使螺旋灯管的螺距大一般在4-5mm,螺距太小,火头烧不进,灯管容易爆炸,且它的排气孔在两根导丝之间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能夹封螺距为2-3mm的双螺旋节能灯管的夹封工艺。
本发明所采用的技术方案:先将两根导丝置于灯管的两端,在灯管的封口处夹封,然后在一个封口端侧面打一孔,将排气管烧结上,排气、抽真空,注入汞,然后将排气管烧断。
本发明的优点在于它采用单机机械化和手工操作相结合,对于双螺旋灯管有无弯脚不受限制,对于无弯脚的双螺旋灯管的螺距尺寸不受限制,可大大缩短灯管的长度,在生产有弯脚双螺旋节能灯管中,由于封口中的炸裂与漏气,排气中的慢漏、阴极黄黑等造成的次废品,一般约有15%左右,将这些次废品的弯脚割掉就可以制成无弯脚的灯管,本发明解决了这种灯管的封口工艺,化废为宝,具有重要的经济价值。

如图2、图3所示,无弯脚双螺旋节能灯管的夹封工艺为:先将两根导丝2置于灯管1的两端,在灯管1的封口处夹封,然后在一个封口端的侧面打一孔A,将排气管3烧结上,排气、抽真空、注入汞,再将排气管3烧断。

1、一种双螺旋节能灯管的夹封工艺,其特征在于,先将两根导丝(2)置于灯管(1)的两端,在灯管(1)的封口处夹封,然后在一个封口端侧面打一孔(A),将排气管(3)烧结上,排气、抽真空、注入汞,然后将排气管(3)烧断。
