Abstract

Description

管端加工设备
本发明涉及一种管端加工设备,它设有一张紧装置,用于将管端加工设备张紧在要加工的管端上。
已知这种便携式的加工设备,用于切削加工管状工件例如管子的端部,作为焊接或其他加工工序的准备步骤。这种设备主要例如在修理的情况下用于现场加工无限长的管子或已铺设好的管子。在这种情况下要求有关的加工设备紧凑、使用和操作方便,但尽管如此仍设计为多用途的。此外还已知一些管端加工设备,它们配备有刀夹和切削刀具,以便将管子端面固定在确定的位置并借助于切削刀具加工元。已知的管端加工设备通常有一驱动部件,它将驱动力矩经由锥齿轮横向于驱动轴地传递给一被传动的空心轴。在空心轴上刀架与之固定连接。空心轴可绕一杆旋转地支承着。此杆是空心的并在内部有一芯轴,芯轴与一张紧装置在工作上连接起来。通过旋转此芯轴,张紧钳在管子内沿径向压在管子内壁上并因而将此管端加工设备在管子上定位。空心杆端部制有螺纹,管端加工设备和装在刀夹上的刀具在此螺旋上借助于一横向送进机构朝管端送进。
以上述先有技术为出发点,本发明的目的是改进已知的便携式管端加工设备,使得无论在设备本身的工作还是在刀具更换方面,都让使用者更加便于操作。
此目的通过权利要求,特征部分所述特征达到。
本发明其他有利的特征可由从属权利要求得知。
下面借助于附图详细说明最佳实施例。

图1表示按本发明的管端加工设备1。驱动部件2有一带驱动轴3的压缩空气马达或电动机。扭矩从驱动轴3到从动的空心轴5的传递借助于齿轮机构4实现。轴的组件设计为无间隙地支承,以获得更好的切削加工质量。空心轴5借助于滑动轴承6可旋转地支承在空心杆7上。在空心轴5的一端上在端侧设有刀架13。在空心杆7里面装有一芯轴,它与在要加工的管子15内的张紧钳18配合工作,以便为切削加工而定位管子。通过旋转一螺杆17,位于管子内部的张紧钳18压靠在管子内壁上。现在此管端加工设备,已张紧在管子15上。
空心轴5借助于滚柱轴承组件相对于外壳8沿轴向和沿径向支承。
马达和传动装置彼此并列地布置,并借助于齿形皮带传动装置在工作上互相连接起来。所说明的全套设备被一外壳16包围。外壳有两个把手17和18。把手18设计成环并固定在外壳16的下部。
此环状部分用作整个管端加工设备的支承件或支座件。在外壳底部设有一操作元件(图中未表示),它用作机械式的去锁和锁止件并在形式上是一个节气门开关。
由图2可见,刀夹11借助于楔12固定在刀架13上。通过拧紧螺钉14,楔12沿径向移入刀架,从而夹紧刀夹11。与传统的夹紧螺钉相比,这种设计的优点在于,刀具通过一更大的夹紧面更好地被固定,其结果是减少振动并因而提高加工质量。与要加工的管径相协调的切削刀具可能的尺寸调整可以是无级式的。
图3表示通过带有用楔12定位的刀夹11的刀架13剖面图。楔设计为沿径向收缩。因此也保证了深拉作用(Tidfenzugwirkung)。在刀夹11上利用螺钉21装有一刀头20。刀头设计为双面刀头并有四个有效的刀刃。图4表示了这一情况。所有四个刀刃均磨锐后可用于切削加工。在需要时,换句话说,当刀磨钝时,可以在最短时间内简单地通过翻转使用新的未使用过的刀刃。因为设有四个刀刃,所以与传统的切削元件相比获得了四倍长的使用寿命,传统的切削元件通常只装设一个一次性使用的切削元件。此外,每次只须松开螺钉和再其重新拧紧。因此取消了与换刀通常相连的刀夹的重新定位。因此节约了时间和费用。

Claims (8)

1.管端加工设备(1)有马达、传动装置和将要加工的管端张紧在管端加工设备(1)上的张紧装置(17、18),此设备有一空心杆(7)、一个刀架,其特征为:马达和传动装置并排;除刀架外全套设备装在外壳内,因而构成紧凑和轻便的结构;外壳有一底面,此底面用作支座面并使设备的操作更加方便。
2.按照权利要求1所述的管端加工设备,其特征为:外壳至少有一把手,把手设计为它在外壳底部下面构成一形式上为一环的支承件。
3.按照权利要求1所述的管端加工设备,其特征为:外壳底部设有锁止件。
4.按照权利要求1所述的管端加工设备,其特征为:刀架(13)至少有一个在一槽内导引的刀夹(11),刀夹(11)带有固定在它上面的刀头(20)。
5.按照权利要求4所述的管端加工设备,其特征为:刀夹(11)可借助于一可在槽内移动的楔(12)在刀架(13)上定位,借助于螺钉装置获得深拉作用。
6.用于管端加工设备中加工管端面的刀头,其特征为:刀头设计为双面刀头并至少有两个有效刀刃。
7.按照权利要求6所述的刀头,其特征为:刀头可借助于螺钉装置固定在刀夹上或更换。
8.管端加工设备(1)有马达、传动装置和将要加工的管端张紧在管端加工设备(1)上的张紧装置(17、18),此设备有一空心杆(7)、一个带有刀夹的刀架,其特征为:马达和传动装置并排设置;除刀架外全套设备装在外壳内,因而构成紧凑和轻便的结构;外壳有一底面,此底面用作支座面并使设备的操作更加方便;刀夹有一刀头,刀头设计为双面刀头,并至少有两个有效的刀刃。
