Abstract
本发明提供一种弹性伸缩性复合片料,该弹性伸缩性复合片料具有吸汗性。在可弹性伸缩的第一片料(3)的至少单面上,间断地接合有可非弹性伸长的纤维集合体组成的第二片料(2),由此形成弹性伸缩性复合片料(1)。第一片料(3)与第二片料(2)中的至少一方含有亲水性材料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有含亲水性材料的弹性伸缩性复合片料。
背景技术
在日本特开平6-184897号公报和特表平8-504693号公报中,公开了通过将有伸缩性的弹性片料和有非弹性的伸缩性的片料状纤维集合体接合在一起形成的弹性伸缩性复合片料。这种复合片料因纤维集合体的存在具有柔软的肌肤触感,因而可作为一次性使用的尿布或生理用卫生巾等穿带物品的表面材料。
根据上述以往的复合片料,能消除弹性片料触及肌肤时的橡胶质触感,得到布一样的肌肤触感。用于形成这种复合片料的纤维集合体可使用例如熔融纺丝法得到的长纤维或熔融吹制法得到的微细纤维等。这些纤维因没有吸汗性成为上述以往的复合片料的问题。
发明目的
因此,本发明的目的是能使弹性伸缩性复合片料具有布一样的触及肌肤感和吸汗性,提高使用这种复合片料的穿带物品的好感。
技术方案
为了解决上述问题,本发明的对象是,提供一种弹性伸缩性复合片料,该弹性伸缩性复合片料具有相互垂直的X方向和Y方向,至少在上述Y方向上,在可弹性伸缩的第一片料的至少一个单面上接合有在上述Y方向上可非弹性伸长的纤维集合体组成的第二片料。
在这种复合片料中,本发明的特征是,在上述朝Y方向上间断地形成的接合部处,使上述第一片料与第二片料一体化,在用于形成上述第二片料的纤维中,连接上述接合部与接合部的纤维比上述接合部与接合部之间的直线距离长,而且上述第一片料与第二片料中的至少一方含有亲水性材料。

实施例
下文,参照附图说明本发明的含亲水性材料的弹性伸缩性复合片料的详细情况。
图1以透视图所示的含亲水性材料的弹性伸缩性复合片料1,适用于用作一次性使用的尿布或生理用卫生巾、一次性使用的医疗用长衫等一次性使用的穿带物品中的透液性或不透液性表面材料,具有上层2和下层3,这两层2、3在接合部4熔敷,成为一体化。复合片料1可朝相互垂直的X方向和Y方向中的至少Y方向如虚线所示那样地弹性伸缩。
复合片料1的上层2是可朝向X方向与Y方向中的至少Y方向非弹性伸长的层。该上层2是连接至少两个接合部4与4的纤维6的集合体,该纤维6可使用例如短纤维,较好是使用长纤维,最好使用连续纤维。连接接合部4与4之间的纤维6比接合部4与4之间的直线距离长,在接合部4与4之间形成不规则的曲线,遍布下层3的整个上面。也可以是,纤维6在接合部4与4之间不相互熔敷或粘接,相互分离独立着。在复合片料1朝Y方向伸长时,画出曲线的纤维6改变方向,在连接接合部4与4之间朝Y方向延伸,使上层2非弹性地伸长。
该纤维6可使用非弹性合成树脂的聚丙烯、聚酯、聚乙烯或聚丙烯与丙炔、乙烯、丁烯的三元共聚物的掺合物等。纤维6的至少一部分通过给这些树脂中炼入作为亲水性材料的烷基磺酸钠盐等亲水化处理剂或者给纤维上涂敷亲水化处理剂而赋予纤维6亲水性。纤维6的直径为0.1~50μm,较好的是0.1~20μm,单位面积重量是2~100g/m2、最好是2~20g/m2。图示例的纤维6是亲水化处理的连续纤维。
复合片料1的下层3是在Y方向上、最好是Y方向与X方向上具有弹性伸缩性的层,朝Y方向至少可伸长200%,较好的是至少可伸长400%,伸长100%之后,可弹性收缩到原长度的不满13倍。该下层3的例子有,热可塑性弹性体等弹性材料组成的短纤维、较好地是长纤维、最好是连续纤维的集合体、作为这种集合体有纤维通过相互机械地或熔敷而交织在一起的无纺布或热可塑性弹性体组成的薄膜等。这些纤维或薄膜可在通过炼入烷基磺酸钠盐等亲水化处理剂或者涂敷亲水化处理剂而在赋有亲水性的状态下使用。这样的下层3单位面积重量最好是具有5~200g/m2。图示例的纤维3使用连续纤维10。
在复合片料1作为透气性材料使用的场合,下层3使用JIS L 1096的6.27中规定的A法的透气率至少为10cm3/cm2·s的材料。另外,在复合片料1作为透湿性材料使用的场合,下层3使用JIS Z 0208中规定的B法的透湿度至少为1000g/m2/day的材料。对于具有这种透气率和/或透湿度的下层3来说,最好使用具有与该透气率和/或透湿度等同的或具有其以上值的上层2。复合片料1根据上层2与下层3的材料选择的如何,确定其透液性或不透液性。
接合部4在X方向和Y方向中的至少Y方向间断地形成。上层2与下层3在接合部4处除了加热、加压成为一体化外,还可以通过超声波处理进行一体化。另外,上层2的纤维6与下层3的纤维10也可以通过针刺或高压柱状水流的喷射处理而一体化。接合部4各个的面积最好在0.03~10mm2的范围,占复合片料1面积的比例最好为1~50%的范围。
将这样的复合片料1朝Y方向拉伸时,下层3朝Y方向弹性伸长,随着这种伸长,此前形成为曲线的上层2的纤维6一边改变朝向,一边朝Y方向非弹性地伸长。在纤维6的曲线伸长到极限之前,拉伸复合片料1所需要的力主要成为拉伸下层3的力。上层中2,由于只改变纤维6的方向,所以上层2几乎不会受到拉伸复合片料1的力的影响。进一步拉伸复合片料1时,纤维6伸长到极限,接合部4与4之间变成直线状。在进一步拉伸这种状态的复合片料1的情况下,需更拉伸下层3的力与拉伸直线状的纤维6的力。显示这种举动的纤维6最好在复合片料1的上面划圈,此时的上层2除了可向Y方向伸长之外,也可能向X方向伸长。
在复合片料1的上层2中,纤维6一边划曲线的同时相互重合,另外,比接合部4与4之间的直线距离长的纤维6有的也向复合片料1的上方变凸地曲线状地延伸,因而,上层2整体具有蓬松的触感。这样的上层2在纤维6与6之间的空气流通是良好的。除此之外,纤维6至少一部分有亲水性,因此,可发挥触及肌肤时的吸汗性。吸汗的纤维6在流过纤维6之间的很多空气的作用下,迅速干燥。于是,使用复合片料1的穿带物品,在以上层2接触肌肤的方式下使用时,不仅触及肌肤感是柔软的,而且透气性好,汗吸收干燥的性能也好。这种情况的复合片料1,在上层2和下层3是亲水性的或上层2是亲水性而下层3是疏水性的方式下使用。但是,复合片料1根据用途的如何,也可以在上层2为疏水性、下层为亲水性的方式下使用。
在本发明中,上层2的纤维6除了使用亲水化处理的热可塑性纤维外,也可以使用人造纤维或棉、丝、麻等亲水性的再生纤维或天然纤维。另外,上层2的纤维6或下层3的纤维10可以是亲水性纤维与疏水性纤维的混合物。这种情况的亲水性纤维也含有浆料纤维。本发明也可以通过在图1的复合片料1下层3的下面加设与上层2同样的可非弹性伸长的纤维集合体来实施。追加的纤维集合体有含有亲水性纤维的情况或不含有亲水性纤维的情况。
发明的效果
本发明的复合片料,其可弹性伸缩的片料或至少在单面上接合有可非弹性伸长的纤维集合体组成的片料的任何一种含有亲水性材料,因此,使用这种复合片料的穿带物品,具有良好的肌肤触感、透气性及吸汗性。
Claims (8)
1.一种弹性伸缩性复合片料,具有相互垂直的X方向和Y方向,至少在上述Y方向上,在可弹性伸缩的第一片料的至少一个单面上接合有在上述Y方向上可非弹性伸长的纤维集合体组成的第二片料,其特征是,
在上述朝Y方向上间断地形成的接合部处使上述第一片料与第二片料一体化,在用于形成上述第二片料的纤维中,连接上述接合部与接合部的纤维比上述接合部与接合部之间的直线距离长,而且上述第一片料与第二片料中的至少一方含有亲水性材料。
2.根据权利要求1记载的复合片料,其特征是,上述第一片料是弹性伸缩性热塑性合成纤维的集合体。
3.根据权利要求1记载的复合片料,其特征是,上述第一片料是弹性伸缩性的热塑性合成树脂薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1或2记载的复合片料,其特征是,上述亲水性材料是亲水性纤维。
5.根据权利要求1~3任一记载的复合片料,其特征是,上述亲水性材料是在上述第一片料与第二片料的任何一个上涂敷的亲水化处理剂。
6.根据权利要求1~3任一记载的复合片料,其特征是,上述亲水性材料是炼入上述第一片料与第二片料的任何一个中的亲水化处理剂。
7.根据权利要求1~3任一记载的复合片料,其特征是,上述第一片料与第二片料是透气、透湿性的。
8.根据权利要求1~3任一记载的复合片料,其特征是,上述第一片料与第二片料中的任何一个是不透液性的。
