Abstract

本发明技术构造在主螺杆外端头打一反丝螺孔,配以小螺杆,小螺杆死帽内侧有防滑纹,主螺帽外侧有防滑纹。这两帽间有钢性较好的带垫弹簧,垫上两外面有防滑纹,当小螺杆拧紧后,通过弹簧和防滑纹咬合,从而使主螺帽、小螺杆、主螺杆成一整体,使主螺帽和小螺杆进退相互制约,从而得到防主螺帽倒退的目的。

(一)发明名称——防螺丝帽倒退系统。

(三)现在在机械领域中大都用螺杆结合螺帽来固定加固各种元件和装置,可在振动情况下,较易出现螺丝帽松动及脱落现象。虽有些在螺杆端头打孔插销,可只能防止脱离,而难以防止螺帽松动。总的来说,现在在此方面还没有比较完善的防螺帽倒退的方法。
(四)我所设计的防螺帽倒退系统,可以很有效的防止螺帽松动,更能有效地防止螺帽脱离,且生产简单。可在机械领域广泛应用,从而可省去很多麻烦工作和避免很多事故的发生。
(五)技术方案:
(1)在螺杆的外露端头面中央打一适当大小的且深度适当的带丝螺孔,螺孔丝的走向与螺杆上丝的走向相反。
(2)与螺孔配套的螺杆死帽内侧面有放射状凹凸条纹,其侧面和内观正面图如附图(1)、(2)所示。
(3)另有一钢性较好的弹簧,两端焊接有外侧有放射状的防滑纹的垫子,如图(3)所示。螺帽外侧也必须有防滑纹来与垫子吻合,要注意垫子的内孔和外形都成园形,且垫子内孔大小要刚好能套在主螺杆上。
(4)使用方法:A、上法:当主螺帽拧紧后,把带垫弹簧套在主螺杆上。然后拧上小螺杆,当小螺杆丝帽与弹簧垫接触时,用专用工具(如(4)图),嵌入小螺杆死帽与垫子间的凹槽中,使两防滑纹分离来上紧小螺杆,注意上紧后弹簧应有一定向内压缩量,且能向两端顶紧。至于弹簧以及垫总长度,可根据不同需要做不同规格。
B、卸法:用专用工具嵌入凹槽中,使两防滑纹分离,来卸松小螺杆。
(5)防倒退原理:主螺杆丝向和小螺杆丝向相反,若主螺帽倒退,通过两垫和弹簧以及防滑纹,从而带动小螺杆上紧,由于小螺杆已上紧,且弹簧有较大的抗旋转力,从而使主螺帽无法向后旋转倒退。同理小螺杆也无法倒退。
(6)专用工具如图(4)所示。
类似一个大的剪指刀,要使两齿形状如图所示,以保证嵌入图(3)凹槽中,能使两纹分离,为使卸时省力,可在上下两握柄上加两个横杆,来增大力臂。
注①两横杆和上活动臂,均可折合。
  ②专用工具也可用老虎钳改制而成,将钳嘴改形 即可。

Claims (2)

1.本发明技术特征为:在主螺杆上钻以与主螺杆丝纹反向的螺孔,配以带防滑纹的小螺杆和固定有弹簧的带防滑纹垫子,来与主螺帽相互咬合制约。带弹性目的是便于装卸,以及使主螺帽与小螺杆相互顶紧。
2、请求保护的范围:
在螺杆端头打反向走丝螺孔,配以小螺杆来防止螺帽倒退的技术以及类似技术。
弹簧两端固定带纹垫子来使螺帽和小螺杆达整体制约目的。
