                            技术领域
本发明涉及新材料领域,特别涉及激光熔敷专用铁基合金粉末。
                            背景技术
激光熔敷是现代表面工程技术领域的一种高新技术,但是,迄今激光熔敷常采用热喷涂粉末,以致存在较大问题,例如,其基体材料中的碳含量和铬含量都高,这虽可提高所得熔敷层的硬度和耐磨性,却增加了熔敷层开裂和发生其它缺陷的倾向,而使之在很多场合的应用中受到限制,这尤其表现于激光熔敷,从而影响了激光技术在现代表面工程技术领域中的应用。
                            发明目的
本发明的目的在于既能提高熔敷层的硬度和耐磨性,更重要的是改善激光熔敷工艺性能,以减少其产生开裂和其它缺陷的倾向。
                        发明内容与具体实施方式
为了解决现有技术的上述问题,本发明降低了合金中的碳含量,并以高的氮含量和高的强氮化物形成元素的含量来提高其硬度和耐磨性,同时还添加硼来改善激光熔敷工艺性能。最后得到的激光熔敷专用铁基合金粉末成份(重量%)如下:C0.15~0.25%(例如:0.20%),Cr14.00~17.00%(例如:16.00%),Ni2.00~5.00%(例如:3.00%),Mo1.00~2.00%(例如:1.50%),Nb0.25~0.50%(例如:0.30%),Ta0.10~0.30%(例如:0.20%),N0.20~0.40%(例如:0.30%),Si1.10~1.40%(例如:1.30%),B0.10~1.00%(例如:0.80%),余为Fe。
本发明提出的以上成份的铁基合金粉末,特别适用于相应制件表面的激光熔敷,其熔敷层的硬度高,耐磨性良好,产生开裂和其它熔敷层缺陷的倾向小,激光熔敷工艺性能良好,比现用激光熔敷合金粉末的成本低,能适用更广泛的应用需要。

1.一种激光熔敷专用铁基合金粉末,其特征在于其组成(重量%)为:C 0.15~0.25%,Cr 14.00~17.00%,Ni 2.00~5.00%,Mo 1.00~2.00%,Nb0.25~0.50%,Ta 0.10~0.30%,N 0.20~0.40%,Si 1.10~1.40%,B 0.10~1.00%,余为Fe。
