Abstract
1. The present invention relates to tightening or removing screws of many sizes and shapes, eg. slit, square, star, hexagon, octagon, pentagon etc. from a 1.5 mm slit to 15mm slit of a screw head of said shapes and sizes. Also it will tighten or loosen nuts limited to size and depth of screw neck, plus bolt, again limited to the size of screw driver tip, which are 271 x .5mm metal steel hexagon pins which travel up the inner casing to a hexagon comb mounted near the top of drivers inner housing. At this comb each of the 271 pins has its own hexagon pocket, that of the natural shape of a honey comb. Each metal steel pin has a mounting spring, which is first mounted into the inside top of each hexagon hole, Fig.1. The spring action allows each pin to move up and down to allow only the right amount of pins to fill the slits of screw or surround the outer side portions of either bolt or nut. Excess pins retract into hexagon comb. Fig. 1, 9.
Description
alzl~6 2. Description of prior art There are 6 brace bars running down a shaft on all parallel sides of the casing. These bars run down from the cap, Fig. 5,6.
inside the casing Fig. 1 to the hexagon shaped bottom Fig.2 Fig.3, Fig. 4 items 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 the top of the bars continue up into the cap Fig. 5, Fig.6 items 15,16,1~7,18,19,20.
The~only parallel bars Fig. lA have a hole in the-top which houses a spring motion ball bearing which retract when cap is turned 1/4 in either way Fig.5 while the casing stays gripped, Fig.1 or as turning pressure is applied when tip of driver is being placed onto screw etc. Fig.10 item 1,2,3,.This motion causes the bearing to spring down out of the hole Fig.5 item 29 and push down in curved cavity Fig.5 the bars which clamp all sides of pins Fig.1 items 18,19,22 then bearing pOp5 back up when even with next hole.
2. Description of prior art: Fig.5 Items 30,31, Fig.6 1,2,3,4,6, Fig. 2,3,4, items 9,10,11,12,13~ 4,19 These clamps secure the pins to enable more manual tork Fig.1 item 19 when screw etc, is being turned Fig. 6 item 1,2,3,4,5,6 after which the i~rns bearing in Fig.1 item 34 springs into hold Fig. 5~30,31 on either side holding bar down and gripped onto pins. The curve Fig.5 item 24 when cap is turned pushes bar down, there are 6 of these positioned holes to accommodate the two parallel bars with spring and bearing. This cap Fig.5 is mounted onto main casing with 4 21~1.g~6 - screws in pins Fig.6 item 8,9,10,11 These screws have enough thread to be secured into cap housing 12,13,14,15. The rest of the ._ screws neck is smooth to allow easy movement of cap Fig.5 as it passes through Fig.1 item 5 and Fig. 5 item 25 on both parallel sides, allowing clearance from bar sides.
Fig.12 is an angled drawing of Fig.l.Fig. 13 is the inside pin holder. Fig.14 item 4 consists of 271 connected hexagon shaped pockets, each pin item 3 enters the hole where it is mounted onto a spring, item 1. Fig. 14 which is also mounted to base of hole.
