Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种具有交叉梁如各种立柱和桁架的结构框架。本发明主要与各种类型的建筑结构有关连,但不受这些的限制,因为在机械结构和别的地方也会出现相关的框架。
本发明基于这种考虑,即利用C型梁可以提供一种坚固而比较轻的的框架,该C型梁最好是但不仅是用金属板材制造,并且能够制备这类具有侧面凹槽的梁,这些凹槽使梁能够在同一个平面中接合的交叉,而在该交叉区域没有过分的变弱。当这些凹槽被制成具有紧配合(tightfit)时,可达到用交叉梁的互补腹板部件代替侧面凸缘的切去的腹板部分,因此可以使压力和以前一样转移,并且各梁很容易在接合处相互连接,因此拉力也可通过互补的腹板部件转移,例如与交叉梁的共同平面中产生断裂动量的弯曲冲击有关的力。
C型梁在共同平面中的交叉是有利的,尤其是在该框架被填满或用一个平面镀层覆盖的地方如在建筑物或小房间结构的地方。
任何有关的专家都知道这些框架不同应用的实际可能性,并且还知道如何采用它们,以便确定尺寸、材料选择及关于其它细节的准备例如沿着任何用于特定目的的梁交叉部位的标准位置,因此,现在提供详细实例是多余的。它们的范围可以包括在小的重量轻的结构和高建筑物之间的任何场合。
下面参照附图更详细地说明本发明,其中:
图1和2分别是示出接合之前和之后的两个交叉的C型梁的透视图;

在图1中,该图示出一种基本配置,它包括一个垂直梁2和一个水平梁4,其中每个梁都呈C型板件的形状,该C型板件具有一个底壁6、侧壁8和10,及在其自由端处向内伸出的凸缘12。
在连通位置处,这些梁都设有界面连接切口14,以便可通过横向插入接合成图2中所示的形状。梁和切口都应高精度制造,这样就可以通过仅仅插入就已经达到具有显著稳定性的交叉接合。
然而,如由图3中的一个实例所示,最好是利用角板装配件16实现进一步的固定和稳定,该角板装配件16在对置的两端处具有孔,用于装入铆钉或螺丝。这些梁可以在现场制备相关的孔18,或者最好作为与制造切口14有关的标准。可以使用短的、自动切断的螺丝。
然而,对进一步稳定来说,可以在全部或某些各对相对置的孔之间全部按要求使用如图4中所表明的拉杆螺栓和定距衬套系统20、22。
作为一个例子,图5示出,两个相等厚度的交叉梁可以具有完全不同的宽度。
图6和7相当于图1和2,例外的是边缘切口14现在是从两个侧板4和8中的边缘凸缘12向内,以对称的方式设置。夹角线比较长,这样可以在角撑板16中使用两个以上螺丝,如图7中所示的三个。
在图8中示出一个完全相当于图7的实施例,只是垂直梁2的宽度增加了。另外,图8示出一种详细情况,它是或者可以是该框架的一般特点,亦即在交叉区域,如果切口14全部留下开口的话,则在每个梁中都留有一个贯穿的通道24。因此,这些梁十分适用于安放电缆和管子,这些电缆和管子在交叉时甚至可以改变方向,因为在两个梁中的贯穿通道是彼此相对开口的。由于在这些通道中另一种间隔的结果,有可能使用在接近所述间隔的壁上或壁中具有加强的埋头外形的梁,如图8中26处所示。
在图9中,该C型被示出加工好的具有折板30和32的形状,折板30和32由在别的情况下通过加工形成整个切口14而除去的其中一部分材料制成。很容易理解,这些折板将具有一种稳定效应。这些折板被示出向里弯,但它们同样也可以向外弯。在图10中示出折板34的另一种配置。如图所示,这些折板可以设有能用于和另一个梁螺丝连接的孔36。图10还示出该型材后壁中的一个线性凹槽38。
在图11中,切口14变成两个狭槽14′,因为狭槽14′足够用于容纳该交叉的梁。剩余的板部分40靠近梁的侧边装备一个折板42,它能与交叉梁的相关的侧边用螺丝连接。然而,这个元件要求一个交叉梁4具有如图1中那样的完整的切口14。
交叉梁应具有同等厚度不是一个完全的条件。因此图8示出在前侧处的水平梁4具有一个尺寸稍大于梁2尺寸的厚度,但是它的厚度也可以比梁2的小;如果需要,上述情况同样也可应用于另一侧。因此,当然应该考虑这怎样可以影响接合的强度。
一般地说,最好应将这些接合设计成作为一个整体看是对称的,但它们应不必只由两个梁组成。因此,在图5中表示的是梁2可以由另一个梁2′补充,梁4也可以是这样。
如图12和13中所示,该系统也可以如此修改,以使一个梁与两边各分开的梁配合,这里只有一个梁中使用侧面切口。因此,对置的水平梁4′可以不间断地与垂直梁(一个或多个)2交叉延伸,同时使它们的侧面开口面向里(见图12)或向外(见图13)。
图12的实施例以图14的局部部件分解图示出,图14示出梁2中的成双的侧面切口14,同时假定后面的梁壁在切口的中间区域处可以具有中央伸出的翼部分。还假定(以虚线表示)在接合处,两个水平梁4′的上面和下面,梁2的内部安装有一个十字的板件44,这些板件具有分别向下和向上弯的外端部分46,并设有螺孔48。梁4′的上下侧壁8也设有互补的螺孔50,因此在插入梁4′后,这些孔48和50可以用螺丝连接,以使接合基本稳定。
然而,正如在图15中进一步示出的,一个有关的可能性是,在后面的梁壁6中的切口14的对置的侧面边缘可以向里偏斜,因而特别重要的是,十字板44的倾斜的外面部分46可以通过螺丝52穿过孔48和50来用于对着切口的侧缘拉出梁4′的侧面,以便很有效地固定梁4′。
在图15的右手侧底部处,示出一种修改,在那里梁4′的侧壁被加工成型并在它的自由端附近局部装备一个球形物54,而梁2中的切口具有一个相应的边缘切口56。因此,通过用一个十字板44、46将在这里该球形物54拉入切口56中,也可以实现一种锁定啮合。
图13中所示的接合意味垂直梁的侧腹板8和10不是直接地连续跨过侧面的切口14,但它可以如图16和17所示加以补救。在梁4′的内部放置了一个加强结构,该加强结构包括两个对置的V型弯板件58、60,该弯板件58、60利用一个中央螺丝构件62连接,该构件62安排在内板58上并与外板60成螺纹连接。通过操作螺丝62,可以将这两块板推离开,因而它们将程度不同地变直,因此向上和向下牢固地压住梁4′的内角并有效地稳定向外敞开的梁4′的形状。
在房屋建筑中,作为一个例子见图18,C型材将提供许多不同的结构可能性,如成各种角度,在那里型面可以用螺丝拧在一起或用别的办法接合。正如由图19所举例说明的,特殊的型面可以加工成一定形状,它具有伸出的边缘凸缘,用于方便和稳定这种连接。
Claims (3)
1.一种具有交叉梁的结构框架,其特征在于,梁是C型部件,在交叉处,该C型部件设有侧面切口,该侧面切口通过横向插件这样调节一个梁的接合,以便接合起来的梁都位于基本上相同的平面,通过与切口的边缘啮合而稳定,并且最好在交叉的内角处通过外部固定机构相互连接。
2.一种按照权利要求1所述的框架,其中这些交叉梁二者都具有侧面切口,以便装配到彼此之中。
3.一种按照权利要求1所述的框架,其中一个梁具有双侧面切口,这两个侧面切口容纳各自的平行的无切口的横梁。
